Basic astrology analysis must always be done first, and before any midpoint / Uranian astrology methods are considered. The prison sentencing of a physician for fraud is the study. Basic Horoscope of Physician
The priorities described are now employed onto the horoscope below:
The Moon rules "real estate; the home." This individual did well in real estate, and Moon Conjunction North Node (in the Moon ruling sign of Cancer) is placed in the 2nd House "bank account" (and the 2nd House is ruled by a well-aspected Mercury [in the 8th House of finance]). The Moon Quincunx Sun position (with the Sun in the 9th House of "higher education") suggests possible 9th House legal tension regarding "the bank account or the earnings from real estate." Saturn placed in the 10th House (or near the Mc) can indicate an incredible rise in power that is sometimes followed by a spectacular fall (i.e. Tucker Carlson, Muhammad Ali, Malcolm X, JFK).
Of primary concern is Saturn in the 10th House and Neptune Opposition Ascendant (highlighted in yellow above). Neptune Opposition Ascendant can be either a blessing or a curse; Jungian astrologer Dane Rudhyar has this placement (along with natural house ruler Uranus in the 11th House [in the sign of Scorpio]..."psychology astrology"). The problem with Neptune is that it represents "the unknown," as well as "deception, fraud, and service." This physician would be sentenced for financial fraud (derived from his practice), and the weak Saturn Square Neptune aspect (with natural house ruler Saturn in the 10th House) may suggest government or authority involvement in Neptune areas ("deception, fraud, and service"). Drawn in orange above, the Mc features a Sun / Mars midpoint within 1/2 of a degree. This can represent the reputation or legacy possibly described as "man of action, police, athlete, worker." Highlighted in green above, note the strong presence of technology and associations (or associates) involved with "healing technology" (Venus Conjunction Chiron in the 11th House). Below are the transits taking place during the date of the sentencing for this physician (as announced by the media).
The event featured Mars transiting over the natal Sun / Mars midpoint (and the natal Mc), and this may indicate police presence (due to the strong association of Mars with police). The transiting midpoint of Sun / Neptune (applying to natal Neptune near the Descendant area of "open enemies")) may indicate the media (and non-media) attention on this sentencing for fraud. Neptune gets priority one for Uranian Astrology analysis, and the Mc gets priority two. Below is the Uranian astrology natal midpoint Mars / Kronos ("police" or "government police" [i.e. F.B.I.]) applied to the natal chart Neptune. It is symmetric with a midpoint formula for "fraud."
But what is really astounding is the Mc analysis below. The midpoint formula for "physician" is Sun / Hades, and this natal midpoint misses equality with the natal Mc by four minutes. Adding natal Neptune in symmetry, we get another formula for fraud (Mercury / Neptune) that is symmetric with the Mc position.
Thus, the Uranian astrology interpretation would be "the reputation or legacy (Mc) of the physician (Sun / Hades) may feature communications of deception or fraud (Mercury / Neptune) that result in disappointment (or may be related to drugs [i.e. prescriptions] in some way...ruled by Neptune)." The F.B.I. reportedly took all of the computers of this physician and prosecuted this physician for fraud (Neptune) that was discovered in their laboratory analysis. And this sentencing for fraud (Neptune) was done in a 7th House ruling open court setting (which is a job that the F.B.I. is suppose to do equally under the law. The computer's owner should not get special treatment due to the family relationships that the computer owner happens to have). Other interesting observations were the strong presence of technology and associations (or associates) involved with "healing technology" (Venus Conjunction Chiron in the 11th House).
