Inhale deep in to your stomach, breathe the divine light which is coming from the central part of the universe in your heart chakra. Feel how your heart chakra is filled with the divine light. Visualize as good as possible how the light streams in to your heart.
You will experience your heart getting warmer and warmer. Feel into it and accept that it happens. Be patient when it doesn’t happen from the beginning. Try this a view times and you will see that this part is very pleasant and helpful for other things too, you will see.
Whenever you have the feeling that your heart chakra is filled up enough with my divine light and then visualize a connection coming up from the crystalline heart of Gaia and connecting with you and your heart chakra.
