My alarm bells are ringing.
I have read first half of the text and believe this is false information, or else information to distract us.
I translate that piece of text as 'low vibrational 3d information'. It's dark.
I picked some phrases out of the text with my reaction below the quotes:
For many years we have been observing the affairs of your world. We seek no relations with humanity. We are not here on a diplomatic mission. We have been sent by the Unseen Ones to live in the proximity of your world in order to observe the events we are about to describe.
Why are they informing us when they seek no relations and observe only?
What has brought these “visitors” from the Greater Community, these different organizations of beings, is not to promote the advancement of humanity or the spiritual education of humanity. What has brought these forces to your shores in such numbers with such intention are the resources of your world.
I have been promoted by Lightbeings to advance humanity. Why grabbing resources if the 5th dimensional beings can create their own resources?
Most places in the Greater Community that are inhabited now have been colonized, and technology has made this possible. But worlds such as yours where life has evolved naturally, without the aid of technology, are far more rare than you might realize.
Life on Earth is not naturally evolved. I have studies various teachings of mystery-schools and all claim humanity is brought here from other places - aslike the many channelings claim too.
We understand from our own history that this is the greatest threshold that any world will ever face. It is not something, however, that you can plan for yourself. It is not something that you can design for your own future.
Once spiritual awakened and taking the universal laws in mind we have the ability to create whatever we want like the Lightbeings in the 5th dimension and beyond. Matter is frozen Light, something we can influence with thoughts, words and deeds. We design our future, we have designed our life, we have designed all the troubles and all the nice things.

Jimmy my dear, in this entire stream of comments you have placed only one question, which I answered 10 comments below. In your following comments you placed only demands, which I ofcourse do not fullfill because of the simple fact you have already proven to oppose everything that's presented to you, by me and many others.
Show me the evidence Drome, show me the evidence, no Drome that is no evidence, yes Drome it is evidence but I do not want it to be evidence. Show me the proof Drome, wait I will answer instead of you, you have no proof Drome. You tiptoe around at this chessboard, my cornered queen can't catch you Drome.
Ok, we played around enough for now, you start to make typos, let's finish this;
I cannot show you the proof jimmy, I can only give you a direction to your own path.
I suggest to you to start an own blog where you start discussing with yourself, this will be equivalent with turning inwards, and trust me, there you shall find your so much desired evidence. :)

Jim we are dancing an endless dance here as us being an electron and positron.
I am thankful for that because I learn at moment of writing this more about the quantum mechanics of electrons and positrons. And besides that I distracted you from other channels, which is good in my opinion. lol
I really enjoyed this vampiristic event, we continue this talk on a later date if you don't mind. :)
The quantum mechanis are for now more important, I smell knowledge. :p
It is my believe yes that there are millions if not billions of people who know how to tune in onto different radio-channels. We can say the same with website-pages; if you read this page then you also know there are way more pages you can view. The electronic world does not differ that much from the light world, just replace electrons with photons. Matter is slow light, light is fast matter.
Anyway, I notice we are driving off-topic here, this disinformation channel is turning into an highly informational channel.
So if I tune with my radio-receiver in onto let's say 97.3FM, then the existent radio-channel on 104.6FM is only a theory? That's strange...
