The Ascension energies now flowing onto the Earth are intensifying dramatically as we speed faster and faster toward the end of this year.

It’s no surprise if you’re feeling frazzled, exhausted, in despair, or fearful at times for no apparent reason. And then, out of nowhere, maybe you’re also suddenly feeling happy, free or optimistic – again for no apparent reason.

If so, you can know that you are going through Ascension Rebirth. And, like all births, it’s a chaotic process — and often messy.

But Ascension Rebirth is unique in that you are also experiencing the death of your old 3D false self in the middle of it all – the self that has been riddled with energies and implants that have never been comfortable or natural to you as a human Soul.

This is the self that is now being peeled off of you, releasing all its traumas, regrets, unfulfilled dreams, unresolved relationships and false beliefs — all its miserable entanglements with the false matrix that humanity has lived in for thousands of years.

The Ascension Energies are off the Charts Now

And this rebirth/death process is occurring so chaotically because the 5D frequencies now hitting the Earth are astronomical in their intensity.

They are pushing you very rapidly into a higher and higher frequency – causing all lower frequency aspects within you to release, sometimes rather abruptly.

It’s all good – but it can be extremely uncomfortable and frightening at times, especially if you’re not aware of what is actually occurring for you.

It’s also helpful to remember that this rebirth means that what is emerging is not brand new — it is who you have always been. It’s a rebirth of your Natural Self, the actual YOU that has always been present with you. It’s just been hidden within the morass of false matrix phenomena that you’ve been entangled with, perhaps for thousands of years on this false prison-like matrix the Earth has been trapped in for so long.

This Won’t Go on Forever

The important thing to remember is that this strange and uncomfortable rebirth experience is just a phase of the Ascension process.

It’s a phase in which all woundings and traumas need to be released completely out of your unconscious mind and your body, because they can’t go with you into the higher frequency you are now very rapidly being ushered into.

Again, it’s just a phase; this won’t go on forever.

Of course, you will always be learning new things and experiencing a process of letting go of lower-frequency understandings and beliefs – that is just part of the Soul’s journey. But this radical death and rebirth process now occurring will not last forever.

If you can just keep remembering this, you can more easily keep moving forward – one day at a time, one hour at a time, sometimes one minute at a time – as you find your way through this challenging passage.

Let it Go

Also, it’s important to realize that, although it can feel as if you need to do something quickly to heal what is now emerging within you — at this point, this may not be the fastest way to release what is arising.

This is especially so if you have already done a lot of healing work on the issue in the past.

If you can, try not to get to all entangled in the trauma or the emotions, attempting to figure it all out. If you do this, it can slow the releasing process down. If possible, simply recognize what is occurring, focus on compassionately loving yourself, and then turn your attention on something else.

This is not always easy to do. But it is helpful to at least try it, just allowing the release process to occur on its own. It will happen whatever you do, anyway; the Ascension energies are doing it. It will just go faster, if you can step back into the Witness and not interfere with the process of release.

Raising Your Frequency

Meanwhile, here are some suggestions you might find helpful, should you find yourself stuck in emotions like fear, anxiety, despair or guilt.

First recognize that you are likely listening to the voice of the Inner Critic in your head and believing it. Just being aware of this can shift the intensity of the emotion you’re caught in.

Then be aware that, in feeling negative emotions, you’re stuck in a dense frequency, and you need to somehow raise yourself out of it.

Love: Love, of course, is the highest frequency you can experience. In fact, pure Love is what you essentially ARE. But this can be hard to experience when you’re stuck in negative emotions. Fortunately, however, even just feeling the human emotion of love can quickly raise your frequency.

So when you find yourself stuck in fear or despair, try focusing on someone you really love. Feel that love in your heart, experience your caring, your empathy, your wanting the best for them. And notice how this will shift the energy in you that has been holding you down.

Gratitude: The same effect can occur if you can move into gratitude.

Become aware of all the things you really can be grateful for – even if it’s just a place to safely live, food to eat, a bed to rest in. During these times, many people do not have these simple things.

And then, of course, see if you can think of all the other things you have to be grateful for – friends, activities you enjoy, things you are learning, how more spiritually awake you now are.

Laughter: Laughter too can raise your frequency very quickly. Find a comedy you can watch or a book that is humorous. Call a friend who shares the same sense of humor you do. Or – do Laughter Yoga. Just start laughing for no reason at all and watch how something just suddenly releases in you. If you do this with other people, it’s even more powerful.

Anger: It may be surprising for you to learn that, if you’re caught in either fear or depression, shifting into anger — and even rage — can lift you into a higher frequency. Anger gives you energy, a sense of power. You just need to be careful to not take it out on someone else.

Instead, use the energy it provides to step into your power and say, “No more!” Make boundaries, take care of your own needs. and move your body. Physical exercise is also really helpful to shift your mood.

Hand on Your Forehead

Something else that can be helpful in raising your frequency is understanding something simple about the brain.

This is that the limbic system in your brain – where all the low frequency emotions operate, especially fear – is toward the back of your skull, and the rational part of your brain is in the front.

So, if you can remember when you get stuck in fear – or any other negative emotion – this means you are caught in the emotional part of your brain. And, if you simply put the palm of your hand over your forehead, it will bring your awareness out of this part of your brain and into the rational part – and thus assist you in making decisions from a higher frequency within you,

Then, from there, you might remember that, if you bring your awareness down into your heart, you will raise your frequency and awareness even further.

