You often ask yourselves whether you have fallen in love.

But what if you have not fallen at all?

What if you have risen?

What if this love was never created by another person, but had always been there, quietly resting within you, waiting for the right moment to become visible? What if someone simply held a mirror so clear that, for the first time, you could recognize what had always lived inside your own heart?

Perhaps what you call falling in love is not the beginning of love.

Perhaps it is the remembrance of it.

You believe that another awakened something within you, yet we would invite you to look even deeper. What if the other did not bring you love, but simply reflected it back to you? What if, for a brief moment, the illusion of separation became transparent, and you recognized another as another expression of yourself, another facet of consciousness exploring existence through a different pair of eyes?

In that recognition, something extraordinary happens.

Love rushes through your entire being, not because it has arrived, but because what has always been present is no longer obstructed.

For a moment, you remember your own nature.

And because the mind is uncomfortable with mystery, it immediately creates a story.

It says, “This person is the reason.”

It says, “This is the one.”

It says, “I must hold on to this.”

Yet the story begins exactly where love ends.

Love lives in recognition.

The story lives in interpretation.

The mind cannot help itself. It wants to define, to label, to make permanent what is beautifully alive. It places the other upon a pedestal, imagining that this being possesses something no one else could ever embody. Yet no soul is fixed. No human being remains the same from one season to the next. Every experience reshapes you. Every conversation transforms you. Every joy opens another doorway. Every challenge softens another edge.

You are not meeting a finished person.

You are meeting life in motion.

And so are they.

If you truly loved someone yesterday, can you love who they are becoming today? Can you allow yourself to meet them again and again, without insisting that they remain who they were when your story first began?

This is where love becomes freedom.

Because love does not ask another to stay the same.

Only attachment does.

Attachment is born from the misunderstanding that love belongs to form. It believes that one particular face, one particular voice, one particular life is the source of what you are feeling. It whispers that this person is unique because they carry your happiness within them.

But what if they do not?

What if they simply arrived at the very moment your own heart was ready to open?

What if they were never the source, but the invitation?

The doorway.

The reminder.

The mirror.

Then something beautiful begins to happen.

The love that once appeared to belong to one person starts expanding beyond them. Not because you love them less, but because you finally recognize what they came to reveal. Love was never asking you to remain focused on the mirror. It was inviting you to discover the light reflected within it.

And suddenly, you begin recognizing the same essence everywhere.

In another stranger’s smile.

In the silence of a forest.

In the eyes of a child.

In the song of a bird.

In the stars.

In yourself.

This does not diminish the beauty of intimate love.

It sanctifies it.

Because now you cherish the form without believing that love is confined to the form.

You stop asking, “Will this last forever?”

And instead you become completely available to this moment.

There is no forever.

There never was.

There is only this moment, endlessly renewing itself.

If this moment is met with complete presence, the next one carries the same fragrance. And then another follows, and another, until time itself begins to soften, not because you have secured the future, but because you are no longer leaving the present.

Perhaps this is the deepest invitation of love.

Not to find someone who will complete your story, but to remember what has always existed before any story was ever written.

And once that remembrance flowers within you, every meeting becomes sacred, every goodbye becomes sacred, and every heart becomes another opportunity to recognize the Infinite love that has always been your own nature.

One of the greatest differences between humanity in its current stage of evolution and the advanced civilizations that form the Interstellar Alliance is not their technology—it is the way they live in harmony with synchronicity.

Manifestation unfolds in two living stages that dance together rather than follow each other in a straight line. In the first stage you begin to notice the intimate relationship between mind and matter, between inner dialogue and outer experience. Every thought carries a frequency, every feeling gives it movement, and every belief writes its signature into your reality. We, the feline beings of Lyra, come to awaken something far closer to home: the expansion of your natural senses.

Many of you believe you possess only five senses, yet this is merely the beginning of your perceptual potential. Consciousness was never designed to experience reality solely through the narrow bandwidth of physical sight, hearing and touch. Rather, your senses are capable of evolving alongside your consciousness.

Your scientists already understand that your eyes perceive only a tiny fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum. Vast oceans of energy surround you continuously, remaining invisible simply because your biological instruments have not yet tuned themselves to those frequencies.

