Rocking back and forth is a very good exercise that is easy to do.This stimulates the fluidity of energy.When you are feeling stuck with any part of the body, with any aspect that is going on in your life, allow yourself to sit, to breathe, and allow yourself to rock a bit to allow the energy of the body to be fluid once again.It will allow the brain cells to come alive once again.It allows the oxygen to get to the brain cells so that there is the nourishment for a new idea, a new improv, perhaps, that is needed.Jeshua Online