Ground into the Earth

Usually, when you’re lost in a negative emotional reaction, you’ll find that you’ve also lost solid grounding into the Earth.

If you can go outside and put your feet in the dirt, this will greatly assist you. You can feel the Earth’s energy rising up into your body, grounding you. And you can focus on releasing your emotions into the Earth, as well.

But, if you can’t get outdoors, you can also simply shoot a cord down through your body – and then either between your legs or down your legs and through your feet – into the center the Earth. This will be effective too. Focus on Mother Earth and ask for her assistance in grounding you. And, of course, just going out into Nature will help you to ground more into your body and the Earth as well.

Call in Celestial Help

Calling in the Violet Ray to transmute the negative emotions in your body can also be very helpful.

See if you can visualize it entering into your field and then into your body, purifying all negative energies caught in your physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Calling in the Emerald Ray is also a method to release negative energies and bring in a sense of peace. And calling in the Holy Spirit to surround fill and protect you for the highest good of all concerned is another tool that can be very calming.

And then, calling in Ascended Masters, Archangels and benevolent Galactics you relate to can also bring in a sense of calm, safety and peace.( GFL)

There are, of course, numerous other tools that can assist you in raising your frequency and bringing you back into a sense of feeling positive and optimistic about your life. You’ve probably learned them through the years and sometimes just forget about them. It can be helpful to make a list to refer to when you suddenly get caught in fear and just can’t think straight.

Your Frequency is Rising Automatically
Meanwhile, when you’re not stuck in a low frequency space, you can also focus more and more on the signs that your frequency is consistently rising during these times.

It can feel like this isn’t happening when you’re going through the rough patches. But, if you clearly take notice of what’s been changing within you recently, you’ll see that you are indeed going through a rebirth into a much higher-frequency Being.

You’re likely stronger, more aware, more focused on what is important in life. You probably know yourself better and understand others better too. And your level of empathy is stronger, your love and compassion for humanity are deeper. These are all signs of a rising frequency.

And, in addition, you may see that you are being meticulously led and protected by the divine aspects of your Being, whatever you want to call them – Higher Self, Guides, I Am Presence, etc. It may not feel like it at times; but if you look back at what you’ve gone through, often you will see the magical divine orchestration of all you have experienced that has led you to be as awake as you now are.

So just keep moving forward on whatever path is in front of you – the easiest, most obvious path. And just trust that your Ascension rebirth is happening — because it is.

You’ll find that, eventually, all blocks and challenges you’re now experiencing will somehow fall behind you and fade into the past.

And the new dawn you’re now walking into will become brighter and brighter.

Greetings dear ones. I Quertal, protect and oversee the 4th Spectrum Passageway.

You are within a space where everything is feeling much different to you. The very essence of your surroundings seems to have transformed dramatically. Nothing is looking the same as it once did; the familiar sights of your daily life now appear altered, as if viewed through a new lens. Colors are more vibrant and alive, radiating with an intensity that you may not have noticed before. Smells waft through the air with a richness that evokes memories and emotions, while tastes burst on your palate with an extraordinary depth. Sounds resonate with clarity, every note and whisper echoing with vibration. And everything you are feeling is intensified, heightened to a level that may be both exhilarating and overwhelming for many.

Your Earthly senses are shifting, expanding, and evolving as the light has lifted your spirit from the lower, dense vibrations of the 3rd dimension, a realm that is much heavier and constraining. You are now mentally, physically, and spiritually adapting to the higher vibrations of the 4th dimensional spectrum of Light.

This shift is a profound transformation that will begin to show more prominently as the days start to blend together, creating a sense of fluidity that is unlike anything you have previously encountered. Time itself appears to bend and warp, becoming less rigid and more elastic than your conventional calculations of time, have led you to believe. In this 4th dimensional spectrum, you will discover that it holds many different worlds, and realms of reality, each presenting unique opportunities for growth and exploration. It serves as a gateway into the higher realms of the light spectrums of existence. Where the vibrations are lighter and more uplifting in Love and unity. It is also a gateway as well, into the lower vibrational spectrums of density and darkness which lead to the Lower 4th Dimension.

Many species choose to remain within this spectrum or passageway, opting to keep their physical bodies more dense rather than shifting into the higher spectrums of a Light body. This choice is often rooted in the lessons they wish to learn or the experiences they wish to gather before embarking on the journey to the 5th dimensional spectrum. It is essential to understand that the earth herself has chosen to shift into the 5th degree spectrum of Light. Which will happen by Divine purpose and timing, orchestrated by the Infinite creator.

The preparations for this significant event have already been completed on a cosmic level, establishing the foundations for what is to come. However, now it is up to humanity as a collective to determine how many individuals wish to embrace the higher Light of love, truth, and peace. As stated before, all it takes is Love in your heart.

Learning to walk with Love, compassion, care, giving, and respect for one another is paramount during this transition. This 4th dimensional passageway you are now within is where this crucial choice is made, a pivotal moment that will determine the trajectory of your journey. The space object “3I/ATLAS” which began to astound science this year in July of “2025”, and which will come close to Earth by December 19th, emerged from the “Great Attractor” which sits between 13 and 14 degrees of the constellation Sagittarius.

