Ricki: Then man made -in the field. It's clever but they'd never convince me that people fromsomewhere out there in the void popped in to do a little "new age" artlike that.
Acyutananda: I find ita painfully stereotypical view that 'aliens from out there' are doingit. No wonder you believe the human-butterfly cropcircle to be fake.But I cannot imagine any number of people pulling THAT off overnight.Not only is its symmetry PERFECT and MASSIVE, but there would befootprints and trampled crop all over the place, in which case noself-respecting crop circle researcher would bother putting it forwardas genuine.
Much like I used to, you seem to have the idea that 'real' crop circlesonly appear in abstract, mathematical or impersonal fashions... when Ifirst started seeing insect-shaped crop circles I was highly skeptical.But researching the subject further reveals the highly playful &
personal nature of the intelligence behind the phenomena. Who orwhatever's doing this is obviously more highly evolved and advancedthan we. Therefore, their emotions and appreciation for aestheticswould also be higher. The beauty and symbology of butterflies would notbe beyond them. Some say this crop circle represents the transformationprocess mankind is going through.
If you google it you'll find others pointing out some subtle &amazing characteristics of this pattern, most notably its timing andrelevance to present dynamics within the so-called 'new-age' field.