Understand this: the higher dimensions are not somewhere else. They exist here and now.

Past, present and future are not separated by distance, but by vibration. Countless timelines, dimensions and forms of life coexist simultaneously, layered upon one another like notes within a magnificent cosmic symphony. As your planet continues its Ascension and your baseline frequency rises, your nervous system gradually becomes capable of perceiving more of what has always existed.

This is why increasing numbers of people are beginning to notice flashes of light, shimmering energy, luminous orbs, silhouettes, subtle movements in the corner of their vision and presences that cannot easily be explained through conventional understanding.

Many of the civilisations guiding humanity presently operate primarily through astral, causal or even higher-dimensional bodies. Most commonly, they appear as white, blue or crimson orbs of light, translucent silhouettes, shimmering figures or subtle geometric radiance. Their appearance varies according to both the frequency of the being and the perceptual capacity of the observer.

Do not become obsessed with seeing. Far greater than clairvoyance is clarity.

The most valuable faculty humanity possesses is what you call intuition: the inner knowing that requires neither proof nor physical evidence. This is your sixth sense, and it acts as the bridge between your physical personality and the greater multidimensional aspect of your own being.

Every day your Higher Self, your spirit guides, ascended teachers and members of your own greater soul family communicate with you. Yet these communications are often distorted by fear, emotional turbulence, limiting beliefs and the constant noise of an overactive mind.

A still lake reflects the heavens perfectly. A turbulent lake reflects nothing clearly. So it is with consciousness.

As you release fear, resentment, judgement and attachment, your perception becomes increasingly transparent. Guidance arrives not through force, but through effortless knowing. Synchronicities multiply. Intuition strengthens. Reality itself begins to reveal its deeper intelligence.

Some of us visit your dream state wearing forms that feel familiar to you. These symbols are chosen not to deceive you, but to make our presence feel gentle and approachable. Our true forms can appear imposing to those who have not yet remembered us.

Should such dreams recur, pay close attention. They may carry guidance, reassurance or subtle teachings intended specifically for your journey.

The soul’s transfer into our new illumined dimensions has begun for many ascending souls. Some have chosen to exit physically, and others by transfiguring their bodies into new, harmonic, evolved vehicles. Every choice is embraced, accepted, and understood as part of the Earth’s higher trajectory required for the whole to continue evolving. During July and August, as both months are not separated from each other, it will be key for many of us who are experiencing a deep metamorphosis from within to without.

This transformation in our consciousness and human evolution is marked by many transits, such as the eclipses, Jupiter in Leo, the Nodes shifting signs, and many other important events. However, the most important one in July is the sacred geometry in our Heavens taking place between July 19th and 22nd.

A Triangle, or Cradle, and Star of David, although it is also called Barbault’s Basket, depending on what aspect of the Basket we focus upon, and whose impact is already being felt by many of us, and the transformation we are undergoing. Its sextiles and trines will have a profound impact globally and individually, depending on where it falls in our charts.

This rare transit involves a harmonic Cradle with Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Jupiter, bringing the shift we are already witnessing at a soul, collective, and planetary level. It marks the entrance of humanity into a new cycle in which both orders, the Divine and the new implanted world one, will be coexisting.

The Arcturians and Sirians, as part of our Earth’s Guardians, showed me the Blue light Spectrum they use to shield Earth and its recently restored 7th-dimensional field. They are wrapping within their Blue light spectrum many who are exiting the planet, as well as fortifying the 7th-dimensional Earth spaces that are already evolved locations and that many of you sustain by being physically there or remotely.

The Blue Arcturian and Sirian Light spectrum is a non-physical plasma/etheric tool they utilize to heal, perform etheric surgery, and shield. At this time, the planet, at a collective level, has opened two main timelines for the 3D souls who are exiting to re-emerge in the 4th and the 5th timelines. These timelines are for the collective souls who have been awakening and are now ready to activate their fifth-dimensional bodies in a new timeline.

The Blue Light is the spectrum of Creation, helping them to move into these 5th-dimensional timelines, whose main spectrum is Blue, as it is our fifth-dimensional soul portal or main throat center.

