Beloved Ones,

Inner synthesis is achieved through the termination of energetic cords, dual inserts and all that fragments our minds, souls and physical being. It is achieved by concluding old chapters and anything that keeps us attached to who we are not. This is the last phase of the year, the last moment for us to discern, evaluate, and move into a more illumined state of being by letting go, of what we cannot control, of what others have done to us or we think they have done to us, and of what we, unconsciously, from a lower state of being did.

A time to do soul retrieval, energetic recalibration and brain and heart reconnection, to achieve more balance, clarity and new direction. Neptune moving direct in Pisces on the 10th represents the end of a long cycle of “karmic” release and spiritual reconnection. Now with Saturn too in Pisces and even more when both will be soon in Aries, we will be asked to descend, anchor and expand into our dreams and spiritual insights. This is why it is now so important to take this final phase to focus on our internal dialogue, on soul communion and divine clarity, as Gemini now invites us to do, for it is now that we are creating our tomorrow.

Gemini’s Full Moon asks us to embrace wholeness by communicating with our Divine Selves to remember who we are, so we can expand into it and move into a more unified space. Gemini comes to remind us of the power of moving inward at this time and establishing a higher form of communication with our soul and God Self for us to discern where we are heading.

This is why it is so important to remove all that represents duality, for all that remains fragmented within us still keeps us in a loop, experiencing the same old results. The energies will not do the work for us or awaken our DNA if we remain in that illusion of being powerless; all will remain the same.

The strength to achieve personal transformation is in us; it has always been. We are the ones who need to start the inner work of removing duality from ourselves, in the form of fixed beliefs, habits and self-negative talk, neutralizing it with more evolved beliefs, unconditional love and compassion and healthier habits, which are the first steps to start removing inserts and anomalies from our light bodies, bringing reunification into our shoulder portals and DNA strands.

First is movement, then is support, as Guides share many times. When we move energy by initiating change, the universe supports us, but not until we have first taken the first step to move forward, for everything sees us as sovereigns.

Compassionate witnessing and neutrality are key at this time to evaluate what we have created, our relationships, and all we still wish to fulfill, remembering this is not a race, and we are eternal souls experiencing many realms of existence.

Some of you are already seeding New Earth where possible. Others are in less benevolent spaces, acting as energetic transmuters, which is a hard task to achieve. Others will be walking among both dimensions, stabilizing, anchoring and doing their unique role, and all is equally important and valid. What we often see as being more evolved is not always, as many times, only highly evolved souls can be in lower spaces to transmute them, as without a previous level of soul’s mastery, this cannot be achieved in such a dense plane.

We never know what is happening in the Divine Plan, which is why we shall bless all, even though we may not understand it, from our perspective.

We all will reach Unity one day. However, there is a time for all within Creation, and as it is in the macro, it is in the micro for us now.

There is a time for us to conclude relationships, terminate cycles, and initiate new ones.

This is the moment for us to terminate with everything that is not ourselves, and that only drains our precious life force.

Inner communication is essential for shifting old beliefs and programs, as we are in a never-ending self-talk throughout the day.

You are who you tell yourself you are; therefore, remember this Truth – you are only love, wisdom, and power incarnated into a 3D body.

It may be confusing at times, for we came here to experience duality. It may be challenging, but nothing from the outer will save you, for you were given by God all the Power to do that yourself.

May you recognize your Divine Power and use it wisely for your personal expansion and that of All, Beloveds.

For a very long time, lower-conscious humanity shaped much of the planet’s trajectory, but that old energy and era is now rapidly breaking down and dissolving.

Ascension on this planet now sets the tone moving forward, inviting each person to rise or continue repeating old dated patterns. Every choice becomes a moment of decision, and through free will, we determine the reality and world we step into.

The two worlds of polarity, dark and light have already separated, creating space and time for humanity to rise, ascension calls each soul into deeper resonance and alignment. As frequencies diverge, people naturally align with those who match their inner state, either continuing old, low-conscious patterns or moving into the higher frequencies of ascension living.

The Universe responds far more to your frequencies than to your efforts, because your vibration is the true language of creation. Mentality of hard work and effort belongs to the physical realm, frequency is the signal you broadcast into the quantum field.

When your inner state aligns with higher consciousness, peace within, clarity, integrity, gratitude, and authentic self-connection, you naturally draw experiences that match that resonance. Manifestation becomes far less about force and more about conscious alignment.

The higher your vibration, the more effortlessly the Universe rearranges circumstances, people, and opportunities around you. Your frequency is your signature, your silent command to reality and it will always speak louder than any action taken from fear, scarcity, or ego.

When you allow us to be a part of that team, you may give us more of the credit than we deserve. You make yourselves ready to receive higher-frequency energy and information, and then when you can, you must also give yourselves the credit for being able to do just that. We cannot force anything upon you, and you cannot receive anything that you’re not ready for.

We get to play this game with you, and so do all the other helpers that you have that are more personal to you, and all the archangels, and all the ascended masters, all the higher-frequency beings in extra-terrestrial form, are all part of a team that is assisting you in whatever ways that we all can. But you have to be ready to receive what we are offering. You have to open up to it, and you do want to use the energy and the information that you are given. It is nice in theory, and it is nice to philosophize about it, but using it to live your lives in the ways that you want to live your lives is the best way to utilize it right now.

