I've noticed this forum is full of chocolate lovers.... so here we go...
chocolate (in a balanced diet) is actually very good for you!
dark chocolate has been found by scientists to reduce body mass, prevents any blood clots, improves your numeracy skills, & helping preventing cancer! chocolate is also good for your skin complexion! Chocolata is so 5d !!
Researchers at the University of California-San Diego found that people who frequently eat chocolate have lower body-mass indexes than people who don’t, which means chocolate eaten in a healthy dose can keep you thin ;).
Other evidence indicates that chocolate can help prevent strokes, heart attacks, and diabetes. It also has been shown to strengthen your brain !!
remember eat in a balanced diet... LIKE the ancient Mayans did... they used to drink it !!!
if we lived in mayan times; they'd ask this from us (money wasnt currency) :P
1 small rabbit = 30 cacao beans
1 turkey egg = 3 cacao beans
1 large tomato = 1 cacao bean
so you can see even they valued chocolata!!
& yes it will help in opening your pineal gland too... (i suggest reading the labels of things; to make sure there are not any strange chemicals in it)
