Friends,
Meditation should be our Regular plan in our Life.....
We should meditate at least twice a day and minimum for 30 minutes....and watch our Thoughts and by that to control our Mind giving the perfect direction for our Better Living....
Then Comes Meditation for our Advanced state taking help of our Masters and they will help us in whatever way will ask....and by that we can change our Attitude....
Meditation for helping our Family and friends...radiating Positive Energies for welfare of our Society members...making a Light and Love grid of grace in our Advance stages....we can help our Mother Earth for Her Ascension also....