You all are also there to lead and to teach others, and you will be given opportunities to do just that if you let those opportunities unfold before you in the appropriate timing. You can always put out there what you want to put out there for others to choose to absorb or not, but you are never responsible for whether someone else wakes up or ‘gets it.’ You can continue to be yourselves and trust that the laws of the universe will bring the right people to you at the right time to benefit from what you’re offering, and they will either open up to it or they won’t. That’s not your responsibility, and it’s not something you have control over.

What we want you to recognize is how much help there is, and to also remember that it is only help. We are not doing anything for you, and the best thing that we can do is give you a reminder of what’s inside of you. You deserve all the credit for being ready to receive what you are receiving. You are Source Energy Beings who are awakening to that truth more and more every day, and once you have awakened, you do still need to be reminded of who you really are from time to time because of how many out there in society are still asleep. You want to influence them rather than letting them influence you, and so you need to remind yourselves, as well, many times throughout your day, and that reminder needs to be about who you really are, what’s inside of you, what you are capable of.

There is much to be experienced on planet Earth at this time—many different points of view and a large spectrum of experiences. Choose what feels right to you, what resonates with you, and let everyone else do the same. Benefit from what is coming to you from the higher realms, but don’t think that you ever have to beg or that you’re not being heard for some reason. You always are. Do remember, ultimately you hold the keys within you, and everything that is within you will be unlocked, uncovered, and discovered at some point. Do not ever worry that you’re missing something, that you’re blocked, or that you’re being left out. You are always going to get exactly where you are going, and we and others like us will do our best to lead the way so that you can lead others, and we can experience this awakening and ascension together in harmony.

As mentioned in the previous Energy Forecast, we are standing at one of the most pivotal turning points of our lifetime.

We are completing a powerful 9-year era, and the choices we make now will be shaping the landscape of our personal and collective reality for years to come.

So here we are, with just a few weeks left in 2025, and wow, have things shifted since even a month ago!

So much has come up to be seen, felt, and cleared. So much has reordered itself inside of us, even if the mind is still catching up with what the heart already knows.

The Final Stretch

These next few weeks leading up to the brand new 9-year cycle beginning January 1, 2026 are an invitation to lovingly tie up any loose ends we are still choosing to carry.

This is a sacred window in which to pause, take inventory, and decide what is best to take into the next chapter of our life.

This is also an excellent time to reflect on which life lessons, people, places, experiences, and practices feel nourishing, alive, and aligned with who we are now.

It is also the time to gently release what no longer fits the truth of our being, even if it once felt familiar or safe.

Some of the patterns that move us away from our most authentic self include worry, guilt, fear, shame, judgment, lack, and doubt.

One simple way to see what is asking to be released, is to bring each of these patterns into your awareness, then notice how they feel in your body.

Do any of them feel expansive, open, and life-giving? Or do they feel tight, heavy, and draining?

The moment we recognize that we are not the energy of worry, guilt, fear, shame, judgment, lack, or doubt, and that these are learned patterns the mind has identified with, we create powerful space between who we really are and the pattern itself.

In that space, the spell begins to break. An opening appears where we can begin to choose and embody new patterns that empower us and bring us back home to our true nature.

Patterns like kindness, love, support, compassion, ease, grace, service, and gratitude naturally rise to the surface when we give them room to do so.

In this final stretch of the current 9-year cycle, many of us will feel guided to complete what has been lingering in the background. Old projects, conversations, and relationships that feel unresolved are coming back into view.

Not to punish us, but to be completed with as much love and clarity as possible.

This clearing is not about loss. It’s about creating space for the desires, visions, and prayers that are ready to manifest in the next era of our life.

You may notice themes from these last nine years, resurfacing for one last look.

Rather than asking “Why is this happening again?” it can be powerful to ask, “What part of me is ready to be free of this now?”

When we meet these moments with compassion instead of self-judgment, the cycle can finally complete, and the energy that was tied up in old stories becomes available for new creations.

On the global stage, we can see similar clearings taking place. Systems and structures that have operated in secrecy, separation, or without integrity are struggling to hold themselves together. Information that was once buried is now coming to light.

Divine Truth is no longer content to stay in the shadows!

The pace of this revealing will continue to accelerate as we move into the new 9-year cycle.

As this happens, empaths, visionaries, lightworkers, and heart-centered beings all over the world are being drawn together in stronger and more visible ways.

Our voices, once scattered, are weaving into a unified field that cannot be ignored.

This collective field will support the creation of new ways of living and organizing life that honor all of Earth’s citizens, including humanity, Mother Earth, and the plant, mineral, celestial, and animal kingdoms.

More and more people will experience an inner awakening that moves them out of victim and fear consciousness and into creator and love consciousness.

Every awakening, no matter how quiet it appears from the outside, has a profound effect overall. Together, these awakenings form a wave that will bring about rapid and undeniable shifts in how we live, create, and care for one another.

The Impact of World Events

In recent years, many of us have watched world events with a mixture of intensity, concern, and deep inner knowing. Political changes, social movements, financial shifts, environmental events, and rapid technological advances have all highlighted just how quickly reality can rearrange itself.

On the surface, it can look chaotic or even bleak at times. Yet on a deeper level, something inside us knows that what is breaking down cannot carry us into the future we came here to help birth.

