Lately, I had just 'suddenly' gone off meat. Just overnight.
Although I read 20 years ago in Fit for Life, that meat sat in our intestines for 3 days. That's like putting meat into a warm cupboard, then imagining how it would smell after a while. That was enough to really help me decide, as well as the cruelty aspect. Animals do have a 'will' to live afterall.
Also I had been reading for quite some time, that we should eat foods that are alive eg. salads, raw veges etc - in order to increase our awareness and perception. Well this is a real effort but I'm doing it, despite it being winter now. I'm purchasing organic vegetables and making up salads at lunch (which takes away my hunger too) instead of a protein on a carbohydrate, leaving me usually still hungry.
I've read that iIf we are eating food that has had poor treatment (chickens in cages) or a terrifying death, then there is bad karma within our own bodies. That makes alot of sense. I had bought free range for some time trying not to support a cruel industry.
But what about eating eggs and seafood? I'm not there yet, but although I've gone off red meat, I've also gone off chicken (which I didn't think would happen). I need some inspiration to go this one step further.
I do feel alot 'cleaner' I must admit.
Any thoughts?

That's why I eat meat raw.
Pasture fed, preferred. XD
But I just well may end up vegan.
Already growing my own veggies in the back yard.
There's a negative charge that dissipates after produce has been plucked.
I've heard sacred geometry can revive/increase shelf life. Same for OceanSolution/sea water.
Not sure I'd ever want to give up raw milk, tho. Nor raw eggs.
Remember to pray over/bless your live food before preparation/eating! ;D
the vegan life has stepping stones lil by lil..