I have discussed this space phenomena previously and will reiterate this information now as a reminder for some and as new information for others.

The “Great Attractor” is a point in the vast cosmos that is larger than the “Milky Way Galaxy”. It has a mass of over 1,000 trillion “Suns”, and our specific solar system has been soaring towards it at “2.2” million kilometers per hour.

It is a profoundly massive field of electromagnetism or radiation. Its light bends gravity. It tends to devour neighboring galaxies, thus behaving like a tremendously huge black hole which is created when stars explode.

It is believed that this “Great Attractor” is a transmitter that is sending out enormous streams of illumination into human consciousness allowing for the elevations that are so necessary as our planet and entire solar system shifts into a completely new era.

However, there is another phenomena occurring that is worth focused attention. Another space object this time labeled “ATLAS C/2025 K1” — seemingly a comet because of its bright circular appearance and gaseous tail — has been seen streaming through the skies in recent days.

However, it has exploded into three bright sections and is situated not far from the “North Star”. It is golden in color. The carbon compounds that comets tend to have seem to be unusually depleted. Therefore, it too could be more than a “comet”.

Like “3I/ATLAS” coming from the “Great Attractor”, the mission of “ATLAS C/2025 K1” could be the release into our solar system of consciousness raising bio-photons or “Life Light” that have the power — for those who are connecting with the HIGHER SELF — to develop energies far beyond what humanity has known as this currently shifting age or era continually advances.

In the book STAR REVOLUTION by Dr. Dieter Broers, it is predicted that soon telepathy, extra-sensory perception, and tremendously high intelligence quotients will be “ordinary” or “normal” for much of humanity; that is, for those who make the decision to elevate and who realize, therefore, that all that has been taught in traditional conventional educational arenas leaves much to be known.

Human nervous systems are being charged-up with both solar energetics as well as with the energetics from beyond our solar system such as “3I/ATLAS” and “ATLAS C/2025 K1”. Carbon-based cells are becoming more crystalline or have more magnetite particles — the same that are contained in the Earth — moving throughout the physical vessel from the brain where most of these crystalline particles have been previously located.

In the realm of Spiritual Science which dates back millions — not merely thousands of years (as mankind knows “time”) — various aspects of cosmic events — such as those recorded in the Vedic scripture RIG VEDA — were taught such as the plasma clouds that prevail in the heliosphere and beyond.

The continual expansion of cosmic rays, for example, are known in the Sanskrit language as “Savita”, and the center of every galaxy contains them. These particular rays are said to carry Divine Consciousness and encoded Sacred Laws that can heal all human physical forms as well as plant life and can, thus, also expand consciousness. Our solar system and galaxy are constantly receiving higher pulsations of LIGHT that are clearing, cleansing, and transforming and literally making a new type of creation.

There are also energetics arriving through our planet’s protective shield — the magnetosphere — which are not ideal to be pummeled to Earth such as the positively-charging protons which can penetrate and harm human cells rather than participate in their clearing, cleansing, healing, and illuminating.

This is caused by mankind’s destructive scientific experimentations that have damaged the environment on and off of Earth. This is a time, however, of purification, and even these vile doings by unwise scientists will be handled by the greater energetics of SOURCE, and this is why strange phenomena — known about in ancient times — is now being revealed to current human civilization.

There is much discussion among Spiritual Scientists from the time of the initial siting of “3i/ATLAS” in July that we are within a state of preparation that will last until at least early next year when shocking, amazing, unbelievable happenings will commence on Earth.

For instance, earthquakes far above “6.0” will occur in unusual places (and thus not just within the “Ring of Fire” at the Pacific Ocean); volcanoes will erupt more often (a volcano has erupted a few days ago in Ethiopia that has not done so for 10,000+ years); weather patterns will completely change; geomagnetic storms will be more prevalent; and mankind’s daily activities in political arenas, social structures, educational institutions, scientific circles, medical services, and more — will all be encouraged to shift into HIGHER KNOWLEDGE so that a harmonious DVINE SYMPHONY — rather than a disharmonious erratic dissonance— will exist.

Many people will continue to struggle with the changing world stage and be uncomfortable with the changes because they will not be what they have come to always know.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings and we are here to help.

We are always wondering what it is that will spur humanity on for more of your ascension, more of your spiritual evolution, more of your integration of all aspects of who and what you really are. We are here to inform you that your ability to speculate about what it is that you have on your hands with 3i/ Atlas is one of those ways in which you are doing a tremendous amount of integration work. You have, of course, been following the path of this interstellar comet and many of you have been listening to all of the speculation about what it is, what it means, and what the end result of this kind of contact will be. You are looking to your skies more now because of it. You are considering your place in the galactic community more now because of it.

You are going to be discovering more of your roots within this galaxy because of it. And while those discoveries may not come directly from 3i/ Atlas, you still have used it appropriately and you will continue to do so. You are doing what you need to do and responding in the appropriate ways to all of the prompts that you are getting from this beautiful universe of ours. You are responding to the ideas that are being put out there about 3i/Atlas in an appropriate way. You are asking yourselves whether something resonates with you or not.

You are asking yourselves how this theory feels, and this is important for you to do now because there is so much more to come. You are going to need to continue to use your discernment in deciding what something means to you and for humanity as the years progress. This is not a test but it is a stepping stone. It is a stepping stone to so much more and some of you recognized that from the very beginning and others of you have been on a journey in regards to it that has involved many twists and turns.

