Sit with your spine curved forward and bring your knees to your chest as high as you could. While keeping your feet on the ground, wrap your arms around your calves and firmly clasp your hands in front of your knees or if you wished you can clasp each elbow. Gently ease your head down until you chin touches your chest. Take short, shallow breaths. Don’t release the pressure with your hands continue the shallow breaths for at least ten minutes. Then roll backward so you would lye down but don’t release the pressure of your arm. Stay in that position for a few minutes, then relax and take normal breaths. If this breath performed regularly, with calmness and deliberation, it gradually balances our internal energy.
NOTE: It may knock you out or put you to sleep or made you drowsy.