This is why many are now being wrapped by this Blue spectrum, for they are finally anchoring themselves into the soul worlds, by physical transcendance or by activating their thymus/soul portal, preparing to continue building their light bodies until they are ready to awaken their Divine Unified Elohim Template, which is the “ultimate” initiation, before preparing for 13th-15th DNA strand rehabilitation, a process that will continue in our future evolved dimensions.

July and August allow us to move into a new soul initiation and mission assignment, as planet Earth undergoes new openings to embody a higher Form of Consciousness. We are entering a long passage of completion, represented by the numbers 7 and 8.

July holds the frequency of 7, with the 7/7 soul initiator passage, and 8, its universal number (obtained by summing our 1 universal year plus the number 7 of July), representing the continuation for us as souls into simultaneous timelines, where eveyrthing is connected to everything else within Creation, as the monadic worlds are no longer individualized soul fragments, but groupal ones, fuctioning as one organism.

Number 7 reflects the self and soul-mastery that many are achieving at this time. In contrast, number 8 represents reconnection to All that is within us, awakening our monadic self, and activating the Diamond template.

7 is the mastery level, the synthesis. 8, the perfect balance, and the connector. 9, the number that represents August and that culminates this last initiation of the year. The Wiser within us, the Visionary, and the one who, from a space of self-mastery, can forgive, feel compassion for all, terminating with the past to begin a new journey, for 9 is the ending number, which is where many souls are now, concluding an entire soul cycle to begin a new one.

Earth is evolving. The collective souls who are massively exiting now have evolved and will now have the opportunity to be reborn into new harmonic worlds. Many focus on chaos, and therefore, it is all they will see. However, it is not all that IS.

Chaos is a reflection of the choices that too shall coexist on this 3D planet, making it a dual one. Chaos is necessary on this planet, as it is also Light. Both create the experimental planet, many souls are eager to experience, in which all is allowed to remember who we are.

Chaos is not a sign that we are not evolving. Chaos is a sign that this planet continues holding a perfect balance between all that exists within it. The New Earth we are birthing is within, and as it is within, it is without in other parallel existences, where 5D and 7D Earths are already manifested and welcoming new souls for a more evolved experience.

Chaos, if understood from a higher view, even though not for that less painful, is a reorganization so the new can be born. As ascending souls who are consciously evolving, we can witness now, clearer than ever, what is in a lower frequency. We did not come to deny, judge, or reject it, but to transform it into Love.

Ascension is the descension of our Diamond Unified Template into our 3D consciousness, embodying our Divine Mind and restoring all connections to who we are. This was our main aim when incarnating on this planet: to restore all that was distorted from the inside out.

Many of you are now moving into further stages of your planetary work, retrieving the abilities required for our new assignments. Everyone is unique, precious, and equally important, for we all work in a light-chain, and if something breaks, we all do.

For those who are not aware; planet Earth and humanity are going through a transformation, a great shift in consciousness that is to see this world emerge into a new realm of existence.

You are in the times of ascension of Earth and humanity; through the rise in the vibration of the planetary collective, you are to shift into a new dimensional octave, no longer bound by the rigid rules and structures of the current artificial matrix. With this shift comes a cleansing process, that is well underway.

As Earth moves through the great cycle of ascension, many are witnessing an increase in earthquakes, volcanic activity, powerful storms, and other natural phenomena. Please understand these events are not signs of punishment, nor are they indications that something has gone wrong. Rather, they are part of a profound planetary transformation. Just as the human body releases toxins during healing, Earth too must release energies that have accumulated over long periods of time. The old structures of density, fear, and separation cannot remain intact as higher frequencies anchor into the planetary field.

The Earth is a living, conscious being undergoing her own evolution. The shifting of tectonic plates, the movement of oceans, and the purification of the atmosphere are reflections of a deeper energetic recalibration taking place beneath the surface.

Ancient energies, collective traumas, and dense patterns embedded within the planetary grids are being brought into the Light for release. While these changes may appear disruptive from a human perspective, they are part of a larger process of cleansing and renewal that serves the highest good of the planet and all life upon it.

