The Sri Yantra ("sacred instrument") or Sri Chakra ("sacred wheel") or Mahameru [3D] is a yantra formed by nine interlocking triangles that surround and radiate out from the central (bindu) point, the junction point between the physical universe and its unmanifest source.
The Sri Yantra is one of the oldest geometric forms given to mankind, if not the first. It is the blueprint for all creation, and holds divine order and mathematics within its form. It is useful as a meditation tool, I have found much comfort contemplating the geometries within it... The first time I saw it, it began moving before my eyes in an optical illusion, and I saw the rising and descending triangles merging infinitely. It sparked something within me, and it helped me understand the geometric visions I have.
The Sri-Yantra-Mandala is the image of the OM mantra, the primordial Hindu sound of creation. When OM is intoned into a tonoscope, it first produces a circle. As the tone is completed, the circle is filled sequentially with concentric squares, triangles and finally, as the "mmm" dies away, the Sri Yantra is seen.
How do Yantras work? At the basis of yantra operation is something called "shape energy" or "form energy". The idea is that every shape emits a very specific frequency and energy pattern. Examples of old beliefs in shape energy are the yantras and mandalas of eastern philosophies, the star of David, the five pointed star (pentagon), the Christian cross, the pyramids and so on. Certain 'powers' are ascribed to the various shapes.
When one focuses on a yantra, his mind is automatically "tuned in" by resonance into the specific form energy of that yantra. The process of resonance is then maintained and amplified. The yantra acts only as a "tune in" mechanism or a doorway. The subtle energy does not come from the yantra itself, but from the macrocosm.
Basically yantras are secret keys for establishing resonance with the beneficial energies of the macrocosm. Very often the yantras can put us in contact with extremely elevated energies and entities, being of invaluable help on the spiritual path. Professor John Hagelin explains Sri Yantra and String Theory:
I first stumbled upon the beauty of the Sri Yantra form in the book by Atala Toy called We Are Not Alone, A Guide to Interdimensional Cooperation, which I highly recommend to seekers of the path. Ms. Toy is a contactee and gifted psychic communicator/traveler and describes the sacred geometry forms as doorways for consciousness. Her GFL guides were emphatic about the importance of the Sri Yantra, and so it was not a surprise when I discovered that a crop circle Sri Yantra form was found in Oregon, USA in the 90's. Our space brothers and sisters were sharing loving energy and information with us. The message of the Sri Yantra is one of wholeness, unity and connections.
Being a creative force, it should come as no surprise that it is also identified as goddess energy, this article is a weighty interpretation but well worth the effort.
Lalita Tripurasundari, the Red Goddess
"Dear One, Tripura is the ultimate, primordial Shakti, the light of manifestation. She, the pile of letters of the alphabet, gave birth to the three worlds. At dissolution, She is the abode of all tattvas, still remaining Herself "-Vamakeshvaratantra
What is Shri Vidya and what relationship does it have to the goddess Lalita and to her yantra, the Shri Yantra? Vidya means knowledge, specifically female knowledge, or the goddess, and in this context relates to her aspect called Shri, Lalita or Tripurasundari whose magical diagram is called the Shri Yantra. She is a red flower, so her diagram is a flower too.
The tantric tradition views its symbols as having a gross aspect, a subtle aspect, and a supreme aspect. In terms of Lalita, the gross form is the image of the goddess with her four arms and so forth, the subtle form is as yantra, and the supreme form is her mantra, all three being the goddess in different aspects. Behind the sometimes colourful symbolism is deep wisdom coupled with practical methods for realising oneself. http://www.shivashakti.com/tripura.htm
I am still learning about this beautiful mandala, it is a key to higher awakening... a tool for consciousness. I believe it holds answers to many issues facing our planet today and is a map to follow for those intrepid enough to plumb the depths of their own psyche.

You perform a homa
Fire offering with fragrant spices

This is the tantric master that gave me digitally the intonation of the mantra
and also the astrological technique for using it
its quite complex
you have to understand Indian astrology JOTISH
24 Nakshartras and their complex rotation
they are all found with the sri yantra
you gaze at the bindoo central point
then you through a lineage intonate the mantra
and the you close your eyes
and you will see the portal to your third eye.
Its called the kaliedescope....