The old ways resist change, but the light entering our hearts and minds is simply too strong and too steady now for change to be turned away.

When a light is switched on in a dark room, the room does not become dark again just because we’ve seen what was hiding in the corners. In the same way, the amount of light that has already entered human consciousness is redefining life on this planet.

Even the densest energies are being alchemized, sometimes through friction and contrast, but always with the deeper intent of awakening.

The resistance, outrage, and division we see in the collective are not signs that we are failing. They are signs that big change is underway.

The mind will often resist right before an expansion, because expansion asks the mind to loosen its grip on control and certainty.

That resistance, personally and collectively, is confirmation that great shifts are not only coming. They are already in motion.

Many of us have felt waves of grief for the world, alongside waves of profound love and possibility. Both are sacred.

Allowing ourselves to feel what we feel, without collapsing into despair or spiritual bypassing, is one of the bravest things we can do right now.

Our grounded presence is one of the greatest gifts we can bring to this time.

The New Horizon

On the surface, people have reacted very differently to the changes of the last nine years. Some have celebrated them, others have mourned them, and many have cycled between hope and uncertainty.

It can look as if we are simply reacting to the specific events themselves.

Yet beneath the surface, our souls recognize that the world will never go back to what it was.

A deeper intelligence within us knows we did not incarnate to replay the past.

We came to help usher in a new template of living that honors the truth of who we really are.

Change can feel intimidating to the mind, because it exposes that the mind is not actually in control. Many of the outcomes we assumed were certain have turned out to be anything but.

While that can feel destabilizing, it is also making room for solutions, ideas, and pathways not previously available under the old agreements.

Those of us on a path of personal and spiritual growth know that our biggest breakthroughs often arrive after our biggest breakdowns.

The structures that crumble in our lives and in our world create space for more authentic foundations to emerge.

That is where we are as a collective. We are in the in-between, where the old is dissolving, and the new is still taking form.

In this space, our daily choices matter more than ever.

Every time we choose presence over reactivity, compassion over blame, creativity over resignation, we are voting with our energy for the kind of world we want to live in.

We are seeding the new horizon with the frequency of the reality we know is possible.

To support ourselves through this powerful window, it’s important that we make our well-being a priority. The more resourced we are inwardly, the more clearly we can hear our inner guidance, and show up as a stabilizing presence for others.

Here are a few simple, grounded ways to support yourself right now:

Give yourself daily moments of self-care and self-love, even if they are brief. Let your body, mind, and heart feel that you are on their side.

Limit your exposure to any news and media that keep your nervous system in a constant state of alarm. Stay informed in ways that feel respectful to your energy, then return to what nourishes you.

Spend time in Nature as often as you can. Let the sky, trees, water, and Earth remind you of a rhythm that is deeper than any headline.

Hydrate well and nourish your body with foods that feel clean, alive, and supportive. Small choices add up to a greater sense of clarity and vitality.

Welcome your emotions instead of suppressing them. Let yourself cry, laugh, dance, or rest as needed. Emotions (e-motions) are energy in motion, and they flow more easily when we honor them.

Offer your time, presence, or resources to a person, cause, or community that feels aligned with your heart. Being of service in authentic ways can be profoundly healing.

Intentionally spread kindness and love wherever you go, including toward yourself. A gentle word, a sincere smile, or a patient response carries real power.

Give yourself a daily practice that calms and centers you. This could be meditation, prayer, mindful breathing, gentle movement, or a good, honest belly laugh.

Express your creativity through music, art, movement, writing, cooking, or any other outlet that feels joyful. Creativity opens the channel for new solutions and new energy to flow.

Remember that beyond the roles, opinions, and identities, we are one human family. Even when the mind wants to divide, the heart remembers our shared essence.

Setting Our Intentions for the Next 9-Year Cycle

These next few weeks are a sacred invitation to become very clear about the reality we’re choosing to create as we enter the next nine years. Rather than approaching this from habits of pressure or perfectionism, we can approach it from curiosity, playfulness, and deep self-respect.

You might feel inspired to write your intentions by hand, create a vision board, create a small ritual at home, or gather with a few friends to speak your visions aloud.

You may simply choose a feeling tone you want to live from more consistently, such as peace, freedom, intimacy, creativity, or abundance, and let that feeling guide your choices.

There is no right or wrong way to do this. What matters most is the sincerity of your intention.

As you set your intentions, it can be powerful to acknowledge how far you have already come over the last nine years.

Think of all the inner work, healing, courage, and growth it took to bring you to this moment.

Let yourself feel proud of the person you have become!

Gratitude for who you are now amplifies what you are calling in next.

You might also invite your I AM Presence, your Higher Self, and the Divine as you understand it, to co-create this next chapter with you.

Rather than trying to figure everything out with the mind, you can simply say from your heart, “I am willing to align with the highest, most loving outcomes for my life and for this planet. Show me the next step!”

Then stay open to the gentle nudges, synchronicity, and inner knowings that follow.

Rest is also part of this creation process. We do not have to drag old exhaustion into a new cycle.

Giving ourselves permission to rest, unplug, and soften is not laziness. It is deep trust. It signals to life that we are ready to receive in new ways, not just through effort and pushing, but through alignment and openness.