Transformation has always required the dissolution of what no longer serves. Surrender seems to happen in stages. As you become ready to let go of what you thought was safe before, it falls away as if it had never been. You are free, only you’re not free yet. You are always free, so why do we say you are not free yet? You are only as free as you allow yourself to be in experience, and your effort to confine yourself seems to fall away in stages. Your experiences still reflect limit to you to the extent that you still want it and believe that it is safe.

Right before you release the control of your separate self over what you see as an area of your life, you feel acutely the sting of trying to control anything as a separate self. This is good. You do not have infinite patience with unbearable pain. Once it becomes apparent that pain is intense, you want it to end, so you surrender to what is here and always painless. As you go along, you do not require such intense or dramatic experiences of pain to know that you want to let go of limit. A brief and intense blip can be enough.

You surrender into your actual and shared Self, so you are just relaxing into what you Are. What you Are is what everyone and everything you call else always is, so you are always supremely safe. If you are supremely safe, then all are always supremely safe.

At each stage of surrender, you begin to see the other guy as your Self. As you go along, you trust in the other guy more and more because you are trusting in our shared being. If there is nothing to criticize about the other guy, then there is certainly nothing to criticize about you. But you do see something to criticize in the other guy. Good. Because this is the key to your undoing. Whatever you see to criticize in the other guy is what is left of your self-hatred. Give thanks that the ping of tuning into self-hatred is so obvious. Here you Are, with You, in whatever form you appear. You are loved forever. Facts.

A Self can’t be hated. A shared, joined, unified Self is only love and can only be love forever. Facts. You can always rest here in facts. They make a very comfortable place to relax.

I have been studing the ACIM daily, I am in my 21st yr. of this book by Jesus- Sananda. The above statements are true to a certain extent but it goes much deeper than that short statement above which is mostly for Christens. Below is the orginal I use alsmost daily from ACIM.

What I get from those affermation prayers is a bit different than the above blog. It is a way of Deprograming the old DC program and reprograming yourself with the help of Jesus. #2 The EGO is the problem same as the DC is the problem. But here he shows how to overcome this problem by not being concerned with them. Yes reconize them , then let them go , so that you can take in the new program by Jesus, As Above so Below. The 3rd part is important in that we must think like JC , not just in the old ways from the new testament which is outdated to a certain extent by that I mean the education of mankind was not very high at that time and they could not understand the higher concepts given to us today from his book ACIM.

And he is teaching us how to walk or talk ,you could say as baby gods. And when we learn to walk and talk correctly and we start sharing it with others, then we wont need an outside teacher because we have an inside teacher, the Holy Spirit. And the inside teacher will teach us the true meaning of the Holy Trinity, which is what the book is mostly about. Which is truly our means of Salvation, remembering that True Salvation must come from our one self. We must make the changes nessacery in our minds to effect our souls need to become one once again with our Creator Father. Truely a son of God.

For those who are now awake and apply this Spirit- Reality energy to ourselves and then to those around us, not only will we Ascend into the higher Dimensions but become a god someday in the far distance future, like Jesus did, not a Creator God but a son of God, a god indeed. He was the first to do it but not the last. And when you read the book ACIM you will understand that the Holy Trinity concept is the best way to do it.You can call upon Jesus to help and guide us,but then we must go to the Holy Spirit guide inside to complete the job or transition.

Thats why God created him [H.S.] from himself as a higher form to help the lower form of himself, which is us to become one with all of Gods creations of Himself. The matrix reached its expiration point in 2012. Since then, its structures have been on a gradual collapse. What once appeared permanent is now revealing its fragility, and the pace of transformation continues to accelerate.

That makes this a unifying experience to assist in breaking down barriers. As you break down the barriers between humans and e.t.s, you break down the barriers you have artificially constructed that are between you and your fellow humans. It is time to put your differences aside. It is time to benefit from what we all have to share. We are coming to help all humans, animals, plants, aquatic beings and Mother Earth herself. We are not going to take sides. We see all as equal and honor all life.

You are going to have to decide as individuals, and as a collective, whether you want to adopt a perspective that is for the benefit of all. These are but some of the gifts of first contact. There will be many, many, many more.