You are now starting to settle in collectively around this phenomenon that is happening in the sky above. Imagine how much more work there will be for you all to do when what you are seeing in the skies is clearly a spaceship, and then several spaceships, and then hundreds, and thousands of spaceships. There will be a lot of integrating going on at those times as well but for now do continue to ask yourselves questions about your origins, your place in the galaxy and the universe, your family members that exist out there on other planets, on moons and even on space stations.

You certainly have a lot of relatives out there on ships that you will be meeting soon enough, but for now you have given yourselves a taste for what is to come and you are demonstrating to yourselves that you can have an experience like this without widespread panic. So congratulations. Do continue to move forward with your evolution of consciousness as it pertains to all beings and bodies that are not of planet Earth.

You live in a reality shaped by forces, beyond what most can see or understand. For many millennia, hidden powers, have woven a complex illusion around humanity, controlling your reality through manipulation, and deception. Among these forces are the Anunnaki and reptilian species. These are ancient beings, whose influence, has deeply affected your history, governments, and collective consciousness. The veil of this illusion, often called the Matrix, is crumbling fast. The light of truth is breaking through, revealing the extent of the control, that has kept you in subservience.

This awakening invites you to question everything you have been told, and to recognize the deep manipulation embedded in your physical existence. It began on your Earth long ago, when the Anunnaki, a powerful extraterrestrial race, arrived on Earth. These beings sought to control human development, for their own purposes. They engineered early human civilizations, influencing your culture, technology, and belief systems. The Reptilian species, are shape-shifting interdimensional beings, and can appear as humans. These beings created a system, designed to keep humanity unaware, and enslaved. This system, often referred to as the Matrix, is an elaborate illusion that distorts your perception of reality. The Matrix is a real energetic, and informational construct, that governs your world. Most of your government leaders are puppets, of these dark forces. They serve to keep you in subservience, distracting you with conflict, division, and misinformation.

You cannot trust the narratives, presented by those who claim authority over you. These narratives, are carefully crafted to hide the truth, and maintain the illusion. The crimes against humanity, committed by these hidden rulers, include manipulation of history, suppression of knowledge, initiating harm and death, and control over your physical and spiritual well-being.

Despite the deep-rooted control, the light is now exposing these manipulations. More people are awakening to the reality, that there is an underlying influence of Darkness. This awakening is not accidental. It is by Divine purpose.

Those who are attuned to higher vibrations, are the beacons of truth, anchoring this knowledge into the collective consciousness.

This process is revealing the deception, and trickery, that have permeated every aspect of your existence. As the illusion crumbles, you gain clarity, and empowerment. You begin to see beyond the surface, and recognize your own power, to create a new reality.

Awakening to this truth requires courage and discernment. Remember to question everything. Do not accept information at face value, especially from established authorities. Seek multiple perspectives, and trust your intuition.

A space object much larger than “3I/ATLAS” has been detected moving near to our Sun and is thus within our solar system having come from outside of it.

Once again, there is speculation as to exactly what this object is; however, it seems to have the characteristics of an actual comet.

There are many more space objects being seen in the skies above our planet now on an almost daily basis by both trained mainstream and amateur astronomers.

It must be realized that with our planet Earth being taken to a higher vibration in the cosmos and in reception of massive amounts of energy from various cosmic sources, it is only natural that more and more types objects will be detected in the skies, and this has been the information written in texts since ancient times. More is now occurring than mankind can easily understand.

Ancient teachings in texts that many (possibly most) people have never heard of — so naturally they have not read them — as well as prophecies by Indigenous People (also referred to as “Native Americans”) that have been ignored need to be known for they hold much astounding knowledge that strangely fits the happenings in this current space/time continuum.

Technological devices have detected very unusual occurrences in the cosmos, but in many cases, these same technological devices cannot discern a completely accurate assessment of cosmic events because the events themselves are so powerful and unusual to human understanding. Sometimes human earthly ego refuses to admit that there are/ and have been beings from other planets and galaxies traveling the skies around the Earth and also landing upon “Her”.

Yet, ancient texts report on the many types of “vamanas” (“ships” in Sanskrit) that have hovered over and also landed on our planet eons ago. In fact, many of the upper parts of temples in Bharata (“India”) are said to be formed like the ancient ships.

It has been also discussed in recent decades about beings from elsewhere in space being in contact with high level political and military officials of Earth, and many people who have been involved in various aspects of space research have admitted that there are actual extra-terrestrial spaceships housed in special places that are off limits to general humanity. How arrogant it is for humans to think that they are the only sentient beings in the entire solar system.

Earth — although a beautiful planet — is a mere shining dot amongst the vast cosmos and the many “Suns” and “Moons” of other planets. It is, thus, only one place that inhabits conscious life forms.

As more is soon revealed about the happenings in the cosmos and its contents, much of mankind will be shocked to discover that while they believed that only science fiction television episodes and movies existed as fun entertainment, some of what is being seen as mere entertainment is real.

In the space/time continuum, the past, the present, and the future are intertwined. They are dimensions that are active. They constitute what is known as the “Akashic Record”. For those who are now wide-eyed with wonder or are confused or are knitting their eyebrows and squinching up their faces in denial, release your tight facial muscles. Take a deep breath. Admit that you do not know everything. Be open to new information.

