Yesterday I felt like I was having a very vibrant and intelligent state of being, I was full of ideas, yet today I felt different, I felt like more simple, but some old ways of being like playing with my keys came back.
Now, during dreams, or in the state between dreams and awake, it was like it was me on another plane, and I really knew what I was doing but as soon as I became aware of this in my physical body, I just couldn't know what it was, even if I tried.
Then, they explained to me that me on my other planes is just me, In the sense that those ME's on those planes may be doing things completely unusual for me, but they know or I know what they or me I'm doing there, and it's me, BUT for the nature of this process sometimes the consciousness of those ME's on those planes change a little bit, so they displace consciousness from them to me and what I had at the moment to them, like a rubber band of consciouesness. And that's why sometimes we really feel so different from one day to the next (or is one of the possible reasons).