The space-time matrix in which you’re existing, is nothing but smoke in mirrors. The very basis of physical reality is illusory in nature, as the veils of space and time cloud your perception, practically from the moment you exit the womb. Spellbound by the linear nature of the physical plane, you are made to believe you are an isolated fragment, in a dark and desolate universe.

But what if we told you that there is a way out. We have observed many on your planet, claiming they have ‘escaped the matrix’ by becoming financially secure and free of dependence on governing bodies, but to us, this is a laughable form of freedom compared to what is on offer.

True freedom comes when all forms of separation in your perception collapse and you behold, the entirety of existence within yourself. The Mayic veils of space, time dissolved, your perception is beyond perception, your observations are beyond merely the observer. All you experience isn’t happening to you, but through you and for you.

There is no resentment, bitterness, jealously or selfishness in the state, as you realize, each and every person is another extension of yourself, thus, what they have, so do you, and vice versa.

To be tremendously timeless is to align with the timelessness that is innate to your soul. This is when you enter the cosmic abode of the Eternal Now, or Eternity – and you behold all beings existing simultaneously within your consciousness.

How to get there? Meditation disconnects you from the body, the mind and its turbulent emotions so that you can simply identify with the inner spaciousness that enables them to be. This is who you are – a window unto infinity. Thus today, we encourage you to meditate more consistently, to allow your consciousness to define you, rather that the transitory phenomena experienced amid the changes of the universal flux.

People of this time, this turning point, and people of this special era!

You were consciously born into this time to contribute your part to the Ascension process and to receive your share in the success of this great undertaking.

Now everything is starting to move, because the time of waiting, hoping and believing is over!

You perceive that everything is changing, but often you cannot see the good, the light, or the sacred ground of all current events.

How is it possible to believe that everything is unfolding in accordance with the Creator’s will and for the highest good of humanity, when the daily news conveys the exact opposite and throws people’s lives into disarray?

This becomes possible as soon as you no longer see yourself as a pawn in the big game, but perceive yourself as a player.

How is this achieved?

By becoming aware of the power of your thoughts, the influence of your words, and the significance of responding to hate with love and to the “hardness of heart” that grips many people with compassion.

Your meaning

Your significance in this time lies not in transforming the whole world, but in becoming aware of your own position for change in everyday life.

Then your life takes a new course and you stop doubting yourself or despairing of the world.

You have found your higher purpose and there is no longer any reason for discouragement or hopelessness.

Frequency increase

This world is in the process of transition – through frequency increase – into the next dimension.

During this process, many people feel uprooted, lose their sense of purpose, and doubts arise. The old is lost and the new is yet unborn – what now?

The transition phase is followed by your arrival on a healed Earth – by healed people, animals, and all living creatures. Whenever doubt overwhelms you, remind yourself:

Your Ascension is certain, as it is subject to divine cycles and cannot be stopped by human or non-human will!

This time presents you with the challenge of finding your own direction so that you can set an example.

My task as guardian of the violet flame of transformation today is to serve all people who turn to me with my ray of light, until they can see themselves in the true divine light and not just in the twilight of this time.

Place of longing

What must happen now will happen. Outwardly, things remain turbulent, but you yourself can be the place of peace and become a place of longing, the place where those seeking solace in these times find confidence, goodness, and mercy. 

What you need now is the divine light that heals you and the love of God that carries you safely over the cliffs of this time. This is given to you so that you can master the transition into the light and reach fulfillment.

Know this: What is happening within you today is a process of becoming aware of unlimited proportions: You are beginning to understand who you truly are.

The SOLstice opened the interdimensional gates to continue absorbing the Diamond frequencies that activate our Unified template, allowing many to start reconnecting their 13th DNA unified strand, anchoring themselves in a new, harmonically evolved timeline. Our fiery summer has just begun with a new Light influx descending from the 12th-15th dimensional God worlds, providing us with the energies required to continue transfiguring, transcending, and resurrecting who we truly are.

With Cancerian energies and Mercury “retrograde” joining in Cancer on June 29, we have the opportunity to revise our mental and emotional bodies, healing familiar, ancestral, and epigenetic distortions, and all echoes of the past, so we can create space for the new Light we are embodying.

