I am a new member of this special website and I strongly believe in the virtues of spirtual enlightenment.

A habit that has worked wonders for me into realizing my inner potential is exercising the mind and body every day.

Meditation + Yoga in the morning

and

Gym in the evening

has proven to uplift myself and bring into a world of spirituality and everlasting energy!

    Yes mind body and soul. I live about a mile from the Mendo national forest and have been taking little adventures and enjoying the wonders of nature while exercising, there is something quite magical about mother earth.