The individuals you refer to as elites have received great wealth over many generations, and they utilize this wealth to maintain control over the masses. These families are not just wealthy; they are of ancient bloodlines, intricately connected through lineage to the Anunnaki and Reptilian species. In their pursuit of power, many hybrids have been created to serve the interests of these families, acting as agents of their will. Furthermore, there are the loyal servants of these families, individuals who have received their wealth and fame by literally signing their souls over to these otherworldly beings. It is important to note that you are on the verge of witnessing many individuals from these elite families being held accountable for the crimes they have committed against humanity.

All the deception and suffering you have experienced as a race can be traced back to these beings who mistakenly believe they are superior to you. They view you not as fellow beings but as their property—mere slaves and a food source for their dark overlords. However, it is crucial to understand that their masters have abandoned them, leaving these elites to face the consequences of their actions. Even if they were merely executing the orders of their Anunnaki and Reptilian lords, the time for accountability has come.In the very near future, everything that has been hidden from you will be brought to light. All the groundbreaking technologies, medical breakthroughs, the methods for environmental restoration

and Free Energy will be made available, allowing humanity to thrive as a collective race. This transition is not about regressing to primitive times; rather, it is about propelling you hundreds of years into the future, where possibilities are limitless. You are all working towards something big, something that involves all eight billion of you. And that is quite an endeavor, quite an undertaking. You all came in to this lifetime knowing that something big was going to happen, and you also knew that you wanted to be a part of it. You knew that the timing was perfect for an up-leveling of the consciousness of humanity and you wanted to experience that firsthand, viscerally and in the physical realm. That is why you have made yourselves available as the vessels that you are for higher frequency energies.

Many of you say that you don’t know what you are supposed to do with yourselves and with your lives. You will receive inspiration for what to do next after you sit and open up your crown and ask for the energies to flow to you and through you that are most needed by humanity. Be the anchors of that higher-frequency energy that you were created to be, that you were born to be and that you intended to be. Remember that this is a huge endeavor and it requires a lot of energy, a lot of ideas and at times actions.

You will take those actions that are necessary when you are inspired to do so. Don’t worry about not knowing at this moment what those actions are. Don’t worry about not knowing what the purpose of your life is, because it is a much longer life in this lifetime than in many of the previous lifetimes that you’ve had on Earth. Allow yourselves to step into the unknown as the vessels of high-frequency energy that you are, and you will get the inspired ideas. They will come in at the appropriate time so that you can act upon them.

When you don’t know what to do, or how to bring about the changes that you know you want to see there on Earth, remember that you always have the option of just enjoying the physical reality as it is right now. Even though there will be a lot of changes and those changes will be for the better, you do still have a reality that has plenty in it for you to discover, to enjoy, to appreciate, to partake in. You don’t ever have to just wait around for the spaceships to come or for the systems that are in place to collapse.

You can enjoy your physical Earth reality right now and know that your joy is also productive. It is putting you in a higher vibrational state. It is making you more open and conscious of what it is that is available to you to receive. You are inspiring others with your joyous state of being and with your joyous actions. You do help others just by pursuing your joy. Take yourselves into that space of receptivity, of the Divine Feminine, so that you can receive the energies that will inspire you to the joyous action or simply to be in a state of appreciation.

You can also receive high-frequency energies for the sake of receiving high-frequency energies and you don’t have to think about what it will lead to. The experience itself is life affirming, energizing and will put you in a blissful state. And isn’t that what you want? Isn’t that why you pursue the things that you pursue in life to get you into a state of being that you enjoy and that you prefer? Let yourselves go there now and don’t wait for the changes to happen outside of you. You are the change and you are the change makers and every breath that you take there on Earth is of service and is changing everything.

A Bulgarian mystic named Peter Devnov (1864-1944) who was also known by the name “Beinsa Dovna” and who had studied ancient texts from various perspectives — such as the Vedic texts — and who was very avid with his prayer and meditative life, received during one meditative experience a strange prophetic message that has indeed begun to unfold over the decades of the now gone Twentieth Century and this now Twenty-First Century.

Some of his prophetic messages are the following:

1.) “Serious challenges will be wrought by waves of cosmic electricity”.

2.) “Those who are bad and lead others astray will not be capable of handling the energetics”.

3.) “Our solar system is now traversing a region of the cosmos where a constellation that was destroyed has left its mark, its dust. This crossing of a contaminated space is a source of poisoning, not only for the inhabitants of the Earth but also for all inhabitants of the planets of our galaxy”.

4.) “Only the ‘Suns’ of our galaxy are not affected by the influence of this hostile environment. This region is called ‘the thirteenth zone’, and our planet was enclosed in this region for thousands of years, but finally we are approaching the exit of this space of darkness, and we are at the point of attaining a more spiritual region where more evolved beings are living”.

5.) “The Earth is now following a more ascended movement, and everyone should force themselves to harmonize with currents of ascension, but it is through suffering and difficulties that the consciousness of mankind will be awakened. There will be floods, hurricanes, gigantic fires, and earthquakes that will sweep away almost everything. There will be revolutions. and terrible explosions will resound in various regions of the Earth. There where there is earth, there will be water, and where there is water, earth will come. These lawmakers are not the only public figures receiving death threats. M.T. Greene, Colonel Douglas MacGregor, Candace Owens, and others all say they are being threatened with death for speaking the truth. US House Speaker Mike Johnson publicly acknowledged that the political system is rife with extorted pedophiles, declaring that revelations about Epstein should be limited to avoid “irreparable damage to the political system.”