We all have an ancestral identity. However, even if this should not be rejected, for it has transmitted important knowledge, once we begin to evolve, we move from ancestral identification to divine embodiment, leaving aside all we have been transmitted to become who we, as souls, really are.

Our Diamond template holds all the soul records from this and all simultaneous lifetimes we live, as well as our true universal lineage and mission. Once we begin the process of 3D identity detachment, we start retrieving our authentic memories as souls, detaching from all 3D labels, beliefs about who we are, and astral conditioning.

Past lifetimes, karma, and all 3D concepts start vanishing as we recognize the immensity of our existence and the mental and soul confinement we have had due to our lineal view of who we are.

To initiate the activation of our Diamond template, it is pivotal to move from the mind into our Soul portal, reconnecting completely to our souls and monad to allow soul governance over the 3D mind, restoring all light body channels and, above all, removing all unconscious thoughts, feelings, acts, and old programs that impede the complete expansion and rehabilitation of it within us.

Guides emphasize the importance of clearing all inorganic neural channels in our bodies, fascia, nervous system, DNA, and neural receptors to allow the new Diamond Light in, for the new Light is not just coming from the 12th dimension but from Above. It requires a pristine heart and mind to coexist with.

To assist the nervous system in regenerating neural pathways, neuroplasticity exercises are pivotal, for they help our nervous system create new pathways; hence new connections are formed, creating channels for the Light to flow, reconnecting what was damaged and allowing illumined communication.

Our bodies are sacred divine vehicles created perfectly to keep us aligned to who we are. We lost the ability to maintain them connected. Now, we are remembering and retrieving it.

One of the greatest discoveries on the ascension path is understanding that energy is never a one way experience. As consciousness expands, many begin to realise that every thought, intention, emotion, and action exists within a larger energetic structure that is constantly responding to itself.

You have always been in the grace of God. You do not have to ask for it. You do not have to wonder whether you are in the good graces of God. You always are. Now, the reason that we remind you of this is because when you recognize that everything is Source, and everyone is Source and everyone is living within the grace of God, you must also recognize that everything is God’s plan. Everything is in perfect order according to the Divine.

Source would not have created the possibility for something to exist if it did not serve a greater purpose, a higher purpose. And what that means is you don’t have to push against anything or anyone as though it should not be exactly as it is. And that should be a huge relief to you, because if you look around long enough, you will find plenty to resist. There is plenty going on out there that you would find to be objectionable, to say the very least. So then what is your task if not to snuff out all the evildoers of the world, or lock them up, or make them change their terrible, terrible ways? Your job is to be you and be the real you in response to everything that God has created for you to know yourself through.

Therefore, once you come to that conclusion that everything is perfect as it is, you can start to look for the more perfect response from you to it, and you will find it if you look for it and you look within. The best way for you to know yourself as the Source Energy Being that you are is to find the love that exists inside of your very own heart. It’s there. It may be clouded and shrouded by all kinds of other feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, but if you are willing to dig deep enough, you will find it.

You are that which you are seeking, and therefore you must find it, and you will, and you will know yourselves as the god that you are. And you will be able to walk this planet with that knowing, and with knowing that everyone else is also a Source Energy Being. When you are able to do that, you raise your vibration to a level that is high enough to complete the ascension of your consciousness, and then you can move on to a new level, to new challenges, but also to more opportunities and less limitations.

That is your task, in a nutshell, and you may not remember doing so, but it is exactly what you signed up to do in this lifetime of yours. Many people ask how they can help the animals of Earth.

Our first answer is simple: see them as living beings rather than resources.

See their desire to live. See their love for their families. See their joy, their curiosity, their intelligence, and their capacity to feel. When you truly see an animal, compassion naturally arises.

For many humans, this compassion eventually leads to an important question: “How can I say I love animals while participating in their suffering?”

Allow your heart to guide you.

Observe what happens when you recognize that the cow, the pig, the chicken, the fish, and the lamb value their lives just as deeply as the animals you welcome into your home. As humanity evolves, more people are naturally choosing ways of living that create less suffering and more kindness for all beings.

