how to block others energy from taking you for a spin

for a long time i had a real problem staying grounded in my own energies and feelings! this is what i do to remedy the situation first things first, law of attraction that being said transmutation through understanding why did you attract that person around you that is upset or violent it could be something as silly as they are there to trigger a memory that you must regain your energy from.

 

next thing next ok you just cant figure it out right now and its draining you....do you have special symbol one that resonates with you?i do its i have a couple ajwa or the aum or om symbol,,,,,six pointed star, 5 pointed star,the Ankh the flower of life , the Merkabah and a few others i visualize these as connected to to my ball or egg of light and i weave them into this body. you only have to do this once . after you do this netime you walk in too stray energy this visual will pop into ur extra sight it is a shield a mirror the important part is to observe this and not make a judgement or label nething while this process is occuring just observe 

last things last review your life everyday as far back as you can you will gain energy for later and you will need to conserve this energy it will be useful later 8110188253?profile=original

    ,but I always forget to protect myself....every time when I contact someone brutal,violent or angry I get involved.

    Probably I'll write a note to myself and put it on my door to remind me. :D

    o btw if some one breaks through this shield never happened to me yet but its the same with healing imagine a black-hole send their energy into it and seal the hole(dont worry bout where it goes just yet but know there are white holes too)you are a information transmutation station