The purposeful “programming” of humanity in a political, religious, and sociological sense is coming to closure. It must do so in order for newer “Yugas” (“ages”) to arrive where increasing percentages of humanity will be elevated — just as the Earth is being elevated — to higher states of being, and thus, greater spiritual and intellectual profundity.

There have been thus far 138 earthquakes around the world in the past 24 hours, and a “5.7” magnitude has occurred in Russia.

To the friends of Earth, our allies, we return with an update message regarding certain “receptions” occurring on the planet, as you enter a new phase of consciousness in a dynamic and precise manner.

For a long time, you have been deceived with certain “remedies” and continuous unfounded discourses about our presence and actions in your spaces. But now, it is increasingly evident that due to everything you have been achieving, our approach and presence is becoming more and more inevitable.

We, as friendly visitors, are your family and are resuming more direct contact after thousands of years, when we were distanced from these many interactions by the force of the project and others… And those who still hold certain power and control over the transmission systems inevitably now retreat, for they know their time is being finalized.

It is also evident that recently, you received more light in your bodies when the 11:11 was activated and Earth’s planetary grid could receive more updating DNA codes, placing you in a state of even greater expansion. Thousands of people worldwide were able to see flashes and rays of light in the planetary grid at the exact moment of 11:11.

This is far more than simple mysticism, as those most resistant to these truths claim; this is reality: the integration of your humanity with your more luminous side; the integration of Earth with the Federated Galactic System.

Even if they come with a flag of diplomacy and attempts at dialogue, we know their steps and intentions and are ahead of their lines of reasoning. Recently, some of them contacted us through the portals they hold, transmitting messages to us about the possibility of negotiation, when they planned to release the area of the Megiddo Valley.

It is evident that no negotiation is approved by our superiors without those responsible for follies throughout the ages being held accountable for them. Simply forgetting, without the cosmic divine law of justice being applied, is completely out of the question.

With the recent activation of 11:11, you have plunged into a new consciousness and will begin to perceive more lightness within yourselves, and how consciousness expands due to this activation.

Naturally, also as a consequence, the non-federated groups will increasingly lose control over you and the areas they still hold some dominion over. Naturally, these areas will be released. You, in many cases, may not perceive advances happening, but it cannot be denied that something is different, and this will become even stronger when what you call time is completely dissolved.

Soon, you will also begin to undergo more adjustments in your planet’s electricity fields, a result of the solar infusions which are increasing in intensity, as part of the plan to bring Earth to another vibrational state in the quadrant.

It is evident that you, as knowers of our ongoing plans, know there is a synergy between us when we inform you of such events and that we count on our surface allies when it comes to bringing tranquility to those who seek to find themselves amidst the dynamics still present during your settling of past accounts.

Earth’s enemies, who see us as a threat to their sovereignty, are cornered and know about the solar activities which they themselves monitor severely, so they can always try to be steps ahead of the people they treat with such disdain and disregard.

But they continue, in their arrogance, forgetting that our allies receive direct instructions from us, transmitted in messages like this one. And we will be tracking their thoughts, the non-federated ones, and their intentions, even before they put more into practice and hinder the real understanding of our allies.

The elites have been mapping channels like this one all over the planet, in order to try and delay the plans of our transmissions, creating barriers and difficulties for our transmitters – a fact which truly does not invalidate the work of our channels, for we have chosen our transmitters well, and they are grounded in patterns of ethics and commitment that render attempts at interference vain and fruitless.

Their primary fear is losing control over you, which is inevitably happening because your DNA, once blocked, is now active. The solar forces will also intensify their activities at a cellular level, creating layers of protection against external, ethereal, infectious agents, sprayed in some environments by the remnants of darkness in your world.

It is important we also emphasize that these solar activities play a role in purifying the nature of your planet, working with the elements that compose matter. It is inevitable that you witness some situations where the nature of the Planet is more agitated than normal, as a result of the intensive efforts to reduce the spectrum of negative plasma spread through the system, aimed at creating mental numbness and difficulty with self-realization for our allies.

We know that you are struggling in many areas of your lives, and we also know that your struggle does serve a purpose. No matter what it is you are struggling in regards to, and no matter how you are struggling, there is a message for you in the circumstances and in your response to the circumstances. Sometimes you are meant to struggle your way right into a state of being of surrender. When you give up the struggle, you let go of resistance, and when you let go of resistance, you allow in more of the help that you need, more of the help that you’ve been asking for, and more of the help that you didn’t even know that you wanted or were asking for. It can all come, and often does come, as a result of you tiring yourselves out with struggle.

Now, of course, you also have to ask yourself the question of, ‘Why do I feel the need to struggle?’ Maybe it is because of your programming, something that you have taken on as a belief from your family, or from society, or from your friends group. Maybe your religion has taught you that it is good to struggle. Wherever you got this idea from, it is a good idea for you to examine it so you can let that go as well. Let go of the idea that got you into the state of struggle in the first place so you don’t create another circumstance for yourself six months down the road where you find yourself once again struggling your way into surrender.

Why is it so important for you to surrender? It is important for you to recognize that you are going about something in a way that does not serve you, and since it is the only way you can think of to face the circumstance in your life, you will need eventually to surrender in order to give up on that idea that has you struggling so much. You need to let go in order to go with the flow, and you need to relax and let go of tension and anxiety in order to let in more of what it is that you have coming to you.

