ASCENSION MEDITATION
Lord Ashtar -- 12/3 - 12/10 -- 15 Minutes Per Day
Greetings! I AM Ashtar. And once again, activations are occurring on your planet -- in the form of STAR-GATES -- which bring in the high-dimensional energies of the DIV
INE GREAT CENTRAL SUN'S CONSCIOUSNESS.
For this meditation, we are asking YOU to send intentions and expansions of Love to ***3*** AREAS that are in need of attention at this time: the Mass Consciousness grid, the Sun, and the core of Mother Earth.
Connect to the Earth, center, and ground yourself before beginning.
1. For the first five minutes you are asked to send the energy of Love to the MASS CONSCIOUSNESS GRID of your planet.
After this, disconnect all your cords (cut cords) from this grid.
2. For the next five minutes you are asked to send the energy of Love to the SUN.
3. For the last five minutes you are asked to send the energy of Love to the CORE of your Mother Earth, forgetting her not in your LOVING LIGHT INTENTIONS.
