Dont take the hole world on your shoulders...

it is not nessesary to take the hole world on
your shoulders , take first care for yourself
and for the people around you , from there on
you have the chance to help also others, and
when you are in balance with your own heart
then shine your light and LOVE all over this
beautiful planet : Mother Earth.
