  When being the recipient of personal draining/attack....I was advised to LOVINGLY put in place The Mirror Technique - it works every time & helps the 'attacker' (whether they are consciously aware or not) by having reflected back, on some level, the toxicity of their words/actions....They stop immediately...

  Visualising a full length mirror in front of you, facing outwards reflecting back at the person.

  If an attack is made of a personal nature, then better to ignore it...Which will mean less blogging, while the attacker continues to place slanders.....

  If an attack is upon an esoteric truism, we are duty bound to clarify the matter, succinctly....Sometimes our skills will be put to the test when we do this and we must continue to speak truth n spite of anger and hatred directed at us....

  Our role is to transform ourselves and others.....we are here to change a reality matrix......all roads lead to balance and the process by which we achieve that result, may appear to be polarizing....Indeed, hold the sword of cleavage high, as polarization is a necessary step before the final unity consciousness is attained...
