The Goddess of Compassion and Mercy Quan Yin - Kuan Yin - is an incarnation of Mary, Sophia, and other feminine icons. They are all the same soul - given the Yin frequency.
For centuries, Kuan Yin has epitomized the great ideal of Mahayana Buddhism in her role as "bodhisattva (Chinese "p'u-sa)--literally "a being of bodhi, or enlightenment," who is destined to become a Buddha but has foregone the bliss of Nirvana with a vow to save all children of God.
Quan Yin carries the Goddess and Divine Mother aspect of Buddhism. The same Goddess and Divine energy carried by the Virgin Mary in Christianity. In the Egyptian mysteries it is carried by Isis. In Hinduism it is carried by Shakti, wife of Vishnu, by Parvarti, wife of Shiva, by Radha, wife of Krishna, and by Sita, wife of Rama.
The Lavender Flame of Quan Yin is a gentler version of the Violet Flame. It has a nurturing aspect and a definite feminine feel and brings a sense of peace and mercy. Lavender is often used when Violet seems too strong for us, and its energy is associated with transformation, transmutation and purification.
Kwan Yin is the Buddhist Goddess of Compassion and one of the most beloved deities in the Buddhist tradition. She is also known as Kuan Yin, Quan'Am, and Quan Yin. Kwan Yin is very similar to mother Mary, bestowing her wisdom, motherly love, and healing to anybody who seeks her. As the Goddess of Compassion, Kwan Yin helps you become a compassionate healer.Through your heart-the seat of compassion-Kwan Yin guides you in healing yourself and others. Let her beautiful energy envelope you along your journey.
The Lavender Flame deals with purification, soothing away negative energies, slowly purifying our energy fields and bringing us back to balance; clearing the unwanted blocks we have put up as the result of social conditioning and turning our experiences into the Light.
Lavender embraces us, nurturing away our traumas like a mother's love. Lavender lovingly teaches us like our mother would, that it is perfectly ok to be gentle and nurturing with ourselves, that nothing is to be gained by being extreme; and that we are perfect as we are, a precious Child of God.
Beloved Lady Quan Yin is the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion to all living things and has pledged herself to this forever. The Lavender Flame will create a special and unbreakable bond between you and Quan Yin’s loving nature of unwavering compassion, serving as a bridge to Divine energy.
The Lavender Flame of Quan Yin is a fraction of the Violet Flame of Transmutation. It is part of a triad of energies sourced from that flame, namely Purple, Amethyst and Lavender. All of the energies sourced from Violet have something to do with transformation, transmutation, purification or divine alchemy. In the case of Lavender we deal mostly with purification and divine alchemy, that is clearing the unwanted and turning our experiences into the Light.
Lavender comes from Quan Yin, the bodhisvatta of Compassion, the Chohan of the Violet ray previously to St. Germain. She still acts on the Violet ray as the source of the Lavender flame.
What Does it Do?
The Lavender Flame is a more gentle version of Violet with nurturing aspects and a definite Feminine feel to it. Lavender soothes away negative energies, slowly purifying our fields and bringing us back to our balance. It clears the blocks we may have put up against the Feminine Divine as the result of social or religious conditioning. It brings a feeling of peace and mercy with it and as a result, may be used when Violet seems too strong an energy for us. Lavender embraces us, nurturing away our traumas and is good for those of us who need Mother's Love.
The healing aspect of Lavender surrounds dis-ease with a layer of love, guiding it out of the system. It is especially good for respitory illness, and immune system disorder such as Lupus or AIDS.
This energy teaches us that it is all right to be gentle with ourselves, that nothing is gained by self-abuse or being extreme with ourselves. It tells us to " Be here Now. You are perfect as you are and need nothing else to be complete. You are a precious Child of God and you are Enough ".
How do I use the Energy?
The energy is very simple to use. You may intend to start the flow and it will begin; You may recite a simple Quan Yin mantra such as " Namo Quan Shih Yin Pu'sa " three times, or perhaps just think " Lavender Flame on! " You also may use whatever method you have of evoking energy you have if you work with other modalities.

Quan Yin (also spelled Kwan Yin or Kuan Yin), is known as the Goddess of Compassion & Mercy. Quan Yin is the Goddess who hears the cries of the world. Quan Yin personifies compassion, love, protection, healing, and wisdom. Her mantra is 'Om Mani Padme Hum.' (which means 'Hail to the Jewel in the lotus flower') There are many statues of Quan Yin outside Buddhist temples.Quan Yin is especially connected to those in need of any kind of help. She listens to the prayers of those suffering, in pain…
