With the intense energies of the Spring Equinox, you are leaving layers of your lower dimensional energy body behind, and are now activating higher dimensional energy bodies. 

This might have caused emotions of sadness and letting go for some of you, as you have released this lower dimensional energy body. 

Now, the higher dimensional energy body was activated and is being integrated into your being. 

What do we mean by energy body?

In your energy body are specific codes, emotions, karmic energies and and frequencies stored that allow for you to have this experience in your physical embodiment.

Imagine your energy bodies to be around and within you, in many layers.

As you are progressing through your ascension process, every time you are reaching the next milestone, you are releasing one of the heavier and denser energy bodies behind and are activating the next higher vibrational energy body.

It is as if you are taking off an old coat and putting on a new one.

With each transition you are glowing brighter and are more and more filled with love and light.

The cells of your physical body are able to let more light and higher vibrational frequencies flow through you.

The energetic connection to all life can be felt more and more tangibly and with that, the concept of Oneness is being more and more understood and expressed.

As you are going through this important transition, focus your attention on Love, Joy and Kindness.

This will allow for the integration to flow more smoothly.

You are now experiencing your world differently.

Open your eyes and notice all the positive and loving aspects of your life, which will be more and more available to you.
