Let us now look into the four phases of self mastery.
The first phase is to Begin And Take Action. Discovering your soul calling and the self mastery process starts when there is a stimulus such as a life crisis or an emotional experience or the need to change something in your life. These things may be minor or major for you. That does not matter. What matters is that it motivates you to do something about the situation that you are in now. This desire can be increased through individual therapy, researching about it, taking a class or taking on a new routine.
Phase II is to Nurture And Practice. There must be encouragement for the intended needs. You can practice new techniques such as mind mapping, journaling, pendulum power, aura viewing, time, affirmations and self hypnosis, and circles. They will later on be described. The more you integrate the changes, the easier the whole process of self mastery and finding your soul calling will become.
Phase III involves Fears, Doubts, Mystery, And The Unknown. As you learn new things, practical and encourage something new, it can pose a threat to your individual ego and that makes it difficult to get through. To rise above, a person must be able to conquer the things that block his or her way. Most of the times, these blocks are hidden. This phase will be the discovery of one's fears to reveal and these blocks. Faith and meditation will be able to help you. Practice will help conquer the fears and doubts that you have.
Phase IV is where you gain mastery and connect to your soul purpose. It is here where you can integrate new material, ideas, and eventually gain mastery of your life. Mastery is gained through the experiences, nurturance, repetition, and advice both inside and outside.