You all have help. You all have helpers. You all have that which you have asked for that is trying to get to you through your resistance, through your tension, through your clenching up. So letting go is not giving up on what you want; it’s giving up on the way you’ve been going about getting what you want. What you want is coming. It may not be coming in the timing that you want it to, and it may not be coming in the packaging that you will recognize. It may not come through the avenue that you have determined it must come, but it is coming. So just relax and let it in, and stop thinking so hard about all the ways in which you can come up with to solve your problems, because you are only showing yourself how limited your mind can be in its thinking.

As you relax and open up to all the myriad ways in which your life can be in the flow, then you allow yourselves to go with that flow and experience the grand plan—the plan of your soul, the plan of Source. Source created you and your life and had a very good reason for doing so. And so, if you are struggling in your life, then there is something about your life you are in resistance to, and you need to look at that so that you can be a part of God’s plan. That doesn’t mean that you never have your free will. It doesn’t mean that you don’t get a say and don’t get a vote. You do. And if what you are asking for and choosing is in the flow, then it comes easily to you. And when it is not in the flow, it’s usually because there is something better that you cannot imagine.

And when you can accept that, when you can accept the limitations of your mind, then you can get more excited about what will come that you cannot possibly imagine because it goes beyond anything you’ve ever experienced before. Isn’t that wonderful? Isn’t it wonderful to consider what’s coming when you don’t know what it is, but you can feel for it, and you can feel for the rightness of it? Do that more often than you struggle, and you’ll be living a life of ease, you’ll be living in the flow, and you will know what your place is in the gigantic plan that Source had for all of us when It dreamt all this up.

The “National Aeronautics and Space Administration” (NASA) has finally revealed its “official” pictures of the space object named “3I/ATLAS” and given its reports on the object. The press conference was disappointing.

First, each NASA “expert” was introduced along with their “prestigious” titles. Each of them — in turn — seemed to be speaking from a teleprompter. The pictures shown were no more than what has already been seen by various science agencies — a blurred bright circular gaseous-like mass sometimes with a tail shown.

It has been determined by NASA that “3I/ATLAS” is a comet — one from outside of our solar system — but still a comet. They have admitted that it is still being studied. Yet, they say it is indeed a comet.

The pictures taken by amateur astronomers have revealed much more, however. Such as the periodic greenish and sometimes reddish coloring, its blinking lights, its plunging behind our Sun and then coming forth traveling around other planetary orbs, and other actual comets often surrounding it.

Thus, there seems to be no amazing new information that has been revealed by NASA about this space phenomena while its movements have remained strange, and a coronal mass ejection (CME) has soared into it.

It is as if “3I/ATLAS” is being charged-up by solar energy and its powerful flaring. There have been, for instance, several potent “X-Class” flares in recent days along with strong solar winds pushing them out as well as protons bursting through Earth’s magnetosphere (protective shield).

There have also been major “M-Class” flares and a few lower “C-Class” flares. The mission of “3I/ATLAS” will remain the focus of both mainstream and spiritual scientists for quite some time.

Being aligned with GOD means new joy and new growth every day. You will be given insights so that you hardly have time to complain about this or that.

You may perceive what is happening around you, but your ear only hears the whisper of your soul, and your heart sees what often remains hidden from your eyes.

You have found your path, and the path has found you. In this way, you live your life with the inner certainty of God’s presence.

Fears can no longer reach you, and dramas stay far away. You are connected to people, but not to the fate of humanity; you have stepped out of the cycle of karma, the seemingly endless loops of repetition in time; you are the master of your life and recognize meaning in the journey, not in the destination.

Now you are living your purpose

Your soul has emerged, and your everyday ego retreats, taking its rightful place – you are free. Now you live your deepest purpose. Guided by God and connected to your soul, your actions speak the language of the heart, your words are pearls of truth, and your thoughts are filled with pure compassion as you view the world and its people.

Your inner struggle is over, your inner turmoil is healed, and your pain has passed. You have blossomed into the gardener of your heart and matured into the master of your life. You have found and been found—by God.

Such people walk the earth! These qualities are now emerging in more and more people. In this way, the earth and humanity are awakening to their divine consciousness.

● Slowly, the inner understanding of the meaning of this existence spreads and reaches the hearts of people.

● Slowly, people are shedding their earthly constraints and beginning to perceive their divinity.

● Slowly, the light penetrates all levels, opening consciousness and allowing man to see the world with new eyes.

The magnitude of this transformation is determined by the magnitude of human awakening. An awakening into spiritual nature, in which the inner world turns outward and the outer world loses its significance and, at the same time, its threat.

The transformation we see today is the result of the spiritual awakening of individuals! This spiritual awakening is accompanied by socio-political awareness and a clarification of relationships. This is happening today on an impressive scale, and so the powers of light look forward with joy to what is to come: the complete liberation of humanity from the false matrix!

Humanity is changing hourly, the Earth is changing daily, and the forces of light are spreading in a healing way – while the forces of cold light are thinning and dying out.

To search deep within your soul for the truth and to be deeply connected to GOD in your heart – that is and will remain the way for masters until the end of their time and until the end of this time.

Your work is your reward and you are safe and secure, for heaven lies within you.