Now we also know why the US Congress and Senate voted overwhelmingly to release the Epstein documents. A legal document that describes acceptable privacy practices, including redacted text sections and legal references.

So, essentially, the blackmail videos of politicians raping and killing children won’t be published. Besides, they plan to publish them closer to Christmas, when everyone will be busy celebrating.

The problem is that even the most ignorant Americans now know that the Epstein case involved blackmailing politicians with videos of them raping and murdering children. They won’t be able to hide it.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) just launched a national operation to verify the custody of 450,000 children released by the Biden administration to unvetted guardians. Think about that for a moment.

This woman has lived a truly amazing life. What’s your threshold, guys? Ask yourselves. How much more crap are they going to dump on the herd?

An example of a hoax unraveling is when a journalist asked visiting Saudi Prince Mb Salman about the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, and the fake Trump attacked the questioner. However, Prince bin Salman responded, “This is painful and a big mistake.”

So, the fake Trump defends the murder of journalists, while MBS condemns it. In fact, the real Mohammed bin Salman was killed out of revenge, and the one who is now emerging had nothing to do with that murder. Unfortunately, most people don’t know this, since the public debate in the West now consists almost entirely of lies.

China is overtaking the West because the West was destroyed by these liars. It turns out that China’s cross-border lending is “two to four times larger” than previously thought, according to Brad Parks, CEO of AidData. China’s lending to 72 high-income countries—nearly $1 trillion—is comparable in scale to the Belt and Road Initiative. The United States is the largest recipient of official Chinese loans.

Asians are winning because they realized they have much to learn from the West: logic and science. China has become a scientific superpower. Meanwhile, the West has lost its scientific progress due to lies. The scientific community in the West is being destroyed by fake research reports generated by artificial intelligence. For example, it was thousands of fake scientific papers on COVID-19 that allowed XM to infect much of the world with toxic mRNA for gene editing.

The KM’s lies have also destroyed the Western world’s economic system. Canada is a prime example. What was once one of the safest, richest, and freest countries on earth is now perceived as a place where basic order, accessibility, and common sense have been deliberately sacrificed. Corruption and irresponsibility are no longer the exception. This is the business model Israel has imposed on our government.

In the United States, the so-called Department of Homeland Security serves as proof of this. It was founded in Israel, and its geotag indicates that its headquarters are located there.

Digital IDs are being introduced all over the world – YES, even in the US under Trump.

We all have to fight, otherwise we will end up in a digital prison.

The US Border Patrol is already secretly monitoring millions of American motorists across the country using a secret network of AI-powered cameras to identify and detect people whose travel patterns raise “suspicious” questions.

Soon, everyone will undergo similar screening using AI-powered street cameras. To demonstrate this, the TSA is offering you an $18 fee for a scan using the new biometric kiosk system. Afterward, you’ll be able to proceed to TSA checkpoints to board planes. Your card will be valid for 10 days. They’ll already know what they’re looking for, and you’ll be permanently logged into the system.

This means you could be banned from using your money if, for example, a street camera catches you criticizing illegal immigrants.

Public anger is boiling over, and people are turning to direct action. In this video, you can see an Irishman administering swift justice to an illegal immigrant who tried to steal his truck.

The next scene shows a townsman chasing immigrants away from a playground.

In this film, an Israeli tourist is beaten up in Bangkok, Thailand, after behaving like an arrogant punk and disturbing people’s lives. Everyone, including women, beats him up.

Here you can see the London government’s clumsy attempt to censor Ricky Gervais’s billboards with the text “Welcome to London, don’t forget your knife vest.”

Instead of addressing knife crime and violent chaos, the authorities have decided the problem is Ricky Gervais’s billboards. This won’t change the reality.

Anger can be seen on virtually every social media platform. Hundreds of thousands of Israeli agents can no longer suppress angry comments. As a result, Israel enjoys virtually no support among people aged 18 to 34.

Reviews in more traditional media outlets are also scathing. Here are a few examples from comments on Zerohedge about the financial problems of ordinary people:

The Tricolor auto loan company went bankrupt because most of its loans went to illegal immigrants who disappeared before the ink was dry. These cars are impossible to return. The entire Tricolor deal was a scam that was destined to end exactly like this: illegal immigrants were given free cars but were not given the opportunity to repay any of their loans.

The Federal Reserve isn’t federal and has no real reserves. It’s a private banking cartel that creates money out of thin air and then loans it to the government at interest, deliberately driving the public into debt.

Every dollar printed devalues ​​the one in your pocket. Inflation isn’t an accident, but an artificial exploitation. It’s not economics. It’s economic slavery, disguised as monetary policy and imposed by ignorance.

We all need to take direct action because we will have no other choice until the military does its job and protects the people.

Finally, we want to end this week with some good news. Seventeen-year-olds Victoria Ou and Justin Huang from The Woodlands, Texas, have developed a pen-sized ultrasonic device that uses high-frequency sound waves to capture microplastics in water. Their method is simple, portable, and scalable. The device removes up to 94% of microplastics from water, which could help clean up water around the world.

