Clearing Fears During Ascension!

Alot of fears are coming up now the big changes are underway.... its important to realise that the human spirit is a POWERFUL LOVE force, and it has the ability to overcome any fear,
remember that!!
So, That little voice in your head that keeps talking & talking about what negative things might happen to you if you dont do this or dont that, is that voice of fear.
The ego tries to hold you down with both hands with this voice.
Don't believe it!!!
Don't talk to it.
Just be AWARE of it, smile and let it go, this is a great opportunity to change within and become a MASTER of self/Being.
SIMPLE: HOW TO OVERCOME FEARS
1. Visualize yourself overcoming fear however long it takes
2. Mantra's are powerful, they reprogram your subconcious thoughts. Whenever that voice or feeling crops up to frighten you , repeat this to yourself:
I AM INFINITE,
DIVINE BEING
I AM PROTECTED & LOVED BY THE POWER AND LOVE OF MY SOURCE!
3. Have faith In yourself!
Beautiful Prime Creator has not given you a spirit of fear, but the spirit of WARRIOR power, an inner warrior of love and peace!
Remembering this on your path FORWARD is the GREAT spiritual truth!
Let go, Relax & just BE !!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

true there ARE highly evolved ET's and those who are lower evolved and wish us harm.
But good and bad, duality only exists in 3d world.
To overcome our fear we have to learn to reject our 3d ego mind which is causing all the labelling and judgements !
i believe we are SPIRITual beings and always remain so;
its just our 3d minds which ONLY ENABLES US TO SEE A LIMITED perspective of ourselves.
We should not fool ourselves, but BELIEVE in ourselves ;) thats the key!
