The advanced galactic technologies of the star civilizations are being introduced to the planet because of the request of those peaceful humans who wish to evolve and move beyond the few who are holding the planet back. There are many organizations who have developed or are developing these systems with help from the star family. Two such ones are Ralph Ring Blue Star Enterprises and the Keshe Foundation.
