I am in need of help. I have tried hard to clear my mind but every time I do something happens to interrupt. and I need to find my twin flame. last night I sat crying. from the memories of leaving my twin flame and soul group to come to earth .knowing I cant remember them saddens me but knowing they don't remember me saddens me even more...I called to my twin flame . I knew she was there whispering but I could not here I desperately called to her.. but I could not here her I could not see her or touch her. this made me lose it. I have a love for her like no other and I miss her terribly ... but I don't remember her. knowing this made me sad incredibly and I started tearing up . and out of instinct I put up a shield of light around me and she reached into it and grabbed me..my soul . at that moment I could not help it she was with me but it was as if I were playing with a yo yo with no string . It just didn't seem right something was missing. I wanted to talk to her to know every thing was ok. but I have yet to silence my mind so I am def. to her words. I ask whats wrong with me why am I struggling so hard with this is seems so simple. is it because I identify myself as a dragon. or because my age. what was it. I begged for an answer and at one point asked if they could kill me so I could be with her. she then calmed my breathing. a gentle yet strong energy came over me. at that point a thought came to my head. that I was ambassador to the dragons this thought has yet to leave my head this thought had sub thoughts with is that sead things like they are waiting on you and you are our voice. I don't know what that was about or if I am the voice of the dragon people but what I do know is at soul I am a 7th dimensional dragon this has came to me more the 1 time so I ask why is it so hard for me whats my problem? so I turn to you for help I ask for someone to teach me the doing I understand the knowing of oneness (I think) but getting there is my problem. I know I must send a message from the dragon people this thought repeats everyday and its bothering me that I don't even know what that message is. i have found were most dragon starseeds are hiding they lie in the black magick part of the world wicca and pegan. they call them self's other kin aka any one with the soul of a so called mythical creature (dragons alike ) and know they are dragons . and like me have phantom limbs. if you don't know what that is its when you have the limbs of your true being attached to your astral body but you can feel them as if they are in the physical. I digress as i love to but back to the point if any one can help possibly tell me what im doing wrong or be a teacher for me this would help immensely. thank you .

Kudo's for having the courage to speak out about what you are going through.
And for asking for help.
Just verbalizing it begins a process of healing.
First of all, simply forget about trying to clear your mind.
Because that isn't the problem.
The issue is that you give it your attention. That you allow it to walk you around.
Your mind is doing its job to the best of its abilities.
Remember, it is only acting on the instructions you once gave it. Instructions geared to a much simpler time. When being hungry,or wanting a new lego set was a big deal.
What to notice,
What to tell you,
What to warn you about.
Instructions that are now, inappropriate and inadequate for the man you've become. And for the man you desire to be.
The problem for you is that if you desire to unite with your twin flame, You are going to have to address the above issue first. (Unless of course your twin enjoys playing with lego :).
At this time, in this energy, the simplest advice is this.
"Think with your heart.
Feel with your mind".
More specifically, here's a little meditative process to now commit to the unconscious. It is a process to assist you in doing the above.
Think of something other than a thought.
Focus on whatever that is
Focus on it till you no longer can.
Imagine whatever that now is chasing your focus.
I understand this may not make sense to your conscious mind. which is quite distracted. But that's ok. Because your unconscious knows exactly what to do with it.
Whenever you have a thought that you find distressing, Understand that it is nothing more than that. A thought that you interpret in a way that causes you distress. And so the way to get out of distress is to focus on your heart.
And when that becomes uncomfortable, focus on your heart.
And when that becomes unbearable, focus on your heart.
And when the alarm bells in your mind are ringing out of control,
Let them ring,
Call their bluff.
You just keep focusing on your
It is where truth, peace, and the clarion call for your twin flame resides.