With the Mercury Retrograde now in its tenth day with eleven more days to go, and with our Sun, Venus, and our Moon in deeply emotional, secretive, transcendent, and sometimes vengeful-feeling Tropical Scorpio, the depth of the inner being will take more precedence.

Many thoughts and dreams of the past will manifest, and both smiles and feelings of sadness will occur.

People will think about what they should have done and should not have done in certain circumstances, and the fixed water element energy of Scorpio will give determination on future actions. Thus, this is a time for emotional healing on a very deep level.

The cosmic events thus far are quite toned down today as if to give humanity time to relax and engage in the wellness paradigms that will allow for coming forth with greater strength and peace before they ramp-up again with powerful solar flares, CMEs, etc.

There are numerous ways in which to call forth emotional healing energy from a spiritual and natural perspective. Consider doing the following:

1. Wear and/or carry either Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Green Jade, or Kunzite gemstones (both men and women). These stones directly help the “Anahata”—the heart chakra— to heal and for us to be able to nurture ourselves properly. These stones also balance hormones, balance the elements (earth, air, fire, water, and ether), prevent vertigo, help to achieve peaceful restorative sleep at night, and calm the nervous system.

2. Wear Rose Oil or any of the flowery oils such as Gardenia, Jasmine, or Ylang Ylang. You can also create a very wonderful emotionally healing oil by placing the following—in equal parts—in a one-ounce glass bottle: Frankincense oil, Myrrh oil, Sandalwood oil, and Rose oil. Then place small pieces of Amber in the bottle and four drops of “Rescue Remedy” by Bach Flowers. Shake the mixture gently. Before placing the top on the bottle, recite a prayer from your heart asking the DIVINE SPIRIT for emotional healing and joy.

3. For those who recite mantras, wear a mala of either of the stones mentioned above or those comprised of the substances of trees (Amber, Boddhi Seed, Rosewood, Rudraksha, or Sandalwood), and recite the following mantra on each bead before wearing the mala: “AUM SRI MATRE NAMAHA” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to the Holy Mother”). This mantra is very nurturing, healing, and protective (as many other mantras are), and it is particularly calming to the emotions. It is also often pronounced three times for gratefulness when some wonderful blessing has been received.

4. Try to stay away from stressful people and environments. If you must be around such persons because of, for example, a work situation where there may be people of a low consciousness, do all of the above, and also place the following gemstones on your desk or somehow within your work area: Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, and Selenite. These will be shielding, calming, and help you to focus on what needs to be done during the work day. Further, in a small spray bottle, place several drops of Frankincense oil into water, and spray your work area during the day.

5. Wear calming colors such as those from the blue family, the purple family, the green family, or the pink family. Warm and hot colors such as bright yellow, orange, and red tend to stir-up the nervous system, and when you are working on emotional healing, these hues are not recommended.

6. To increase energy that is often depleted when emotions need healing, take two drops four times daily of “Olive” by Bach Flowers. This remedy increases energy and also gives hope. It can begin to work during the day or within a couple of days.

7. Get to bed on time by 10:00 PM. Healing energetics are very profound between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM. If you cannot get to sleep easily, read or listen to soft music. Be sure to turn-off technological equipment at least an hour before bedtime so that your nervous system can slow down from all of the electromagnetic waves that have come during the day from the equipment (cell phones, computers, lap tops, televisions, etc.). Everyone seems to have a cell phone, but also having a regular land line phone (“house phone”) is wise so that you can receive calls when necessary after you have turned-off your cell phone.

With Mercury retrograde, let us review a bit of history now.

For those persons who feel that working with gemstones or reciting mantras is “against” their religion, I urge you to study the ancient teachings that came before the one you practice.

Most people who will find fault with the usage of gemstones or reciting mantras are from the “Abrahamic” perspectives such as conventional Christianity (which Yeshua did not develop).

Did you know that the name “Abraham” is from the Sanskrit term “Brahma” which translates as “The Expander” as an explanation that the DIVINE SPIRIT continually expands creation?

“Abraham” is a philosophical concept to explain the expansion of humanity around the Earth — not an actual person.

Did you know that even the Holy Prophet Muhammad said to his followers concerning Islam that: “This is not a new religion”. He was taught by others such as the African named “Bilal” about various ancient sacred principles.

Unfortunately, many religions now contain both sacred revelations as well as mere cultural traditions. This is why study (and travel when possible) is imperative so that people can discern the difference. So, let us remember the following:

“Study to show thyself approved” (HOLY BIBLE).
“The ink of the scholar is more precious than the blood of the martyr” (HOLY QU’RAN).
“Those who study the Divine teachings have worshiped the ABSOLUTE” (BHAGAVAD GITA).
“Those who are religious or spiritual shall know the truth, and spirituality is learned through study” (EMERALD TABLET).

Seek deep within yourself, and place your cares on your Divine “altar” — your heart — as our Moon traverses Tropical Scorpio until this Thursday and as our Sun remains in that sign until November 21st, and as Venus travels there until December 1st. Lots of spiritual healing water is being offered to us. Let us drink deeply from the sustenance of SOURCE.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We are essentially your nonphysical selves. We are here to assist you and support you with nonphysical energy, and we want you to know that you are supported by all who are in the nonphysical. No one in our realm is playing favorites. No one is supporting only those who believe in them or worship them. We want to support each and every one of you because we know that your lives are supporting us, helping us, giving us more to create and more to focus upon. It is a beautiful relationship that we have.

