Most of them are however here for their own selfish reasons.To meet a Dracoian face to face would most likely stop your heart.2 Guards at Area 51 had this happen since they were not used to seeing these beings.That implemented a training program at Area 51 to get soldiers and scientist used to what they see.Most humans that work in the deeper levels are never seen again.The things that go on in those deep levels I dare not speak of.
