Yep, my dreams are changing too, and the last few nights have been strange.
My dreaming has been in a constant state of flux for nearly 3 years now. Over the last year the Galactics have been telling me that our Subconscious is being "remade" into something new. The strange dreams have to do with the creation of a new human subconscious mind and we (all humans) and the Earth itself, are sharing in the creation.

OBI One- I have had a very similar experience in the sleep time. We often visit the new earth which is in the 5th dimension while asleep. This is the only time we can go there. Dreams are more then most realize. We can have real journeys that are no less real then any other experience. This is the new earth you went to and you can go back. Go there with the intention held while asleep. I posted a message on here called the ascension sleeping meditation that talks about this. This is what took me to this place you speak of.