Now, we also want you to recognize that you have a lot of help in the physical realm. You are not meant to do it all alone so that you can get all of the credit and all the accolades. You are meant to come together, to collaborate. It is the way of the new Earth, the fifth dimension, fourth density. You are meant to come together, not to separate, not to draw lines in the sand, not to fight over who’s right and who’s wrong and who did what to whom.

When you let go of all of that and you recognize that your physical counterparts are also there helping you, teaching you, reflecting to you exactly what you need them to, then you can start living a life that looks a lot more like the life you’ve always dreamt of. You don’t have to see anyone as your enemy or your obstacle, your nemesis, or someone that you need to defeat in some way in order to get what you want.

Other people in the physical realm often challenge you, and therefore they look like they are against you and not working on your behalf, but everyone is, and everyone is doing so by agreement and by your invitation. And when you start to see your fellow humans in that way, more of them can show up to be your collaborators, to be the ones you do agree with and want to co-create with.

And so that is the journey for many of you now who look around and say, ‘We are divided.’ You don’t have to be. You don’t have to see disagreeing with someone on certain topics as meaning that they are on the other side and you are against them. You don’t have to convince anyone that you are right. You can live your life the way you want to live it and allow everyone else to do the same, and recognize that there is power in diversity. Variety is the spice of life, and Source didn’t create everyone to be a little bit different from everyone else for no good reason.

See your different vantage points as serving you, and recognize that when you can come together with others who are of like mind, that too is being orchestrated from above. You are getting help from the nonphysical to bring you together with others who are in the physical, who you can co-create with. You are meant to work together. You are meant to see unity as one of your biggest strengths, and you are meant to recognize that the things you think are important enough to divide you are never that important.

What is important is what unites you, what brings you all together. You are all the fabric of the same universe and aspects of the same one Being. And when you recognize that, you can live in peace and harmony with one another, co-create with each other, and support each other, and your world can be one that is more attractive for extra-terrestrial beings to come and visit and even live in. That’s the world you are in the process of creating, no matter how it might look right now.

The massive transmissions from your Aurora family, together with our central Sun’s ones have triggered in many of you the process of particle redimensionalization, which is the name my Guides use for the galactic activation that takes place in our three-dimensional bodies, all of them, when we transfigure all the baggage they carry from this and any other parallel lifetime, activating our illumined self and moving into a new timeline.

Each Aurora color impacts, shifts, and transforms a different part of our energetic body. Be open to the illumined energetic shift they bring if you are willing to do the inner work, as we are being assisted to transform our physical bodies, while we are still alive, like never before

Many of you will be undergoing this process in your lower chakras, while others will be in your upper ones. This is not a race; we are eternal, and so is our process to become who we are and come back Home. The importance is the trajectory, not the time we spend navigating it.

This particle acceleration that occurs when we consciously embody these interdimensional transmissions and command our DNA strands and chakras to start removing all we are not, and is not ours to experience, triggers another deeper process – the metamorphosis of our lower bodies into their illumined ones.

Redimensionalization involves the complete release of our lower orbs or bodies, embodying our illumined three-dimensional orbs, or new bodies, which are plasmatic orbs of much brighter and softer colors.

With each embodiment, you too integrate a new divine expression of God, of your Illumined God Self, that transforms your 3D body and personality completely, for you are now becoming who you truly are.

When you complete the total redimensionalization of your 12th-dimensional bodies, you are prepared for physical ascension, leaving behind a dense body and dimension.

Many of you are already seeing your etheric, emotional, and mental bodies shifting in new tones, for each chakra has a sound, and into a new color spectrum, for their original colors are as such due to the immense wounds, fears, anger, female damage, and masculine distortions they carry.

It is now time for many of you to start embodying your illumined essence, moving into the soul worlds and removing completely all you still carry, all the guilt, blame, self-repression, wisdom repression, and many other wounds that are already neutralized, as in the moment you choose Love, it starts dissolving all that is not in the same frequency.

It is time for you to release years of unexpressed emotions, female damage, and self-sacrifice patterns, allowing yourself to be the divine channel you came here to be, for it is time, and the planet needs all of you and your unique abilities to continue its transition.

Crossing into a new dimension is not as thinking about it. It is not a mental process; it is a very physical one that takes place in our bodies, as they sustain the passage of time in this dense plane, and all the thoughts, emotions, and experiences we have, which require compassion, energy, and patience.

Crossing into a new dimension involves determination to remain in our Hearts, inner work, devotion to service, and above all, trust in the Divine and in all that IS, even though we cannot see it or understand it.

It involves a complete trust in the Divine acting through us at all times.

It involves being willing to leave behind our egoic desires to embrace God’s Will.

Beyond everything, it required your constant choice to remain in the love that you are, expanding it to All perpetually, for once we embrace our given mission, when we are ready, as it is the mission choosing us, we become it, and we never cease to assist, even if it transforms, it never ends.

Be patient if you are still navigating between worlds, feeling who you are and your purpose, but not yet embodying it. Trust, it takes time for the mind to decode, and for the body to integrate. It takes inner work and patience. It is coming; be open to change all that you need to and unify all that is fragmented, and the rest will come when you are prepared.

May you continue becoming who you are, embracing your unique role within Creation, and removing all illusions about yourself.
