I was only 8 years old, so I don't remember but I've looked at the pics from that mission and I don't remember seeing 'earthrise' as they call it.

Two German made  70-millimeter Hasselblad cameras were used on the mission-neither were pressurized to prevent the chemicals in the celluloid from smudging.

  • No I dont remember the earthrise series of pics always being available? as I wasn't even a twinkle in my fathers eye and born before 1969,gees my parents were being born around that time.. I was born in 1984, plus I live in New Zealand, so we had very limited footage that made it over here, I just feel that conspiracy theories are also money spinners, people will always try to disprove something happened to get others to blindly follow them, and add their thought to them too, as they make money off of these followers.. America is full of people who do this, now-a-days humans are so confused over there they have no idea what the truth really is, even when its staring them in the face. I actually applaud anyone for being naturally skeptical and questioning everything in their reality... The issue is conspiracy theorists usually throw that same logic out the window when they find something that either confirms their baises or makes them feel "smarter" than everyone else.. I've watched much footage and videos on it all and I still believe it actually happened.. and I wont be pulled down another rabbit hole conspiracy theorists ploys to prove otherwise over & over again. sorry not gonna happen, but everyone to their own..

    About the show
Bart Sibrel’s "Moon Man" is a revealing memoir recalling his harrowing journey investigating what really happened during America’s famous Apollo missions. It features hair-raising and life-threatening encounters with government agencies. Sibrel joined guest host Richard Syrett (Twitter) to reveal why he thinks the Apollo moon landings were hoaxed and how government agencies have tried to stop the truth from getting out.

Sibrel expressed his deep skepticism and conviction that the Apollo moon landings were staged. He argued that the anger and resistance people display when confronted with this idea stems from a reverence for science and the Apollo missions being treated as a sort of "god" figure. Sibrel suggested that exposing the moon landings as fraudulent would shatter this trust in government and scientific institutions. He recounted instances where individuals, including media figures like Glenn Beck, vehemently defended the moon landings despite evidence suggesting otherwise.

Sibrel presented various pieces of evidence to support his claims, such as discrepancies in shadows in moon landing footage and the testimony of experts. He dismissed counterarguments about the possibility of moon landing authenticity, citing examples like China and Russia's alleged knowledge of the fraud and the destruction of technology and evidence by NASA. Sibrel also discussed the discovery of unedited footage showing the astronauts faking being halfway to the moon, which he sees as conclusive proof of the hoax.

He reported on the deathbed confession of Cyrus Eugene Akers, who claimed to be head of security at Cannon Air Force Base where the first lunar landing was supposedly faked. Sibrel described how Akers confessed to his son about murdering a coworker who threatened to expose the fraud. He mentioned the involvement of high-profile individuals, including President Johnson, Neil Armstrong, and others, in the alleged deception. Sibrel also touched on broader issues of government corruption and the erosion of civil liberties, advocating for a reset to principles of liberty akin to those of 1776.
  • I dont blindly fall for others theories-just asking questions about anomalies- that link wont open-every pic came back as if a professional took them, I've seen them-again, were the two cameras pressurized? Maybe the film was loaded then the camera shut tightly for the duration of the flight. The cameras were supposedly water tight. So you remember the earthrise series of pics always being available?
  • And that link states exactly what I said just I added more and worded it differently with the science & I explained how it works even on the moon, I dont tend to fall for American conspiracy theories, I'm a bit more awakened and have enough intelligence to do my home work properly rather than fall blindly for others fake BS.. the picture of the earth was taken from the moon and yet its been copied over time so in some images of it it distorts and someone even put the wrong info on it too.. the link I Provided you has all the images taken from the apollo mission itself back in 1969..none are faked they are all real photos. so if you believe what others say & share then that's your prerogative, but its incorrect..so I leave you to your own discernment from them all..

  • I forgt about that sublimator-someone said it would have to be aas good as a one room ac window unit.
To keep the inside of the suit at about 80 F it would have to work as you say.
The other thing is, if this pic was taken back then it would have been in every teen agers room on a poster, and in every science class. Maybe they released this thjree years ago, finally, that's when I found it.

  • Were only talking 1969 here not the middle ages.. I dont think they needed a large air conditioning unit on their backs, they had special suits for cooling, so they definitely had technology to send a person to the moon & back. There wasn’t any night. They landed on the bright side and stayed there...plus the temperature of something in a vacuum on the moon doesn’t work the same way on our Earth environment. It’s sensational fare in a newspaper to say “Objects in Lunar daylight become 250 degrees!!” and some of them actually MIGHT, but you could also arrange for things to approach absolute zero on the Lunar surface in the daylight.
Getting rid of waste heat was indeed an issue. Their backpacks on their space suits contained a clever device to keep them cool. When water sublimates from ice into water vapor in vacuum, it absorbs heat. They had a pump that dribbled water onto a sort of grid called the sublimator (where it froze in the dark) and then sublimated into water vapor in the vacuum. More water went through a heat exchanger in the grid. This water was cooled by the sublimating water and went into tubes in the space suit that kept the astronauts cool.
I’m not sure how cooling worked in the LM, but it was probably similar...hope that explains some things..it seems feesible to me..
  • I've had this for a few years when it dawned on me that something's off because I stumbled on similar earthrise pics that look mimicked, like the one in your link.
There's a lot of questions regarding the missions, the cameras as I mentioned and the cooling equipment on their backs. The tech of those days would have required an ac unit on their backs to be almost as large as a small window ac unit. 120's-160 degrees F on the moon. Dark side is -200'sF

"And yes it really is a loony bin here as you say. We have really gone downhill since falling into limited consciousness in my opinion. Atleast things are getting a little better and we are heading towards better times."

"Lol could be anything.. Why don’t you follow and find out? 30K could be fake followers. Sounds like you dodged a bullet!
Some people never really grow up mentally and I think that’s why the world is still a loony bin."

"Haha exactly!! They looked like they eat way too much McDonald’s. I just stared them down and let them have their moment while I stayed unbothered.😹 And yes, life is way too short for toxic friends, good to hear that you left that energy in the past!"
