Go with the flow, don’t fight it, accept and embrace it. TRUST YOURSELVES. Trust your ability to hold the LIGHT 24/7. Stay alert, stay aware, keep your mind refreshed and awakened. Withdraw your attention from unwanted thoughts and they wither away… if you pay attention to them they gain strength and attach themselves to an emotion and rock your world. Catch them at the point of emergence, by withdrawing your attention immediately from them as they hatch and they fade away.

This what is meant by being aware and alert at all times. If left unchecked the brain produces some 60K thoughts a day. If you practice mindfulness and meditation you can reduce this to a mere few with practice and dedication. Be disciplined, and allow your inner peace and gentleness to lead your life, not your unchecked rampant thoughts or imagination. Stay strong!

Stay well centred at all times and allow your Holy Presence to lead you through the all external stimuli with great poise, peace, and joy. Your way will be made clear for you.
