Laura: I had a few very powerful visions of an underwater battle scene yesterday, during my crani- sacral therapy treatment. I knew then that the being in the middle of the scene, which was protecting a kingdom wanted to speak with me as soon as possible. He was half man from the waist up, and half fish from the waist down. He was wearing a golden crown and had a trident in his hands. There were projectiles coming into the water from above, and there were also dolphins who were afraid and seemed to attack something or swim away from something.

A Message from King Neptune of Mars- Message Channeled by Laura Tyco
King Neptune: Good day to you, I am Neptune, King of the Oceans. I come forward in order to relate the tales of my long lost Kingdom. Indeed, my story begins on your planet Mars. I was the Absolute Monarch of the water world, that Mars once was. Now it has a desolate surface, but water still resides at its heart and Mars is well able of sustaining life in its Inner World. Rivers and Oceans will you find there, my friends.

Laura: Thank you, I have felt your presence very strongly yesterday during my cranio sacral therapy session. I had a few visions of an underwater battle. Also I believe your kind is half man half fish. Do you belong to the mermaid family?

King Neptune: I belong to the species you are referring to as mermaids. In fact our kind originated on planet Mars. We populated the vast oceans there, we lived in peace for a long time, we lead a simple and peaceful life. We cohabitated and shared our power with what you call Dolphins on Earth. As all beings evolving in a natural manner, we had many psychic powers and lived on palaces at the bottom of our oceans. Most, if not all the remanents of our civilisation, which is carefully being hidden from you, was underwater. Those large pyramid complex was also submerged for a long, long time. It was built by our kind.

We also lived under large glass palaces, in very large numbers, in our underwater cities. Some of us had a stronger inclination to live in line with our natural environment, and refused to settle in such buildings. While others of our kind pursued higher goals and technology. We used to have the ability to adapt to our environment, and like your whales or Dolphins, we were able to spend some time on the surface. Water was our territory never the less and we had to live there. Our kind is highly telepathic, and our vision would be quite similar to our brothers the Dolphins. We used to live under different set of rules from yours and under different laws of physics on Mars.

My life had extended over thousands of years; I have had many off springs and many wives in my long life time. I lived in the city of light, made of pure glass or crystal, and stone. Most of my people enjoyed the safety of our walls. As has happened to many societies, we became arrogant and began enjoying our power over other species, such as the Dolphins. We rivalled and competed with them over time, and this has escalated more and more. The Dolphins had no desire more technology or changes in their way of living. We have argued many thousands of years with how to live on Mars. In the end, the Dolphins had to defend their territory against our constant threatening of their space and hunting grounds.

Greed and anger dominated us from then on. We decided to cut our communication with them, and pursue our exploitation of their seas and oceans, disregarding them as primitive and stubborn. Ultimately, we knew our technology was going to protect us against them, so we just ignored their objections and protests against our expanding greed. We began hunting them down for pleasure, and making trophies from their fins and teeth. We had reduced their population in great numbers either by greed or by taking their fish. We began treating them as inferior, as animals. We kept pushing them in the furthest regions, in areas with volcanoes, and deadly currents. We were beginning to develop some kind of weapon which would crush their organs, similar to what your navy is now using in their sonar. We are naturally more resistant than them, because we have a different physiology.

These were difficult times for everybody. Our children grew up and were never told that the Dolphins are sentient beings. Because of their appearance, we taught them they were bigger fishes, like your sharks, and dangerous. We taught our children to fear and hunt the Dolphins. Little by little, our connection with the Dolphins was broken, and we grew apart, and even engaged in small wars. The Dolphins would swim full speed crashing in our domes, and attack us in response to our using weapons against them. And we would retaliate against harder every time this would happen.

After many thousands of years of this, along came a space faring civilisation, called the Annunaki. They were not alone seeking our planet for gold and other riches. There were reptilian beings among them also. These were in need of genetic material from us and from species on our planet. We gave them a lot of gold, and other metals for their spaceships. We gave them access to our skies and waters. The Dolphins were not impressed with this state of affairs. We received technology in exchange for our help to the Annunaki and allowed them over time to build underwater basis on Mars. They began settling on Mars little by little, and were ruthless to the Dolphins and all other marine life.

Our scientists were becoming more and more dependent of them, and this is when the wars took place. There were many among us who did not like our association with the Annunaki and Reptilians. We knew of the experiments that they were leading on your planet, trying to accelerate the beings on your planet evolution, for reasons we did not understand. Of course, I discovered later that they wanted to build an army of perfect slaves, in order to gather ore and metals from Earth for them. They lacked respect for life in general, however some among them did not agree with these ruthless methods.

It came to a point when an all world war exploded on Mars. Some of us allied themselves with our new space allies, while other returned to making friendships with the Dolphins. The scenes you were seeing yesterday, were scenes of these underwater battles on Mars. With projectiles coming from the surface from our own space ships or from the Annunaki. You were also shown attacks on our cities lead by the Dolphins. I was powerless to stop it all. On Mars, the Monarchs never interfere in their subjects lives and decisions. We are just loved and respected because of our linage, and because of ancient weapons our family was passing on from generation to generation, such as my famous trident.

I was only using these traditional weapons to control storms, they are extremely powerful on Mars. I had given up for some time using the trident for my own desire or will. It was a respected weapon, which had not been used in a destructive manner for many generations previous to mine. Besides, the weapon had such power that it would destroy all life for thousands of years, and for thousand of miles. Yes, such as your nuclear weapons do. All our troops were scattered all over the oceans, it would have destroyed people on all sides, if I was ever to use it as a weapon. I used it as a shield for the city in the visions you have.

In the end, the wars had managed to destroy our oceans, and to bring about irreversible changes for Mars. Its orbit was altered, its atmosphere was lost, the surface was devastated with nuclear impacts. Many of us perished, our cities were turned to ashes, many dolphins and Annunaki were also lost. It was not a war of species, it was a war for territory, metal, technology and ideology. Some of our species joined the Annunaki, or the Dolphins. Our civilisation was destroyed in many great numbers and we took refuge in our Inner Planet’s oceans, along with the Dolphins.

The few thousands survivors managed to escape from the Annunaki, who gathered all possible resources from the planet of Mars over a few more thousands of years. I come forward today in order to warn your kind against weapons, against cruelty, and causing harm to any life form. I come as a warning against greed, and lack of consciousness. Be careful of those who offer you free gifts, against your soul, no matter if those are in your midst or come from another alien world. We are of a common linage, and your species made it to Mars during the Lemurian and Atlantean times. They have partially managed to restore some life on the surface of Mars. In time, I believe you will bring Mars to its former glory, if you can keep your integrity and wholeness.
