Where am I from? I assume you mean where is your Soul from originally? Yes.
I see you and Ashtar standing up*.
He has his hands on your shoulders and is indicating for you to look at the stars. Its like the cosmos are opening up in front of you.
There is a light shining and this light is shining onto your heart. It is warming you.
The light is flowing into you until it is completely inside you.
This is a communication from your soul, with the information you requested contained within the light.
I see the light... like a usb drive. It is flowing through your body, activating your dna.
It is showing me a place in your energy system that is like a port for this usb to plug into. I see it plugging in now.
This port is a light center within you, near your sacral chakra, but not the sacral chakra. Information is streaming through you now.
I see that this light usb functioned as a program activator.
That port it plugged into was a program and it is now being activated, all the information about your soul and from your soul that was latent within you is now turned ?on.?
I see new streams of information flowing up your spine and into your mind, concentrating mostly on the back of the brain, which is not where conscious thought happens.
I see that the information streams slow way down there in the brain.
Ashtar is placing his hands around your head, doing something similar to Reiki, energy is coming out of his hands and it is helping your conscious mind to allow this new information in.
I see you picking up a pen and there is a huge white paper in front of you.
You begin to draw on the paper.
This is a sign that you will be soon accessing this new information.
So the short answer is, rather than telling you, we are helping you to access the information yourself.
What about my two little ones?
Ashtar is beaming love to both of them. He is beaming love to you*.
He is wrapping all of you up in a big intergalactic hug.
He encourages you to be honest with them, to share your soul discoveries with them, to invite them to open their hearts more, to ask them questions about themselves and to really listen when the speak, to really listen when they speak about ANYthing, even if its a small thing.
Invite them to listen, invite them to listen when you speak and role model listening when they speak.
This may be hard for you to do at first because you were not listened to so deeply as a child.
Listening is an act of profound love, it tells the person that you are listening to that they are more important than anything else in that moment.
Start with listening to yourself.
Start with noticing how you talk to yourself in your own head. Invite your heart to speak to you, rather than playing the records in your mind. Meditation is a good way to start listening to yourself.
Meditation is a form of giving yourself your own attention... you are setting aside time to focus on nothing but being with yourself.
You can also listen to yourself by indulging your urges.
If you want an ice cream, have an ice cream. Do this in the same way that you would do for your children-- say, yes, I heard your request, lets have a movie.
The more that you spend in quiet with yourself, the more you will be able to hear your authentic self requests.
You may find yourself asking to go for a walk outside or asking to get away from the phone. Do it.
ok when I get home from work I can walk around.
That was just an example, the point is not to go for a walk or to eat ice cream or watch a movie, the point is to hear your inner requests.
The more that you give to yourself what you asked for, the more those surface level requests will fall away, and the more that you will discover deeper, profound requests....
Like, I, Selene, recently started painting, because I just had such a LOUD inner clamoring for it, as an example. :)
That's why it’s helpful to start with the small, silly things. Starting with an ice cream shows your inner self that you are paying attention, and they will begin to ask for bigger/deeper things.
How much longer will I need to work at this job? This industry? I can sense things are changing but?
Ashtar wants to empower you to listen to your own guidance. He understands that the world teaches you to believe in your limitation, to believe that you ?have? to do things, but the truth is that you are a Divine Creator.
You can create anything that you want, the only thing that keeps you from creating what you want is your own mental barriers.
So... rather than thinking about how much you have to do something,think about what you want. Give yourself permission to dream~~~
What do you dream about doing?
Truthfully I have a hard time remembering my dreams sometimes.
You don't have to know what it is or how it will happen, but if that's what you want, then create it.
Focus on giving yourself permission to believe that you can have what you want and that you can make money at it too.
Ashtar is showing me that your dreams are present in your energy field. He would like to connect them more strongly to your solar plexus*.
This will give you a starting off point when you set out to recreate your life. :) Would you like that?
Yes.
He's instructing you to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your head.
He is placing one hand on your solar plexus and one hand on your dreams as they are in your energy field.
He is now placing his hands on your hands and this is like... implanting the energies of your dreams and solar plexus into your hands (empowering your capability!)
These are flowing through your hands into your mind and heart,
that is to help you feel the dreams and have conscious thought. He is now opening your crown chakra to your soul... and I am seeing a luminous energy flowing into your crown.
This is to fuel your dreams and the actions you will be inspired to take. :)
You should start getting ideas soon.
Occasionally I will be conscious when I am sleeping of this vibrating feeling it is pleasant but, I cannot keep it too long. In addition I cannot astral project and have been trying for a bit.
Stop trying.
It is the act of trying that keeps you from doing what you want to do.
When you try to do something, you keep yourself in a state of trying, which is not what you want to do. Instead of trying to extend the vibrating feeling, just enjoy it for however long it lasts.
As to astral projection, he suggests that you focus on your soul, which already knows how to astral project.
Focus on inviting your soul to guide you. Invite yourself to astral project, rather than trying to astral project.
Inviting is very different from trying, it takes the pressure of failure off and puts you in a state of openness.
Being open allows for new experiences, trying keeps you in the experience of trying.
