We all feel emotions as we live, but sometimes you scare and your fear distrubs you, and not just distrubs; gets your control and prevents you from your "full and pure love" mode, creates a feeling like something bad will happen. So I will show a way how to destroy your fear and this kind of distrubing feelings. Here is what you do: Take a deep breathe!
Breathe manually and take control of your body, take breath, while doing this take everything you love, and then give these fear and bad feelings to air. This should neutralise your emotions so you can think whit a clear and calm mind, just like nothing happened and you just woke up to a morning. You ust be clear, so feel love and fill yourself with love instead of fear.
As an alternative neutralising your bad emotions, I just sit back, close my eyes and watch the shapes and colors that I always see when I close my eyes... or imagine good things instead of watching them.
All of our lives are affected by our emotions and moods. With a calm and clear mood, you can live your day and your life with a better vision to life. See the world around you clear of emotions, or feel love and light, pure love and light.
As we experience many things in one day, they are all in our memory. When you remember something bad or scary, you can even start to cry when nothing happened. Just don't mind! It is easy when talking, some of these situations may not be OK with deep breaths. Don't look back. Just use what happened or what you did as an experience. Don't cry for what you did before, becouse it is already happened, only thing is don't make it happen again. If something bad happens and you couldn't do something when you tried, then it is not your fault. Of course it is very normal to be sad when bad things happen, but the point is not doing it again and not accusing yourself for this.
I remember death of a cat that a car crashed with this cat, I almost cried but I couldn't save the cat becouse cat was already dead. So it has no meaning to accuse myself and to be sad again.
Fear, anger and other bad stuff... Filling yourself instead of them is one of the best ways to get away from these bad things, and sometimes talking to someone really listens to you (I mean REALLY) is another good way to do this.
Basically what you must do for a better vision of life is clearing and controlling your emotions and moods.
