Astrology involving the use of the stars for analysis of catastrophes (natural or intentional) dates back to ancient Egypt (and note that the ancient Egyptian calendar revolved around positions of the star of Sirius). The horoscope for the recent Washington D.C. aviation disaster featured a near exact Grand Cross of stars that applied (within one degree) to the Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, and Imum Coeli. Of particular interest is the star of Markab, located close to the Descendant (known as "the area of open enemies").

Ic ("activities taking place behind the scenes")

The North Node is within 1/2 degree of an exact conjunction with the star of Scheat. Below are what my notes say about Scheat.

Ascendant Opposition Star of Markab is also of primary attention. I have called Markab "The Helter Skelter Star;" the horoscope of Helter Skelter featured a hard North Node Conjunction star of Markab (and this conjunction was rising high in the sky as the event took place). This Helter Skelter chart is below, along with a North Node Conjunction star of Markab placement. Note the hot quadrangle pointed at the North Node Conjunction star of Markab placement.

Interestingly, Charles Manson had Ascendant Conjunction star of Algol on his natal chart. Pluto is on the nodal plane in addition to the Star of Markab. The star of Algol is rising over the Ascendant; stars that are rising over and close to the Ascendant (or the eastern horizon point) sometimes define how the event will be remembered. In the case of Helter Skelter, it is the star of Algol. Below are what my notes say about Algol:

Ascendant Opposition star of Algol took place. The star of Markab is strong once again with Mars in conjunction with Markab. Mars rules weapons made of steel, and most of the weapons used were machetes or knife-like instruments made of steel. Let's now look at a gay club shooting in Orlando, Florida that featured 49 people killed and 53 wounded.

The shooter reportedly called 911 and pledged his allegiance to ISIS. Saturn in Sagittarius (in the 9th House) may define the strict religious or philosophical codes that the shooter had, especially regarding homosexuality. Note that followers of ISIS reportedly threw gay men (or men suspected of being gay) off of roof tops of tall buildings. Neptune in the 12th House may represent the alcohol function of the club, and the Square aspect represents the conflict with a gay bar and the religious or philosophical code of the shooter. Saturn Square Neptune is within one degree of being exact. The star of Markab is now rising over the Ascendant, along with the star of Scheat (1-2 minutes later). Scheat is associated with violence; the summer of 2024 Gaza War featured Neptune ("religious service") in conjunction with the star of Scheat.

Conclusion

"The event (the Washington D.C. aviation disaster) was an accident that featured much sorrow, and also may have been a mass murder. The legacy of the event will concern a weapon of war (and why it was in the vicinity of a commercial airport with no reports of terrorism or criminal activity at that time). A catastrophe took place in the environment, and a possible 'infection' of some kind may have been taking place behind the scenes at the time of the accident."
