The meeting was very secretive; times for discussions or private talks are unknown. The Sun has one strong aspect with Sun Semi-Square Black Moon Lilith; this defines "a day of secrets" or "a day that concerned people involved with secrets." President Trump had a very good transit that day (on his own horoscope) that concerned communications and debate with Mercury Opposition Sun. The problem with this transit is that it usually invites debate with others (which may or may not be a good thing), and the transit can also define "media attention." Because of lack of actual time(s), it is impossible to define who may have "had the edge" in this meeting. Mundane astrology defines the Sun and Moon as primary tools for descriptions of "what took place that day" (Sun) and "what took place at that hour" (Moon). The aspects of Sun Semi-Square Black Moon Lilith and Sun Sextile Pluto may define a day in which very secretive areas were a big topic. Also present at this event were "state of the art" types of communications technologies (and this may be due to the possible intense communication conflict that was going to take place). Uranus is associated with nuclear weapons (since Uranus rules "things that go bang"). Uranus Sextile Neptune may be more associated with "shocks to ones' ideas or beliefs" than "nuclear weapons." Finally, note that the Uranian Astrology midpoint of transiting Neptune / N. Node and transiting Uranus / Vulcanus will be within 07' minutes of the 0-degrees Aries point for the next week. Conclusion
The meeting that took place between President Trump and the head of NATO took place on a day in which very secretive areas were discussed. Thus, there was state of the art technology present to assure such secrecy, as well as very advanced types of communications devices (such as translating technologies). President Trump picked a good day for communications per transits to his own horoscope; the future Trump horoscope transit of Jupiter Conjunction Uranus defines "a big surprise" is about to take place for Trump in the coming week or two (which may be good or bad. The good thing about this transit is the timing; Uranus is strongly associated with nuclear weapons and symbolically the transit of Jupiter Conjunction Uranus may define "good luck with nuclear weapons"). Overall, it is impossible to see "who had the edge" due to lack of time(s) available that concerned any exchanges that took place between President Trump and the head of NATO. Trump appears to have the edge for that day; the Trump horoscope transit of Jupiter Conjunction Uranus can be good or bad.
