A seven-color serpent called Kundalini
This root of power that the ancient texts identify in the coccygeal bone, base of the spinal column, call of Kundalini, has backing of Biblical scriptures, from the Old Testament and the rabbinic traditions around the Bone called "LUZ", from which the dead body could resurrect (as a dead tree could sprout from its living root), and which Moses portrayed as a bronze serpent or miraculous power rising on the rod (symbol of the spine) and restoring the life force and healing the Israelites in the wilderness, this knowledge of the Old Testament echoes in the New Testament when, in John 3: 14, Jesus states that the second birth is an act similar to that of Moses lifting that serpent in the wilderness.
You see, the serpent is not an all-cursed animal in the Bible.
This snake, which dwells in the concavity of the Light Bone (the coccygeal bone, where the sacral nerve plexus is installed), in relation to the brain, is equivalent to the positive terminal of the electrical-nervous force of the body whose terminal or negative pole is in the brain, and nerves along the spine making the main circuit bridge that energy (which can be amplified by practices) as well as the entire network of peripheral nervous system nerves and neurons.
Is it not with the sound of the flute that those snake tamers in baskets made their snakes dance? And though they are practically deaf, snakes pick up the vibrations of the instrument, and that's the analogy here.
The analogy that the key to Kundalini awakening is the key of all time, sound, word, vibrations, and all harmonic keys relating sounds to the spectrum of colors and inner frequencies of the chakras that we can reproduce with the correct techniques combined with a whole work of breathing control, concentration, meditation, specific disciplines, etc.
The purpose of this mystique which reveals man's inner powers is to make this serpent awaken in its abode at the base of the spine (root of the fundamental chakra, the Mulhadara) and ascend through the nerves of the spine to the brain.
But this symbology is incomplete.
In fact, the Kundalini is like a seven-color serpent in its full potential, and begins as a red snake in its germinal potential enclosed in all bodies. As the practices evolve, it changes color, becoming like the colors of the chakras, in ascending scale, from below upwards, in the same hues of the rainbow until becoming violet, but without losing in its body of the original red color.
Not that it goes up from the coccyx to the brain, that's symbolism. In fact, her role is to reestablish the lost connection between the root and the top of the tree of life that is our body. Its function is to restore the connection of energy between the brain and the instinct permanently, in a continuous function of transmutation of the vital forces of the instinct applied in the base, towards the mental powers that happened to the command of the same forces.
In the case of the common man, dominated by vices, the instinct is that controls the mind, but in the case of an Initiate and a Son of Light, the mind controls the animal instincts and extracts the force in a process of constant refinement, which is analogous to the message of the Caduceus of Mercury, when the mind gains silver wings and the animal man (instinctive) becomes an angel (spiritual) man.
And if the root of the tree of life is installed in the instincts, the top is the mental energy that must be conscious, intelligent and lucid. This is the purpose of inner work, to spiritualize the mind, to awaken the powers of the divine intelligence in the soul, producing good fruits for the world, from the reactivation of that root of the tree of life called Kundalini (or Light Bone of the Old Testament and the traditions rabbinical, where the power is able to resuscitate bodies that have already died and even decomposed!)
The kundalini snake does not rise in the direction of leaving the place, it only modifies its inner vibration and takes on color after color until it completes the seven-color beam of the spectrum, which means that it will be nourishing all seven flowers of the set of plexuses nervousness of the body, which means ALSO, and by effect, the gradual opening of new powers and faculties in the mind and the extended senses.
That is, it sets in its power nucleus, this kundalini increases its internal vibration on a scale that accurately repeats the same harmonic series of the Pythagorean musical scale, and the same series of colors of the spectrum of the rainbow, in order to enlarge its connectivity with the departments of body and mind, without leaving the "place", as a root that is increasing in size and power of reach over all departments of the tree that sustains in this dynamics of inner energies of neuro-electronic circulation!
All disciplinary work over the years consists of feeding the root of the tree of life and inserting sounds, mantras and vibrations into the lower bony cavity of the spine until it assumes all seven frequencies of the Pythagorean scale (natural, the sounds of nature ) manifesting more and more internal powers and potentials until at last it brings forth the violet light on the top of the head, and when the violet lotus flower opens at the top, under the Divine Sun of the Universe, it will mean that our individuality will be reintegrating the Collective Existence of the Cosmos, which means to begin to live, to begin to assume the real meaning of life, which is no longer individualized and limited by the illusions of the EGO, but becomes ample and energized by the connections with the Infinity that this new Initiate and Son of Light succeeded.
All from a seven-color serpent named Kundalini, who was sleeping at the base of the spine, and which the disciple wisely managed to awaken with the sounds of his lyre of seven strings ...
A divine symbol made cursed by the abuse of its great power and the reversal of the elemental techniques of its awakening in the Shrine where it sleeps ... like a seven-color serpent!
The right technique awakens the snake and makes it luminous, divine, sacred, but the wrong technique causes it to fall and crawl on earth, eating dust every new incarnation ...
"And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all beasts above all the beasts of the field, and thou shalt groan about thy belly, and shalt eat dust all the days of thy life."
Genesis 3: 14