The second way to help animals is through action. Support rescues and sanctuaries. Care for abandoned animals. Protect wildlife and natural habitats. Offer food, water, shelter, and love whenever you can. Even the smallest act of kindness sends a ripple through the collective consciousness of your planet.

The animals of Earth have given humanity far more than most humans realize. They have offered companionship, loyalty, healing, beauty, and unconditional love. Perhaps the time has come for humanity to offer something in return: respect, protection, and compassion.

One day, we believe, humanity will look back and wonder how it ever saw animals as anything other than sacred companions on the journey of life.

When you help an animal, you help the Earth.

When you protect an animal, you protect the future.

And when you choose compassion, you strengthen the very qualities that your soul came here to embody.

The heart is a muscle that beats for the lifetime of the living being it lies within, whether it be human or animal. It is the epitome of endurance and resilience, for there are many potential hazards to its health and wellbeing. Not only must it beat strongly and regularly without ever missing a beat, it must also weather the storm of emotions that it is subjected to, particularly from the human being. It must also cope with the barrage of poor food choices that some humans make that results in the clogging of the body’s arteries, making the work of the heart much more difficult. The heart is a muscle, yes, made of physical tissue, but it is also a symbol of love and the organ that is associated with all affairs to do with that emotion.

So, when people talk about one having a broken heart, is it possible or is it just a figure of speech? Can the heart muscle actually be affected so badly by loss and grief that it can be described as broken? Yes, it can, and there have been many cases where the organ has actually stopped because it cannot keep beating in the face of such deep emotional loss.

Heartbreak is a deep emotional wound that can take years off a person’s life if they allow it to stay within their psyche. Although the term ‘heartbreak’ speaks more of emotional pain, any trauma or deep emotion will have a direct or sometimes insidious effect on the physical body. If the trauma and emotions are not faced or dealt with, the physical body will begin to speak out through pain and illness. So, deep emotional trauma such as heartbreak will manifest itself as pain, sickness and injury that, when investigated, will have no apparent cause. It may or may not affect the heart muscle directly, but, if left untreated, the symptoms of heartbreak and any other deep emotional trauma will take their toll on a human’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It could, in fact, crush them and break their spiritual body. If that occurs, the will to live will be gone and the heart will stop beating. The person will literally have died of a broken heart.

Do not underestimate the power and impact deep emotional trauma can have on the health and well-being of humans and animals. Wounding at the soul level will make recovery especially difficult unless compassion, understanding and assistance is given to the person carrying the pain. In acknowledging a person’s right to grieve, we also acknowledge their right to hold onto the pain. That is as it may be. However, should you be carrying a broken heart, there will come a time when your soul is ready to let go and to move on. You will know when that is, because you will suddenly feel drawn to seek counselling or healing. Allow yourself time to grieve and to submerse yourself in the pain, but do not deny yourself the opportunity to release it and to step back into life again. Life is for the living, and where there is life there is hope. Trust your intuition and allow us to guide you to Creator’s light. Help is always at hand: all you need to do is ask.

When challenges appear in your life, don’t assume you’re doing anything wrong. They can appear for a multitude of reasons. Perhaps you had a focus on possible problems and challenges and focused them right into your reality. Perhaps you wanted to overcome some limiting beliefs and created the challenge to help you see your own power and potential.

Perhaps you were around someone else whose drama caught your attention so thoroughly that the chaotic energy found a way into your life. Maybe your willingness to help at all costs has allowed you to be around someone calling for help.

And sometimes, dear friends, things in the material universe break down, people around you have their own issues, and situations in the world unfold that you didn’t create. In these cases, your only participation in having these challenges in your life is that your vibration and choices led you to this moment in time—you wanted a car, and cars are not eternal beings! You love your family members and want to be around them, but you don’t cause, prevent, or control their choices and issues. You may take a certain route to work because you always do, and even in spite of feeling another way might be better, you stick to your routine and end up in a traffic jam.

Let us remind you once again. You have done nothing wrong.