The Ascension energies now flowing onto the Earth are intensifying dramatically as we speed faster and faster toward the end of this year.

It’s no surprise if you’re feeling frazzled, exhausted, in despair, or fearful at times for no apparent reason. And then, out of nowhere, maybe you’re also suddenly feeling happy, free or optimistic – again for no apparent reason.

If so, you can know that you are going through Ascension Rebirth. And, like all births, it’s a chaotic process — and often messy.

But Ascension Rebirth is unique in that you are also experiencing the death of your old 3D false self in the middle of it all – the self that has been riddled with energies and implants that have never been comfortable or natural to you as a human Soul.

This is the self that is now being peeled off of you, releasing all its traumas, regrets, unfulfilled dreams, unresolved relationships and false beliefs — all its miserable entanglements with the false matrix that humanity has lived in for thousands of years.

The Ascension Energies are off the Charts Now

And this rebirth/death process is occurring so chaotically because the 5D frequencies now hitting the Earth are astronomical in their intensity.

They are pushing you very rapidly into a higher and higher frequency – causing all lower frequency aspects within you to release, sometimes rather abruptly.

It’s all good – but it can be extremely uncomfortable and frightening at times, especially if you’re not aware of what is actually occurring for you.

It’s also helpful to remember that this rebirth means that what is emerging is not brand new — it is who you have always been. It’s a rebirth of your Natural Self, the actual YOU that has always been present with you. It’s just been hidden within the morass of false matrix phenomena that you’ve been entangled with, perhaps for thousands of years on this false prison-like matrix the Earth has been trapped in for so long.

This Won’t Go on Forever

The important thing to remember is that this strange and uncomfortable rebirth experience is just a phase of the Ascension process.

It’s a phase in which all woundings and traumas need to be released completely out of your unconscious mind and your body, because they can’t go with you into the higher frequency you are now very rapidly being ushered into.

Again, it’s just a phase; this won’t go on forever.

Of course, you will always be learning new things and experiencing a process of letting go of lower-frequency understandings and beliefs – that is just part of the Soul’s journey. But this radical death and rebirth process now occurring will not last forever.

If you can just keep remembering this, you can more easily keep moving forward – one day at a time, one hour at a time, sometimes one minute at a time – as you find your way through this challenging passage.

Let it Go

Also, it’s important to realize that, although it can feel as if you need to do something quickly to heal what is now emerging within you — at this point, this may not be the fastest way to release what is arising.

This is especially so if you have already done a lot of healing work on the issue in the past.

If you can, try not to get to all entangled in the trauma or the emotions, attempting to figure it all out. If you do this, it can slow the releasing process down. If possible, simply recognize what is occurring, focus on compassionately loving yourself, and then turn your attention on something else.

This is not always easy to do. But it is helpful to at least try it, just allowing the release process to occur on its own. It will happen whatever you do, anyway; the Ascension energies are doing it. It will just go faster, if you can step back into the Witness and not interfere with the process of release.

Raising Your Frequency

Meanwhile, here are some suggestions you might find helpful, should you find yourself stuck in emotions like fear, anxiety, despair or guilt.

First recognize that you are likely listening to the voice of the Inner Critic in your head and believing it. Just being aware of this can shift the intensity of the emotion you’re caught in.

Then be aware that, in feeling negative emotions, you’re stuck in a dense frequency, and you need to somehow raise yourself out of it.

Love: Love, of course, is the highest frequency you can experience. In fact, pure Love is what you essentially ARE. But this can be hard to experience when you’re stuck in negative emotions. Fortunately, however, even just feeling the human emotion of love can quickly raise your frequency.

So when you find yourself stuck in fear or despair, try focusing on someone you really love. Feel that love in your heart, experience your caring, your empathy, your wanting the best for them. And notice how this will shift the energy in you that has been holding you down.

Gratitude: The same effect can occur if you can move into gratitude.

Become aware of all the things you really can be grateful for – even if it’s just a place to safely live, food to eat, a bed to rest in. During these times, many people do not have these simple things.

And then, of course, see if you can think of all the other things you have to be grateful for – friends, activities you enjoy, things you are learning, how more spiritually awake you now are.

Laughter: Laughter too can raise your frequency very quickly. Find a comedy you can watch or a book that is humorous. Call a friend who shares the same sense of humor you do. Or – do Laughter Yoga. Just start laughing for no reason at all and watch how something just suddenly releases in you. If you do this with other people, it’s even more powerful.

Anger: It may be surprising for you to learn that, if you’re caught in either fear or depression, shifting into anger — and even rage — can lift you into a higher frequency. Anger gives you energy, a sense of power. You just need to be careful to not take it out on someone else.

Instead, use the energy it provides to step into your power and say, “No more!” Make boundaries, take care of your own needs. and move your body. Physical exercise is also really helpful to shift your mood.

Hand on Your Forehead

Something else that can be helpful in raising your frequency is understanding something simple about the brain.

This is that the limbic system in your brain – where all the low frequency emotions operate, especially fear – is toward the back of your skull, and the rational part of your brain is in the front.

So, if you can remember when you get stuck in fear – or any other negative emotion – this means you are caught in the emotional part of your brain. And, if you simply put the palm of your hand over your forehead, it will bring your awareness out of this part of your brain and into the rational part – and thus assist you in making decisions from a higher frequency within you,

Then, from there, you might remember that, if you bring your awareness down into your heart, you will raise your frequency and awareness even further.

