beginner at visualizing

I have recently began starting to visualize more.  I would like to know if anyone would like to share their techniques in having better visualizations?

  • Thank you Tally

    Great to meet you brother.

I will most certainly work on that. Grateful for your interaction.

  • Nice to meet you here, my friend.

I see... well, I find manifestation to be fairly basic, actually... the first thing to know is that every thought you have is naturally built-in with manifestional 'energy'/potential... and the Universe automatically responds to our thoughts... that's just how the Universe works, apparently. The next step is to start thinking about what we're looking to manifest in our lives and what it would be like to have it... Also, I find it helps to add several details to our original idea and think about how it would make our lives different.

That's it... : ) Just keep your thoughts on each manifestation focused, without thinking about other ideas for a short amount of time. Then just release it to the Universe to 'take care of it'... Give thanks, and move on to something else. Whenever you think about your 'ideas', just repeat the same thoughts, and see if you can add any more details/experiences/feelings. Be sure to drop any detracting thoughts like a hot potato. : )

    Blessings...
  • HI Tally.  Manifestation purposes initially but i think i need to get more basic and work my way up.  So i guess inner vision.

    Thanks

  • Cool, Romiel... Are you visualizing for manifestation purposes, for dream work, or just trying to get your inner vision going more?
    Peace...
    Tally
