Swallow Your Fear!

Swallow Your Fear! Today I meditated for 20 minutes and my solar Plexus felt a strong energy of resistance or doubt. The heart is never in fear or Doubt, so I DIVED into this feeling of resistance within my solar plexus. instead of Trying to figure out, what it could come from, I just Dived into it completely and Felt this feeling of and "Doubt" in my whole body. And When i did this the Doubt and Fear vanished. It could not be ALIVE in the Light of the Heart. Remember that the feeling you feel is not always your own, As "Light Workers" we help to transmute dense energies. So dont take everything personal and as your own, Fear cannot be present within the Light of presence. I want to share this with all of you, because when you feel strong emotions within, Just focus on the Feeling and try to locate this feeling somewhere within your body, it could be in your Throat, Belly or Neck or somewhere else. Dive into the Feeling that you feel, feel it stronger and stronger. You will notice that your presence & focus will transform this heavy feeling within and make it flow. Anger, fear etc arises when our system isnt in balance. Its important to tune in to the FLOW OF THE BREATH EVERY DAY! IN AND OUT IN AND OUT NOTHING IS FOREVER EVERYTHING IS ETERNAL BREATH THE LOVE IN BREATH OUT THE DOUBT LET THE UNIVERSE INTO YOUR HEART. RECEIVE LIFE. NAMASTE Ben-Arion
