DEVELOPING THE MIND AND WILL POWER

Stand straight, feet together, mouth closed. Tilt your head back as much as you can. Keep your eyes wide open and hold them in such a state. Focus on the crown area. Take a quick breath exhale and inhale through the nose. Duration of this exercise:  5-10 minutes.