Ground into the Earth

Usually, when you’re lost in a negative emotional reaction, you’ll find that you’ve also lost solid grounding into the Earth.

If you can go outside and put your feet in the dirt, this will greatly assist you. You can feel the Earth’s energy rising up into your body, grounding you. And you can focus on releasing your emotions into the Earth, as well.

But, if you can’t get outdoors, you can also simply shoot a cord down through your body – and then either between your legs or down your legs and through your feet – into the center the Earth. This will be effective too. Focus on Mother Earth and ask for her assistance in grounding you. And, of course, just going out into Nature will help you to ground more into your body and the Earth as well.

Call in Celestial Help

Calling in the Violet Ray to transmute the negative emotions in your body can also be very helpful.

See if you can visualize it entering into your field and then into your body, purifying all negative energies caught in your physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Calling in the Emerald Ray is also a method to release negative energies and bring in a sense of peace. And calling in the Holy Spirit to surround fill and protect you for the highest good of all concerned is another tool that can be very calming.

And then, calling in Ascended Masters, Archangels and benevolent Galactics you relate to can also bring in a sense of calm, safety and peace.( GFL)

There are, of course, numerous other tools that can assist you in raising your frequency and bringing you back into a sense of feeling positive and optimistic about your life. You’ve probably learned them through the years and sometimes just forget about them. It can be helpful to make a list to refer to when you suddenly get caught in fear and just can’t think straight.

Your Frequency is Rising Automatically
Meanwhile, when you’re not stuck in a low frequency space, you can also focus more and more on the signs that your frequency is consistently rising during these times.

It can feel like this isn’t happening when you’re going through the rough patches. But, if you clearly take notice of what’s been changing within you recently, you’ll see that you are indeed going through a rebirth into a much higher-frequency Being.

You’re likely stronger, more aware, more focused on what is important in life. You probably know yourself better and understand others better too. And your level of empathy is stronger, your love and compassion for humanity are deeper. These are all signs of a rising frequency.

And, in addition, you may see that you are being meticulously led and protected by the divine aspects of your Being, whatever you want to call them – Higher Self, Guides, I Am Presence, etc. It may not feel like it at times; but if you look back at what you’ve gone through, often you will see the magical divine orchestration of all you have experienced that has led you to be as awake as you now are.

So just keep moving forward on whatever path is in front of you – the easiest, most obvious path. And just trust that your Ascension rebirth is happening — because it is.

You’ll find that, eventually, all blocks and challenges you’re now experiencing will somehow fall behind you and fade into the past.

And the new dawn you’re now walking into will become brighter and brighter.

You are within a space where everything is feeling much different to you. The very essence of your surroundings seems to have transformed dramatically. Nothing is looking the same as it once did; the familiar sights of your daily life now appear altered, as if viewed through a new lens. Colors are more vibrant and alive, radiating with an intensity that you may not have noticed before. Smells waft through the air with a richness that evokes memories and emotions, while tastes burst on your palate with an extraordinary depth. Sounds resonate with clarity, every note and whisper echoing with vibration. And everything you are feeling is intensified, heightened to a level that may be both exhilarating and overwhelming for many.

Your Earthly senses are shifting, expanding, and evolving as the light has lifted your spirit from the lower, dense vibrations of the 3rd dimension, a realm that is much heavier and constraining. You are now mentally, physically, and spiritually adapting to the higher vibrations of the 4th dimensional spectrum of Light.

It is also a gateway as well, into the lower vibrational spectrums of density and darkness which lead to the Lower 4th Dimension.

Many species choose to remain within this spectrum or passageway, opting to keep their physical bodies more dense rather than shifting into the higher spectrums of a Light body. This choice is often rooted in the lessons they wish to learn or the experiences they wish to gather before embarking on the journey to the 5th dimensional spectrum. It is essential to understand that the earth herself has chosen to shift into the 5th degree spectrum of Light. Which will happen by Divine purpose and timing, orchestrated by the Infinite creator.

The preparations for this significant event have already been completed on a cosmic level, establishing the foundations for what is to come. However, now it is up to humanity as a collective to determine how many individuals wish to embrace the higher Light of love, truth, and peace. As stated before, all it takes is Love in your heart.

This 4th dimensional passageway you are now within is where this crucial choice is made, a pivotal moment that will determine the trajectory of your journey. The space object “3I/ATLAS” which began to astound science this year in July of “2025”, and which will come close to Earth by December 19th, emerged from the “Great Attractor” which sits between 13 and 14 degrees of the constellation Sagittarius.

I have discussed this space phenomena previously and will reiterate this information now as a reminder for some and as new information for others.

The “Great Attractor” is a point in the vast cosmos that is larger than the “Milky Way Galaxy”. It has a mass of over 1,000 trillion “Suns”, and our specific solar system has been soaring towards it at “2.2” million kilometers per hour.

It is a profoundly massive field of electromagnetism or radiation. Its light bends gravity. It tends to devour neighboring galaxies, thus behaving like a tremendously huge black hole which is created when stars explode.

