  Dear Achilles dont be sorry , this is exactly why u r here i just read all this responses you got and as you can see it comes naturally to most of us on this site to response in a positive way. That means to uplift u when ur down. turn on some music and dance choose some of your favorites rock it on . Music has allway its way...... hope u feel better     light b with u  .Susanna

  bless you, you are not alone in this 3d duality earth, ask for comfort from your soul, to cut you some slack  on their lessions, i do this all the time.

  i ask, and i try not to complain of lack of, i feel it helps.

  try melatonin: it supposed to help with the third eye activation, and the pineal gland, and it helps calm the instincts of the fear emotions, in all it's disguises.

    Hold on...ride the wave.  It is bigger than all of us...we are filling the hole of the WHOLE!  These are the EXTREME of the ages.  The darkness is all around us...don't give in to it...let it be.  Ride the wave and let go of the pain. " KNOW that "this too shall pass"!  It feels soooo big because it is more than just our own stuff.  The energies of this past week have been soooo intense.  I feel like I'm on the right path and strong in it...and then it is as if a breath of air hits me and I'm soooo lost that I don't know what to do with myself.  In those moments...connect to your family here and other sites...watch Rion Orion on Acsension and know that it is NOT you alone.  Peace!  Blessings in Light and Love, Reane

   I embrace you friend, even though I don't know you yet, I have been down that same road, and it hurts, I know. I wished to have a friend that would hug me when times like that were for me. I give to you my warmest embrace and thoughts of deepest love. Prayers of kindness and graced blessing to be given to you. You my friend are loved so very much in this universe and must remember that, especially now. Be gentle with yourself, be good to yourself, love yourself.
