Boris Nemtsov, former deputy prime minister, gunned down near Kremlin before taking part in march against Russian war in Ukraine
Boris Nemtsov, a leading opponent and former deputy prime ministerwas gunned down in Moscow just a few hours after a radio interview in which he denounced Vladimir Putin's "mad, aggressive" policies, and the day before he was to help lead a rally protesting Russia's actions in the Ukraine crisis and the economic crisis at home.
Nemtsov, 55, was shot in the shadow of the Kremlin shortly before midnight on Friday in a murder that bore all the hallmarks of a contract killing, according to investigators. Friends of Nemtsov said he was writing a report proving Kremlin involvement in backing separatists fighting in Ukraine against the Kiev government.

"The most important reason for the crisis is that Putin began this policy of war with Ukraine, which is unbelievably aggressive, fatal for our country, and for many people," Nemtsov said in the interview with radio station Ekho Moskvyat less than four hours before he was killed. "It's been proved that there were Russian soldiers in Crimea".
Nemtsov’s half-naked and uncovered body lay for about an hour on the spot where he was killed — about 200 meters from the Kremlin walls on Moscow’s Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge — as it was examined by police. Amid falling wet snow, the corpse was eventually packed up in a black plastic body bag and driven away at 1:40 am.
Investigators said that at least seven shots were fired by an unknown assailant, who was being driven in a light-coloured car. Four of the bullets struck Nemtsov in the back, and one of them entered his heart.
Mikhail Kirtsev, an eyewitness who arrived at the scene before police cordoned off the immediate vicinity, said there were bullet wounds in Nemtsov’s back, and one on the left side of his body, by his lower ribs. “Maybe he had time to turn around,” Kirtsev said, adding that there was little visible blood.
There was no doubt among Nemtsov’s immediate associates that the killing was the result of his political activities.

Saturn continues its transit through Russia's fourth house in 2015, and the fourth house may rule "the opposing political party or citizens opposing leaders in power." Transiting Saturn will be forming a square to Russia's natal Moon position (which usually represents the population) in late winter to early spring of 2015, so there may be a population backlash against the government or protests starting to manifest, possibly due to the economic crisis that has been caused by the money addicts of the west. We may also start to see new leaders of Russia emerge as a result of such protest, which is a healthy thing. Lets hope that Russia's mainstream media doesn't destroy such new leadership, as the mainstream media in the United States has done with the Tea Party.

Transiting Uranus opposition natal Sun transits (in the ninth house of "international views and treaties") may be defined as "tradeoffs involving the entity's general image that concern international views and treaties." Hence, Russian Intelligence may be forced to make some accommodations and tradeoffs in 2015, possibly due to either errors in intelligence gathering, international involvement errors, or intel activities gone wrong
