Thor Han confirmed that as a consequence of the Dark Fleet being harshly hit by the Alliance and the Federation, the German (4th Reich) presence in Antarctica is abandoning their outpost. He told me that there was an exodus going on, towards colonies out of this solar system, through a portal (jump door as he calls it). He said that the Reptilians based in Antarctica were leaving too.

We are a Draco Group here today to introduce ourselves to humanity. We come in peace, we work and have alliance with Galactic Federation of Light. We fight against the same enemy as you have: Dracos, Reptilians, Anunaki and etc.
We reside on a faraway constellation of stars not known yet to mankind, and kept in secret for now, as we don’t want the Negative Side to know our location. Our original civilization reached high level of evolution, and then got split up into two groups, part of us got influenced by Anunaki and Reptilians to get involved in a world domination by occupying your planet and other similar planets.
We are between 9 to 12 feet tall. The Royal White Dracos can be 15 feet tall. Our appearance is more of a dragon look, we have over 50 different species of Dracos. Our physic is muscular, and we have a warrior look. We weigh between 800 pounds to 1 ton. We live in 7th dimension and up.
We are pretty advanced beings, and our technology is beyond your wild imagination. The ships and the rest of our technology is top notch by the Universal standards, otherwise we would not be able to survive in this Galactic War.

Your Victory And Freedom Is Coming, Never Give Up
Create a very contagious but super low mortality rate virus to fit the needed plan, using SARS, HIV, Hybrid Research Strain created at Fort Dietrich Class 4 lab from 2008 to 2013 as part of a research project to find out why corona viruses spread like wildfire in bats but have an extremely hard time infecting humans.
Create a weaponized version of the virus with a much higher mortality rate as a backup plan. Ready to be released in Phase 3, but only if needed.
Create and fund the vaxxination development and roll out plan so it’s capable of being rolled out on a global scale.
Create and fund the vaxxination, verification, and certification protocols, Digital ID, to enforce/confirm the vaxxination program after the mandatory roll out is enacted.
Once enough people in a country/region are infected, enact forced quarantines/isolation for that area and expand the lockdown regions slowly over time.
Overhype the mortality rate by lying the Research Strain to deaths that have little to nothing to do with the actual virus to keep the fear and compliance at a maximum.
Keep the public quarantines for as long as possible to destroy the region’s economy, create civil unrest, break down the supply chain, cause the start of mass food shortages.
Downplay and attack any potential treatments and continue to echo that the only cure is viable to fight this virus is the vaxxine.
Eventually, enact Phase 2 quarantines, October through November 2020, on an even more extreme level and blame the protesters, mostly people who don’t trust their governments already, as the cause of the largest second wave whereby the media will say “I told you so” It was too early. It’s all your own fault because you needed a haircut. Your freedoms have consequences!

She told us about their troop movements. Yes, they're still forming armies in the tunnels underneath the earth. The troops have seen better days but they're still moving around and fighting.
