i enjoy excellent health and encourage any reader to try the ketogenic diet.....the ideal being zero sugar/carbs, moderate proteins and 'good' fats. lemon is needed for citrates to cancel high oxcillates in cruciferous veg, like daily kale shakes.....no stones can form in kidnies, gall....citric acid and ascetic acid in apple cidar vinegar....;-]

I'm allergic to lemons and since most people like to poison their food with a little lemon before offering it to guests I'm having quite a hell with that devilish little awful answer of nature to the human invention of a low voltage battery. ;)
