This is the estimated time the Brazilian protesters occupied the government buildings. The problem is that there are THOUSANDS (and yes, we in the U.S.A. do have it too good, unlike Brazil. If you hear legislation proposing that sex with an animal should be legal, you will know that Caligula is running things in D.C.)
The blue circles drawn above depict government buildings (or "government") with natal Saturn Conjunction transiting North Node ("associations or connections") in the natal 3rd House ("the media or media affairs") forming a Square with the transiting Moon ("the public") Conjunction transiting Ascendant ("the environment") in the natal 6th House ("public works"). Squares can define "conflicts," and thus I have a Bullseye with my recent astrology alert about a major conflict coming up. Viva the people!
The green circles above feature transiting Mars ("soldiers and/or police") forming an Opposition ('hard choices") with natal Black Moon Lilith ("organized crime, charity works, services, secretive activities." And yes, Mars is within 2.5 degrees of the natal Moon [the public]). This indicates soldiers, police, and yes, angry people (of an athletic Mars-like nature) making hard choices as they mix in and tango with Brazilian elements of organized crime, charitable resources, and secretive activities.
The red circles above (Neptune Opposition Mercury) indicate media black-out. There has been too much focus on U.S.A. Speaker McCarthy, and the newly elected (or selected) Brazilian government may have gotten control of much of the media and the police (but not the soldiers). Has China or the Eu found good Marxists in Brazil to run things? Hopefully not; there are good archers in Brazil (in addition to good foot ball players). Brazilians are much closer to being allowed a primitive nature to flourish in their environment, and Mars and Mercury going Direct could be a problem. Especially since there are SO MANY in the Brazilian public coming out to protest this new government.