It is believed that this “Great Attractor” is a transmitter that is sending out enormous streams of illumination into human consciousness allowing for the elevations that are so necessary as our planet and entire solar system shifts into a completely new era.

However, there is another phenomena occurring that is worth focused attention. Another space object this time labeled “ATLAS C/2025 K1” — seemingly a comet because of its bright circular appearance and gaseous tail — has been seen streaming through the skies in recent days.

However, it has exploded into three bright sections and is situated not far from the “North Star”. It is golden in color. The carbon compounds that comets tend to have seem to be unusually depleted. Therefore, it too could be more than a “comet”.

Like “3I/ATLAS” coming from the “Great Attractor”, the mission of “ATLAS C/2025 K1” could be the release into our solar system of consciousness raising bio-photons or “Life Light” that have the power — for those who are connecting with the HIGHER SELF — to develop energies far beyond what humanity has known as this currently shifting age or era continually advances.

In the book STAR REVOLUTION by Dr. Dieter Broers, it is predicted that soon telepathy, extra-sensory perception, and tremendously high intelligence quotients will be “ordinary” or “normal” for much of humanity; that is, for those who make the decision to elevate and who realize, therefore, that all that has been taught in traditional conventional educational arenas leaves much to be known.

Human nervous systems are being charged-up with both solar energetics as well as with the energetics from beyond our solar system such as “3I/ATLAS” and “ATLAS C/2025 K1”. Carbon-based cells are becoming more crystalline or have more magnetite particles — the same that are contained in the Earth — moving throughout the physical vessel from the brain where most of these crystalline particles have been previously located.

In the realm of Spiritual Science which dates back millions — not merely thousands of years (as mankind knows “time”) — various aspects of cosmic events — such as those recorded in the Vedic scripture RIG VEDA — were taught such as the plasma clouds that prevail in the heliosphere and beyond.

The continual expansion of cosmic rays, for example, are known in the Sanskrit language as “Savita”, and the center of every galaxy contains them. These particular rays are said to carry Divine Consciousness and encoded Sacred Laws that can heal all human physical forms as well as plant life and can, thus, also expand consciousness. Our solar system and galaxy are constantly receiving higher pulsations of LIGHT that are clearing, cleansing, and transforming and literally making a new type of creation.

There are also energetics arriving through our planet’s protective shield — the magnetosphere — which are not ideal to be pummeled to Earth such as the positively-charging protons which can penetrate and harm human cells rather than participate in their clearing, cleansing, healing, and illuminating.

This is caused by mankind’s destructive scientific experimentations that have damaged the environment on and off of Earth. This is a time, however, of purification, and even these vile doings by unwise scientists will be handled by the greater energetics of SOURCE, and this is why strange phenomena — known about in ancient times — is now being revealed to current human civilization.

There is much discussion among Spiritual Scientists from the time of the initial siting of “3i/ATLAS” in July that we are within a state of preparation that will last until at least early next year when shocking, amazing, unbelievable happenings will commence on Earth.

For instance, earthquakes far above “6.0” will occur in unusual places (and thus not just within the “Ring of Fire” at the Pacific Ocean); volcanoes will erupt more often (a volcano has erupted a few days ago in Ethiopia that has not done so for 10,000+ years); weather patterns will completely change; geomagnetic storms will be more prevalent; and mankind’s daily activities in political arenas, social structures, educational institutions, scientific circles, medical services, and more — will all be encouraged to shift into HIGHER KNOWLEDGE so that a harmonious DVINE SYMPHONY — rather than a disharmonious erratic dissonance— will exist.

Many people will continue to struggle with the changing world stage and be uncomfortable with the changes because they will not be what they have come to always know.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings and we are here to help.

We are always wondering what it is that will spur humanity on for more of your ascension, more of your spiritual evolution, more of your integration of all aspects of who and what you really are. We are here to inform you that your ability to speculate about what it is that you have on your hands with 3i/ Atlas is one of those ways in which you are doing a tremendous amount of integration work. You have, of course, been following the path of this interstellar comet and many of you have been listening to all of the speculation about what it is, what it means, and what the end result of this kind of contact will be. You are looking to your skies more now because of it. You are considering your place in the galactic community more now because of it.

You are going to be discovering more of your roots within this galaxy because of it. And while those discoveries may not come directly from 3i/ Atlas, you still have used it appropriately and you will continue to do so. You are doing what you need to do and responding in the appropriate ways to all of the prompts that you are getting from this beautiful universe of ours. You are responding to the ideas that are being put out there about 3i/Atlas in an appropriate way. You are asking yourselves whether something resonates with you or not.

You are asking yourselves how this theory feels, and this is important for you to do now because there is so much more to come. You are going to need to continue to use your discernment in deciding what something means to you and for humanity as the years progress. This is not a test but it is a stepping stone. It is a stepping stone to so much more and some of you recognized that from the very beginning and others of you have been on a journey in regards to it that has involved many twists and turns.

You are now starting to settle in collectively around this phenomenon that is happening in the sky above. Imagine how much more work there will be for you all to do when what you are seeing in the skies is clearly a spaceship, and then several spaceships, and then hundreds, and thousands of spaceships. There will be a lot of integrating going on at those times as well but for now do continue to ask yourselves questions about your origins, your place in the galaxy and the universe, your family members that exist out there on other planets, on moons and even on space stations.
