The most interesting astrology point found in four metropolitan disasters I researched is the Ascendant. The Ascendant is defined as "the environment of the entity" in Uranian astrology methods. But the Ascendant can also represent the traditional meaning of "the appearance" of the entity as well. Interestingly, both of these descriptions of the Ascendant came up with my research for disasters in New Orleans and Santa Fe. The problem with East Palestine is that a charter date is used, and thus the time of birth is debatable. And because the Ascendant moves about one degree every four minutes, an accurate time would be crucial to define the placement of the Ascendant. Below is the 0 Degrees Aries horoscope for the Charter of East Palestine, Ohio at mean 12:00 PM time. No AS or MC placements are used due to the fast speed of these points.
Aspects are crucial to use if one does not have an accurate time of birth. This is because house definitions are useless due to fast movement of the Ascendant and Midheaven. The Moon is also questionable since there is a placement range probability of about +12 degrees to -12 degrees for the 12 pm time given. Nevertheless, we have a date to work with, and a mean time. Below is the chart of the disaster of East Palestine, Ohio on Feb. 3, 2023. And yes, some of the many gallons of chemicals being transported by the train were vinyl chloride, a chemical known for being a toxic carcinogen. This chemical was burned into the atmosphere and may have had the local people reportedly talking like Micky Mouse.
Mars / Uranus aspects (and transits) are known in astrology to indicate the probability of "an accident." A favorite example of such a natal placement was found in the horoscope of country singer Patsy Cline, who was born with an almost exact placement of Mars Square Uranus (and Patsy Cline would be involved with four car accidents, with the fourth one killing her). I had a car accident with another car during a Mars Quincunx Uranus transit, and this same type of transit took place at the time of the East Palestine disaster (drawn in blue above). The transit of Uranus Opposition Mars (in orange above) is also within one degree of being exact, and this adds more probability of an accident taking place since combinations of Uranus and Mars sometimes define "an accident." The transit of Black Moon Lilith Trine Mercury (drawn in red above) may indicate the possibility of either "a criminal act taking place concerning local travel" or "an organized criminal act concerning the media." Note that U.S. cable tv mogul Joy Behar of "The View" asserted that the people of East Palestine got retribution with this incident since they mainly voted for Donald Trump in 2020. Finally, the green boxes above show the placement of the Ascendant (at the time and place of the incident) to be in Opposition with Neptune in real time. This same theme of a hard aspect of Neptune with the Ascendant was also found with the other two metropolitan areas I researched, and these are New Orleans and Santa Fe. Let's look at the horoscope of New Orleans at the time Bienville declared it in 1718, as displayed below:
The Ascendant Conjunction Star of Algenubi placement reveals a great appreciation of art in the environment (and this is prominent in shops in the French Quarter). But this placment also reveals a possibility of cruelty and destruction in the environment. And because the nearby Moon placement can represent "real estate and neighborhoods," this can represent a duality of great art coming from the environment, as well as destruction coming to the environment. The Midheaven Conjunction Star of Almach placement reveals the reputation of New Orleans residents love for local music (jazz) and local amusement (Mardi Gras). Now let's look at Category 4 Hurricane Betsy from 1965 (per chart below). This hurricane substantially damaged New Orleans in 1965; east New Orleans residents reportedly had to deal with 6-12 feet of water brought in by the storm.
Drawn in red above, the transit of Neptune Square [Moon Conjunction Ascenant] is strong, along with the transit of Neptune Opposition [Sun Conjunction Neptune]. Neptune rules "disappointments and deceptions," and with the natal Moon Conjunction Ascendant possibly representing "real estate and neighborhoods in the environment," it is fair to say that homes and neighborhoods of New Orleans were about to face major disappointment, along with the "artistic appearance" of the city (which may be represented by the natal Sun Conjunction Neptune placement). Now let's look at Category 5 Hurricane Katrina. This hurricane would change New Orleans in a big way, especially concerning the corruption found in the water pumping systems (along with corruption found in government officials getting money to maintain these systems).
Again (and drawn in read above), we have transiting Neptune involved with a hard aspect to the natal Moon Conjunction Ascendant placement (and also with the natal Sun Conjunction Neptune placement). As was the case with the real time transit of Neptune Opposition Ascendant with the East Palestine disaster chart, it is thus fair to say that hard transiting aspects between Neptune and the Ascendant (natal or real time) may define "disappointment(s) in the environment." And in a big way. More proof of this Neptune influence may be seen with the Santa Fe, New Mexico chart that I use per Ascendant placement (and with "The Thousand Year Flood" that took place in 2018. Here's a video of what some people saw with this flood. Wow). click https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG_K1sIVmLI
I looked at various charts, and so far this is the horoscope of Santa Fe that I like the most (above). It describes the new ordered transition of the northern New Mexico territory under the Viceroy from Spain. This new transition was sometime between January 15, 1609 to March 15, 1609, and this transition was due to the Catholic Church complaining about the sexual assaults of Spanish soldiers upon the native american children and women in the region (and this is represented by the natal placement of [Moon Conjunction Mercury (8th House)] Square Mars placement [11th House, and in the sign of Aries]). The Ascendant of the chart equals the star of Phact (which is [according to Vivian Robson] a Mercury / Venus influence [or "artwork"]). This may explain for the huge art inspiration and the huge draw of artists to the Santa Fe region. The Midheaven is within 3 degrees of the Royal Persia star of Fomalhaut, and this star is noted for art talent, scientific talent, and drug addiction. This makes sense; Los Alamos (where the Manhattan Project started) is about 45 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza and Espanola ("the heroin capital of the southwest") is about 30 minutes from the Santa Fe plaza. Thus, the Santa Fe area has a fortunate reputation for art and scientific talent in the region, but there is also an unfortunate reputation for drug addiction in this area as well. Now onto "The 1000 Year Flood" which destroyed many Santa Fe homes and caused many to move out of the region altogether.
Similar to the New Orleans chart, Neptune and the Moon (and the Ascendant) are involved again with hard aspects applying to the Ascendant. Note that natal Neptune is also involved, and is placed in the 4th House (which rules real estate and agriculture). There is also a Mars Trine Uranus transit (drawn in blue above), and thus the possibility of "an accident" (as defined with Mars /Uranus placements) is added in again for this different event. I picked 12 pm as the time of this event due to my inability to drive on the roads in Santa Fe at that time.
Conclusion
Transiting Neptune applying hard aspects (especially 90 degrees and 180 degrees) to the Ascendant of the locality (natal or real time) appear to define the strong probability of an accident or disaster taking place in the environment of the entity. Also noted with these Neptune transits is the presence of the Moon and similar hard aspects involving the Moon (natal or real time). This lunar presence with Neptune may indicate damages to real estate property since the Moon can represent "the home" and "real estate."
Thanks for reading.
Love to all,
Malcolm
