Blue Elks horse was a bay paint mustang stallion named Wakinyan. He was probably the most magnificent and most powerfull mustang stallion I have ever seen in my reincarnation! Blue Elk was the only one who could ride this magnificent beast! He was simply a hand full for uss others...He had a incredible strong will that stallion and was a real challange to ride. Most of uss did not even try to ride him cause it just did not work! If this stallion for some reson did not like you, you could bee sertain of a nice sky ride befor you fell down on the ground. So no one even wanted to try to take the risk to go on a sky ride before hitting the ground! I remember when Blue Elk putted me on his horse and I sat there...I could instantly feel that Wakinyan desliked it! He was snorting displeased and his ears was backwards also...But as soon Blue Elk sat up on him behind me he somewhat calmed down a bit! Blue Elk and Wakinyan was truly one together... Wakinyan looked pretty much like the horse on the picture, but he had a blaze and was a bit greater built and had a thick and long mane...absolutely one magnificent gordeous bay paint mustan stallion he was.
I remember when Blue Elk told me the story how he had admired Wakinyan for some time and also had decided that the stallion would become his horse! One day he went with his two friends to hunt a mustang each that they could brake and ride..
If I do not remember totaly wrong I would say it was Little wolf and Red Eagle he was with hunting a mustang each to brake and has as their horse later! He told them that he is going to brake that leader in the herd, that bay paint mustang stallion...The other young Sioux boys looked at him, like he had gone insane..
Little Wolf: Have you totaly lost your mind Blue Elk, he´ll kill you if you as much as come close to him! He dosn´t like enyone...he get´s pissed as soon as he feels someone near him.
Blue Elk: Dosn´t mather...he´ll bee mine, you´ll see!
Red Eagle: You are crazy Blue Elk!
Blue Elk has allways liked challanges and from that day Blue Elk challange was to brake Wakinyan so he became his horse. That day Blue Elk started to bee close to the herd so that Wakinyan started to bee used by his precense..With days that went by Wakinyan got used to Blue Elk till he one day could even pet, caress and groom that stallion with his hands...He named the bay paint stallion to Wakinyan witch means Thunder in Sioux. This mustang stallion was amazingly powerfull and his hoofs poundered in the ground like thunder when he was running and therefore he got his name Wakinyan. He broke this wild beast at the age of 14, 3 years before Blue Elk found me in the wagon, scared to shit after the Cherokee natives had brutaly killed my parents.
I remember how I used to compete with Blue Elk at times just for fun...But it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to win that stallion, he was simply way to fast for my gurulla mare Tanka To (Blue Spirit). It was siply impossible for enyone to beat him...he was simply to powerfull and to fast....
Wakinyan got meny great ofsprings that was amazing runers. Wakinyan became pretty old and lived and protected his herd till the day he peacfully died at the age of 20. Blue Elk was 30 years of age that time and he was absolutely DEVISTATED when he found his companion and best friend dead in the grass one afternoon when he had gone there to look how he was doing! He knew Wakinyan was getting old and that he was not going to bee round for so long... Wakinyan had a 4 year old son at that time. He too was bay, paint mustang stallion and very powerfull...But no one was as powerfull as Wakinyan in his herd! Not even his ofsprings became as powerfull as their father Wakinyan. Well Wakinyans 4 years old son looked much like Wakinyan but his blaze where a bit different. He was a powerfull stallion but not as powerfull as his father Wakinyan! Blue Elk named Wakinyans bay paint son to Chikala Wakinyan witch became Blue Elks faitfull companion till his death when the infection killed him....
I hope that Wakinyan will reincarnate to join his best friend and master Blue Elk again! The knowladge that Wakinyan would reincarnated back again to join him would make Xzai-On so AMAZINGLY happy! That i know for a fact! Cause he truly loved this magnificent bay paint powerfull stallion so much...They where ONE, they where best friends they where inseparable. Xzai-On has allways been a magnificent horseman and no horse has ever been to hard for him to brake! He likes challanges and the more stuborn the horse is to brake the greater the challange! He has meny times talked about his horse, how fantastic Wakinyan was and how much he misses him and how much he misses to ride him! He truly and deeply loved his mustang stallion Wakinyan!
To night I will do a little prayer to Wakinyan and ask him to reincarnate and join his friend and master Blue Elk again! That his master loves him so much and wants his best buddy and friend back if possible! That he loves him, miss him and would bee so happy to have his powerfull horse and beloved friend Wakinyan back!
