Does BOC mean anything to anyone..

I had a "dream" about a man in a blue "space" suit/tracksuit.. with the "badge" on his top reading the initials B.O.C. 

I was being lovingly taken away.. but I came back.. I have no memory of what happened during, but there were many of there small spacecraft, and one of the enemy government spacecraft trying to get in the way.. with no hope of course...

 

Does anyone know who the B.O.C is???
