MANTRA SOL’ (L – pronounce as in the word ‘liberty’ – soft L)
Lotus Position, Hands in Jnana Mudra. Relax and close your eyes to focus on the Vishuddha chakra. Mentally move the picture to the chakra at the same time with the singing of mantra. Mantra sung on one note higher than normal voice. "S" - short, the long - "O", " L’ " – pronouncing " L’ " the tip of the tong moves back and forth at the palate of your mouth – duration is 1 second the whole mantra 2-3 seconds.
Brings Harmony by stimulating all chakras at the same time, without reducing prana within them. The psyche becomes more aligned with already achieved level of development.

Excessive agitation, mental fatigue and ailment are the signs of lost energy. This mantra will allow you to harmonize the body and flow of energy.
A sitting position, hands closed- palms on the knees facing inside to the knees, eyes open. Focus on the symbol, so that while pronouncing the mantra you are only concentrating on the symbol and all other thoughts are out. Start reading mantra:- “H” - exhale, slowly turning into a long “A” one-note. With a slight increase at the end of “A” becomes a solid sharp “T” - with a sharp exhalation of air. The total duration is 4-5 seconds.
It is recommended to read mantra “HAT” 3-6 times. No one should first practice the mantra more than 5-6 times a day.
This Mantra is useful mostly for therapeutic purposes. The efficiency will increases by systematic practice. Furthermore, the very symbol helps to shift your consciousness and helps to focus on the correct reading of the mantra which creates a relaxing effect on the mind. After a while, the same effect can also be achieved by reading “HAT” silently.
