EXERCISE MEETING WITH YOUR FEARS

“When Fear is called - the fear is Vanquished”
Create list of all your fears, if you do not quite understand what you are most afraid of, imagine yourself in a situation where you are completely defenseless. For each person, this situation can be different. For some, the vulnerability can be physical, for others it may be associated with a feeling of emotional or even spiritual risk. Imagine the situation, symbolizing the vulnerability for you, allow yourself to completely surrender to that and imagine the worst outcome. It's a way to penetrate to the deepest fears of your life - the outcome (the unknown).
If you're not quite sure how to imagine meeting with your fears, then the easiest way is to visualize yourself: emerging from this fear with victory, or resigned with a terrible outcome, once you have submitted to it, fear no longer have the same power over you.
