Astral Projection:
Have an Amazing Out of Body experience!

This blog will be about astral projection and for those of you who are not sure,
I will try to help you on how to have an out of body experience (OBE) and
hopefully remember it, so you can memory recall,
& have insight into your
past lives, future lives, parallel lives, higher dimensional life… I could go on …
the benefit of this beautiful gift is extraordinary!!!
Astral projection: i feel is such an amazing gift the prime creator
has bestowed upon us;
therefore we should use it to our advantage,
and to make it our divine blessing!
Its my belief / perception and reality that when we got to sleep; we go to other
realms, to experience it, according to our soul contracts.
However Where we go and what we remember however,
is our own responsibility, &
dependant on us, our soul and based on our personal belief systems!
Many in the world have had "Out of body" experiences (OBEs) as a personal experience,
at least 35 people out of very 100 people have had an out of body experience!
(according to a study done back in the 80’s)
im sure now that figures doubled since collectively some of us have awoken from
our slumber.
Aside from myself;
I know of one other *real time* friend who experienced an OBE.
That was My bestfriend who had a heart attack one day in 2010.
She was taken to the hospital in London.
BUT on the way;
she said she felt herself come out of her body; (pop out!)
and see the morgue infront of her still, near dead body..
she said she felt she would soon die ... if she couldnt get back into her body...!
and she said could see her body lying there, and the lovely british parademics
trying to resuscitate her but she wasn’t breathing in the van!
She said she was so frightened about dying and the OBE,
she panicked and began to pray, & then she found herself back in her body.
She said the experience scared her so much!
(A little background about my friend):
–most of her belief system is focused on fear (as it can be for some of us)
so this OBE experience wasn’t a good one for her.
I advise all to raise their vibration into a loving one before attempting:
OBE exercises below.
It is my personal belief and from my own experience that OBE’s can be done at
anytime. Therefore
while your awake you can astral project into other realms,
while your semi sleep you can do it too.!
Its like going to sleep, except your not asleep!
you can choose to be fully awake and fully in control of what you do and
where you go, AND who u speak too.
The next step after astral projection is what I call memory recall which is
another topic altogether, which can help you piece together the *missing* bits.
This can take a bit of energy
but there is a shortcut. I will do that in another blog.
How to Astral Project:
1. let go of all fear, Have the intention to astral project!
Call upon your protection!!!!! 2. have a high vibration, be centered on your heart chakra, be love!
3. Breathe in breath out, deep, slow, relaxed4. the sensation will be different for everybody;
but u literally feel yourself *pop* out of the body, lol ;) Pop! Pop! Your out ;)
5. you will hear voices, maybe see people; either in 3d or above Realms
you’ll see things u would otherwise never see or do.
6. Stay away from lower astrals please
unless you have a mentor/ guide with you,
(for example such as going there for training with them)
In the lower realms are where the spirits and the negative
humanity thoughts go…
those places are not nice to hang around, there are beings there
that will harm you and try to keep you there.
If you do wind up there by accident (which can happen)
don’t worry, your loved, call upon your protection & then invoke the violet flame
which transmutes negative energy into good !
7. Relax and be patient… remember to enjoy the ride!!

I have been sooooo close. Just this little bit of fear left inside me. I always get this intense tingling sensation, my body heats up, see loads of light, and then I don't take the step, or start thinking. Guess I'm still a little afraid not to be able to return.

I Love MJ ;)
he was one of my role models growing up believe it or not.... some of his music is highly charged with positive energy (on ground) and it benefitted me alot listening to him in the 90's when i was the same age as the kid (mccauley culkin in this vid) ;) lol
its questionable if MJ was a starseed himself... he never joined the illumanati but was severely misunderstood; and got labelled a peadophile; which i know from my guides is A false Allegation to make pple hate him.
In the video above he is making hand signs to illumanati to tell them **** off lol thats the illumanati hand gestures he makes in dance.... ;) LOL

Ok 'chelle; sounds like a memory recall blog is on my list to do; after astral travels and such things ; we have an ability to memory recall (i call it) lol.... and some of us choose to shut that part down so we dont remember anything or if anything not much, or the lesson it was trying to give, when do have an ability to remember....:)
yes some projections can be scary; but the tips above will ensure the next time u do it; if u encounter anything meanie; you can deal with it :) Its natural to be afraid, our jobs is to overcome our fear and be masters ;)

I have have had two obe ,one when I was taking flying lessons back in the late sixtys where I left my body and traveled in time to a small tent like structure,there was an older woman sitting in this house tent crying uncontrollably and I did not understand why I was there until I saw my own body.that of a young boy about 5-10 years old. I then realized it was my mother and I had died in another life and in this life I had gone back to see her.
The second time was around the 80's, when I told my sister about a wierd dream I had the night before.We were hand in hand flying across the Atlantic .It was one of the most vivid dreams I had had but that is all I remember,I love flying but my sister was afraid at that time of flying,She said it was not a dream as she remembered that I told her to shut her eyes and I would take care of the rest,
We had obe to England where we, or at least my sister did healing on another there .all I had remembered was the flying there an she remembered what we did when we got there.She did not remember the flying part except for taking my hand an closing her eyes.It took both of us to peace the experienence together so we both could remmeber what had happened
