Déjà vu

Déjà vu is the knowledge or feeling that you have previously experienced or seen an event or situation. The event or experience seems to have taken place before, but although it is very familiar one has no recollection of actually experiencing the event in the past. It is that feeling of "I have been here before" or "I have experienced this before". I believe most 'déjà vu 'memories' comes to us through precognitive dreams, during which we experiences events, in whole or in part, before it actually occurs. The most interesting aspect of déjà vu is the fact that one can often predict or describe or remember step-by-step what will happen next, while you are having the experience.