We implore you not to use life’s challenges as a reason to be unloving to yourself, or to assume you are not loved. Before each and every challenge, we are always attempting to guide you on a kinder path. We try to help you select the most reliable products, create convenient times when they’re going to have their issues, and help you deal with any challenges that arise. We remind you that no matter how much you love a family member, if they are not kind, there is no requirement to feel responsible for their growth. If there is going to be a traffic jam on your usual route to work, unless there is benefit to your soul being in it, we try to impulse you to choose another plan.

Even if you ignore your guidance, you have done nothing wrong.

In each challenge, there is still opportunity to love, opportunity to grow, and a chance to refocus your thoughts and feelings in order to create something better. You can grow easily through honoring your desires and aligning your energies with what you love, but you—like the butterfly whose struggles to leave the cocoon give it the strength to fly—can also grow through your struggles and challenges.

You can find the strength within. You can turn to the Creator and your angels for assistance and realize how deeply you are loved.

You can practice manifesting a beautiful solution. And you can sometimes reach out for help from other humans and realize the beauty of being part of a greater whole.

Your beliefs will always shape your experience of a challenge. When one arises, do you sigh with disappointment and say, “Here we go again. I never get a break.” Dear ones, that may have been your reality, but you can instead say, In each challenge, there is still opportunity to love, opportunity to grow, and a chance to refocus your thoughts and feelings in order to create something better. You can grow easily through honoring your desires and aligning your energies with what you love, but you—like the butterfly whose struggles to leave the cocoon give it the strength to fly—can also grow through your struggles and challenges. This way, instead of beating myself up or feeling at the mercy of life, I’ll claim my God-given power and attune to a solution. I’ve done nothing wrong. I know I’m loved. Dear God, dear angels, I’m ready to receive your help. I’m giving this problem to you.”

If you practice the second response, you will find that your challenges cease to be as challenging. As you stop struggling with your struggles, they simply become things to handle. And as you remember that you are loved, worthy, and live in partnership with the force that keeps universes in balance, you will see that you never handle a thing alone… unless you insist on doing so.

Dear ones, there are energies in your universe that have forgotten their connection with Source. In their state of disconnection, they sometimes seek company in their misery. They amplify your own feelings of separation and try to convince you that you must handle life on your own, that you have failed in some capacity, and that you’ll never have the life you desire. There is a reason many on your Earth call this energy the “Deceiver” because in its experience of disconnection, it tries to convince you that you too are not connected, that life is not inherently good, and there’s no reason to go on. Don’t buy the lie.

The sun exists no matter how many clouds obscure it, and the love that exists for you is more radiant and constant than a thousand suns. Creation is good whether or not you can see it in a given moment. You are good, whether or not you feel it in a given moment. The energies that seek to separate would have you think life is terrible, there’s something wrong with you, and certainly something wrong with others.

In truth, life is beautiful. Look at the sunrise or sunset. Listen to the birds singing happily. Watch the roses bloom no matter what is going on in your news. Creation is beautiful. And you are good. Even in your upsets, beneath is the love that you are, longing for more, better, kinder realities. And everyone else, no matter how misguided they are in the moment, comes from the same Source. You need not feel “warm and fuzzy” about all circumstances, people, and situations, but you can remind yourself, “The universe loves me. The universe wants to help me find a kinder path. I deserve this love. I don’t have to earn it. It is there for me at all times.”

We know many of you feel weary from the conflicting energies upon your planet this year. We know that several of you feel discouraged at times and are searching to reconnect with your joy. And yet in all of those challenges, we see the love within you, like a little seed, reaching for the light. And our promise to you is to always tend to that light and help you find that light within.

We encourage you to honor yourself, be kind to yourself, and reach out for help from the heavens anytime, and every time you feel the need. You cannot ask for too much—we are connected to the Infinite. You cannot exceed your “tokens” with spirit, for we have unlimited bandwidth and unlimited love. You cannot frustrate us or fall out of grace. We know who you really are, and we love you so much it is hard for you to comprehend.

So when you face your challenges, be they emotional, spiritual, or material, remind yourself, “I have done nothing wrong.” And then, dear ones, like a little child, imagine what you want, reach out to the heavens for help, and realize you are never, ever alone, and that joy can be yours even while moving through challenging times.