Well tha waas the introduction now lets get into t knitty gritty.
I can be a guide in this as i have traveled the path. I Created my own sri antra.on paper and meditated on the mantra while I was producing the yantra
this is the yantra form that i invoked--
dont forget you cant just imagine about this stuff you have to be humble and in private just do it.
Congratulations, dear soulmate, mine..... This blog has arrived at the number one spotlight...
It dispenses such good data, for members to ponder and digest...
Love U.....Drekxy XOXOXO
Kelly I LOVE this post .. you are such an inspiration to me, thank you dearly my sister ..
I dont know where to begin.. I need a day to digest the material .. as ever, you always produce the goods and I will get around to reading the links you have also kindly provided at the bottom of your blog ..
I can remember seeing this Sri Yantra crop formation on youtube a while ago, its really quite facinating that its 13 miles long and in the middle of nowhere .. in a dry lake in the dessert .. whenever I come accross these kinds of findings, I am always reminded of Close Encounters for some reason ..
I am also reminded of Terrence McKenna and his psycadelic adventures with DMT, which I am rather eager to research and to partake in for the purpous of Spiritual growth only because long gone are the precious days of getting bombed on a couch with my scuzzy friends for the sake of getting mashed and drifting into the arena of the unknown .. there could still very well be crumbs of hash down the side of that couch .. Lol ..
Sacred Geometry blows my mind, I see patterns in my head every day and they are flying through my brain when I lay my head on the pillow at night .. I am convinced I have dreamed of Sacred Geometric symbols and patterns but as the nature of dreams go, they feature in some sort of symbolic, almost theatrical set design layout, like a Salvdore Dali painting but animated and very real, ever changing and morphing and developing in wild, vivid colors...
Terrence McKenna spoke at lenght about this but have you ever met guides in your dreams who show you something like a Fabergé Egg and its a puzzle of some kind that incorperates sacred geometric patterns that shift and move and interlock and unlock and you are supposed to devise some sort of spiritual code out of it but when you are waking up its a different story, you can hardly remember because the dream is hard to grasp when you are trying to destroy the alarm clock while you are bursting for a piddle? .. , only bits and the dream exist and then it dissapates as you scatch your arse and fart your way into another day .. Lol ..
I dream a lot about machines, cables, wires but its all mixed in with people, beings, situations and just plain trippy scenery, like most dreams .. in the mornings, the images are often hard to grab hold of as I switch from dreaming to waking up .. and so I am grappling at the images trying to piece together as much of the dream as possible and very often I get an influx of Sacred Geometric symbols and patterns flooding through my mind as I am waking up, mandalas often appear in my mind as I am trying to open my eyes ..
This blog is a great introduction to the Shri Yantra, it makes me realise how much data there is to be gleened and that really, I am only still in the womb .. I feel like I havent even been born yet in regards to gathering data .. I feel swamped in knowledge that I know nothing about and need several lifetimes to sort through...
But Kelly you have just broadened my perspective yet again .. it is a truely humbling expierence fo me to be shown something like this because I am receptive to high vibrational data and this is the kind of sacred intrinsic knowledge that I am always on the look out for ..
The thing is, there is so much data, so much knowledge and a never ending supply of it that I often get jammed because there is just so much information available that I often dont know where to begin .. its like enterning a huge, multi dimensional library and going into a momentary lapse for not knowing what book to reach for or as a sea of books swim around in my conciousness .. I feel like just like the sorcerer's apprentice .. remember how all the mops came to life? ..
The thing is, Sacred Geometry is probibly very simple, even the most advanced forms of it.. its the mathamatics end of it that stumps me .. I was always crap at maths but Sacret Geometry is a marrige of many things including maths so I better get my students cap on and get my head down .. I sometimes forget the vital aspect of audio in the learning curve, now we have sound and vision .. I feel pieces of the puzzle are fitting together nicely .. but this is one jigsaw puzzle that dosent have a final piece ..but thats the beauty in it for me because it leaves everlasting room for ongoing research...
I spent the last month dwelling on the desire to go home, back to some other dimension, some other realm, anywhere but the space I was in .. now I am more focused, thanks to your valuable insights, I am most grateful my dear sister.. and instead of pining to go home, I am more than happy to go OM... :-)
Your suppose to envision Mother father God dancing in the central hexagram.
