Just a Question

So, would this be the right place for this? Thrown in as a discussion?  Or should this be added as a comment.

So, I'm new to this site, have no idea how it works.  And it seems like it is all New Age type shtuff...

Which, I am not all too big a fan of.  Actually, I've become quite bitter toward the New Age Movement.

Which is not all that important.

 

I found this site quite a while  ago, but never cared to join.  The other day, I stumbled across this site again while doing a search.  Then I came across this group, and I'm interested.

 

So, my question is, is it cool if I stick around here for a little bit?

See what I can learn from you?  Share if I feel the need to share?

 

I noticed that there are 28 members in this group (29 if I am counted), so I assume that this is probably a close knit group.  So if I am not welcome, let me know, I will leave without a fuss.

    Eh...I feel silly.

    I shouldn't have posted that. 

    Sharing my dislike that I have toward the movement.

     

    The New Age Movement became a scapegoat.

    I would rather not go into the details atm, but...there was a lot of guilt built up because of some events that some friends of mine and I went through.

     

    But, I thank you for asking. 

    I doubt that I will care to get into any New Age material any time soon, but, because of your question...I thought about it, a bit more detached than I normally would have.  I realized how immature I was being by holding onto my anger.

    So, it was kind of...a spontaneous healing.  So I thank you for that.

    And if this was the reason that I joined the community, and this is the extent of my activity, I can be satisfied with this.

     

    Ok, interests.

    I don't think that I will be able to put them all down here.

    Or, better way to say it, is that I will not.

    They will show up as I...   ....   ...  ...share?

    But, here are a few things.

    I'm into the occult.  Magick and divination.  Philosophy and psychology.

    Myth.  And, Earth based spirituality is my path.

     

    And, thank you all for the welcoming.

    I hope that I will be able to speak with all of you more in the future.

      i haven't looked much at occult yet!
      but soon i will!
      the rest FACINATE'S me, especially ancient greek, egyption hell anything ancient mytholigy!
      but the fave's are greek and egyption so far XD

      thank you for sharing and although i understand the hesitation to share in general, please feel free to whenever you want, and remember that i'm here to talk to whenever you need it XD

    By all means, join, ask away. All of us(except Reikara :P) are nice and welcoming. 

     

    You can share, learn, whatever your soul desires. And yeah, this site is new agey if you call it that. Ciao.

      where so close because where accepting of all and patient with many!
      and if we don't understand something we usually try better to help understand better!
      and how to better ourselve's!

    clos knit yes, open yes, we like to say what others aren't willing to, ocasionly!
    basically we are a group based upon the idea that you do not need to pick a side of either light nor dark and it is allot more grey than people choose to realise!

    we always welcome someone new with opinions and views!

    so what part of the modern aged stuff do you not like?

    i mean i don't really fall nor follow into a single label myself!

    actually here's a better question, out of genuin curiousity what does interest you?
