I am Fongeetale of the Council for the Assistance to Earth.
When you were activated it was caused from within your DNA coding and from within your cells, so it was a spiritual activation but it was caused physically.
What you are about to be activated with was not given to you before you came. The Starseeds who resonate with transforming into an ascended physical form and feel that part of their mission is regarding that, will have another activation and it will be the reverse of the primary activation.
It will not be a physical activation that causes spiritual memory and evolution; it will be an energetic, mental and emotional activation that creates a physical response in the body.
The mind connection with the physical body gets lost when incarnating on the Earth plane. We don’t remember generally that we are in complete control over our bodies.
We begin to forget. When we forget we allow other forces to work through us to cripple our body.
These programs cause us to think that what we are experiencing is going to happen no matter what, that we don’t really have control over our own body, but remember that these are just thought form programmings and they stop affecting you as you stop empowering them.
You stop empowering them when it becomes a part of you, the new way of thinking.
When you continue and continue to tell yourself and remind yourself and feel within yourself the opposite thought and then physically change the way you feed and take care of your body.
It is a process of the mind being told something and the mind taking new physical actions through its body.
The body cannot change overnight, not in a major way, because it would be endangered by it. Yes, miracles can certainly happen, but that’s not what I’m talking about. I mean that this type of evolution to breatharianism cannot happen overnight. It would endanger the physical body’s structure, because your body will be structured differently than it was and changes should occur over a period of time, which can be different for different people, but everyone, Starseed or not, needs to be thinking in years and not months.
This is a process that the body and mind and emotional self will go through.
As a Starseed, if you are resonating with this, your visualizations should include your DNA because your DNA is already meant to easily be activated. It was designed that way, for activation purposes so you’d remember why you are here.
Sometimes because of the nature of the place that you were sent to, you don’t remember the entire piece of why you are here, you remember certain things.
But the rest comes through to you as you follow your inner guidance system and trust your gut resonation. It will end up leading you to what you need to know.
